Why do you want this basket?: Why not? Sounds like a good RP! o uo)b
What would your future plots be for this basket? I'm thinkin' this basket will be very conflicted and two-faced! It will go around pretending to make friends, but in reality it'll be thinking incredibly bad things about them. In the end, it'll have no friends, 'cause of obvious reasons. But I'm thinking someone is going to have to set 'em straight! Be mean to 'em up front and confront 'em. Or someone do the same to 'em, to realize how bad it really is, what it's doin'. I'll have to think about other plots, like love, family... But I have somethin' in mind with the whole travelin' with their father. ;D

Sorry, I must leave now. You look so peaceful asleep. I wonder if I look so magnificent enticed in dreams. But I must go. We've traveled for a while now, but your caring heart can't keep me here anymore. I think deep down, you knew I'd leave eventually. You knew. I do love to travel, but meeting new Soq, going from herd to herd. My mind can't take that. I don't like any of them, and I have to push out my façade of happiness. You know I'm not happy, don't you? Don't you daddy? I'm a two-faced cretin. You've heard me talk about them all to myself. All of them. How can you stand me being so insensitive? How could you let your own child turn out like this? You don't have to love me because I am yours. You don't. Which is why I must go. I must find my mother. I don't know why... But I feel as if I should. Maybe she'll understand. Understand why I'm the way I am.

Maybe she'll understand. . .

Why I don't have friends.

Some day I'll have friends, right, daddy? Some day. And though I'm leaving you. I'll always be with you. You know that right? You know I love you very much, don't you? You know I'll come back. I will come back. We'll meet again. Whether it be while I'm at my best, or worst. You'd take me back, won't you daddy? I know you will. Just like you knew I was going to leave. I know you'll take me back. Even if I'm far from what you wanted, you'd take me back. Back into your family. Back home.

Why do you want this basket?: Because it’s gorgeous. The patterns attributed by both the mother and father go so well together. And even though the parents colorings are so different from one another, they come together beautifully in the offspring. Also, I have always been a huge fan of the maternal grandfather, Tulgey Cat, and the prospect of becoming the owner of one of his line excites me to no end.

What would your future plots be for this basket? For the sake of simplifying things, the foal will be referred to as a male from here on out. When he emerges from his basket, I would like for him to form a very close bond with his father. Ash recognizes his father as a stable source of support and love, and depends on that as he grows and flourishes. Even if Khajag becomes overbearingly protective, Ash can never get enough of him. He just wants to be like his father. But as he grows into an adult, this bond will be tested when Ash does become like his father and starts to wander off on his own, to have his own adventures.

His wanderings will take him very far from home, and he’ll encounter many types of Soquili and grow up more as a whole. Perhaps even falling in love, and at some point meeting each of his maternal grandparents. But even throughout his wanderings, he’ll have that sense of loss that will bring him back home, to seek out and be reunited with the father he loved so much as a foal.

Will you RP this basket?: Yes. I’d very much like to. And will do my best.

- - Ash is quiet and soft spoken, never saying more than he absolutely has to. Over anything, he is happiest when alone, allowed to wander and explore as he pleases without behind held back or stifled. When he finds himself among many other Soquili, especially those he is a stranger to, he feels crowded in and will often lead to a panic attack of sorts until he is able to be alone again. Only around very close friends can he open up and relax. But he still prefers the company of those friends to actual conversation. As far as life goes, Ash finds himself happily at peace when wandering. He doesn’t take uncalculated risks that could potentially upset the balance he teeters on each day from his inherited “madness”. He feels and recognizes this madness in him, and feels alienated from his mother because of this because he blames her for its presence in him. But unlike his mother and his grandmother before her, he feels more in control of it. When he feels it rising up inside of him, he can generally push it back and subdue it.

But in the times that he can’t, hell breaks loose. When before he was mild mannered and orderly, he becomes violent and angry, sent into a rage that that can only by beaten when a sliver of his former consciousness bubbles to the surface and reminds him that what he has become is not who he is. He is fiercely loyal to his family and those special individuals he regards as his friends. And he would do anything to protect them from harm, even if that harm is coming from one of his wild moods. He sees the good in others to a fault, rather than seeing the potential evil hiding just below the surface under the lie they put on. This leads him to getting hurt by others often, leading to a further self-isolation from Soquili as a whole.
