What I though about the Vision Board. I thought it was a good idea. ~What my symbols are, and what they represent. (as many as you feel comfortable with) I did symbols for everything on my goal list and labeled them. ~My Vision Board located ... On My Fridge it not only helps were I will see it everyday but it helps with the goal to lose weight because it will remind me. ~I (will/will not) continue to use my Vision Board in the future, and this is why... I will continue to use my vision board to help remind me of my goals and to keep them in sight and mind.

~Assignment 2:1
I am glad that you had such a good reaction to the Law of Attraction. To answer a few of your questions, the Law of Attraction can be used for anything, big or small. just remember that big things are bigger. They will take more time before they manifest, but they will. You may even have to apply the Law of Attraction many times until something happens.
As for ideas of things to use the Law of Attraction on, your goal list would be a good place to start. That is why I made you make a list before you learned about the law. As you have read on you have learned that not only positive thinking, but action is a part of the Law or Attraction as well. Apply that knowledge to bigger wishes and the time it will take will be reduced drastically.
~Assignment 2:2
For this assignment I feel you did a great job. Your location is a clever one. I commend you on your over achieving effort. Remember to feel free to clip images from magazines of online, it might help you keep up with your board, and be less time consuming.
~Assignment 3:1
I love your enthusiasm in taking on different goals for every task, however, I would like more time-line-able actions in the future. By this I only mean a slightly different phrasing. Like instead of saying "Avoid Fast Food" maybe "Make a home cooked meal today", or "not eat fast food this week" would be better. Or instead of "Go to more social events" pick an event event that you will go to. More than anything I just want to see you active. And from what I have been reading you are getting there. Keep up the good work.

~Assignment 1:2
I am glad you feel you got something out of this because after reading your first 5 questions, I was worried that you would have felt defeated. Let me try and explain the reason the questions are there. It is not intended to do anything other than help you set a goal. If your goals are always changing, so be it, but you can use the questions to help shape your goals at the moment. They help your goals to become solid, more complete, and more easily comprehended. It is okay if you chose not to use the questions in the future, but if you have nothing you want to change in your life, no real goal, I am curious to what exactly you are expecting to get out of this class. Please tell me so that i may help you.

Lesson 4 - Like Attracts Like
Have you ever had one of those days that just seemed to snowball into a horrible day. Maybe it started with spilling the toothpaste, or burning your toast? Later that very day you flunk a test, end a friendship, loose your lunch money, and your boss flips over a misplaced paper clip. Now some people would call this poor luck, or fate. I am happy to tell you that it is neither. With the Law of Attraction we know that keeping something in your mind long enough can help to bring it into existence. This is a similar concept. Our attitude/emotions are also very connected to the universe.
Good Vibes I am sure you have heard about good vibes before. I've even heard of it from TV cartoons. It is time to actually think about those vibes. When you send out good vibes (have a positive attitude / feel good) you with get more good vibes and good things. This is also true for Bad Vibes, but inversely. This is a simple concept but dauntlessly applicable to your every day life.
Every Day Life From sun up, to sun down, to over night, your emotions are being read by the universe. Every thought you make is calculated and used to set you on the path the universe believes you want to take. I know this sounds insane and completely unfair, anyone can have a bad day, but the universe is still on your side. It is trying to make the best choice for you, but if you send it bad vibes that is the hand you will be dealt. Don't worry yourself to much. In a metaphysical sense Bad Vibes hold less weight than Good Vibes as well as new vibes hold more weight than old vibes. This means that for every couple of Bad Vibes a Good Vibe can help you get past it. Even though some Good Vibes can help, more Good Vibes are better than a few Good Vibes. Think of it like threads in a net. The more threads the easier it is to catch the big and the small fish. So build up your net.
Applying Try and catch yourself when you are sending out Bad Vibes. Then reverse those bad vibes with Good Vibes. Change Negativity into Positivity. It may feel like an acting game at first, but that might be all it takes to spin your world around. Just remember to be happy, and try and feel what you are thinking. I promise you, you will feel a difference.

Assignment 4:1 - I Will / I Can
...................................Yes We... I Can
Here is your first step into positivity. One of the biggest things you hear people say in the world today is "I can't." I want you to turn that around today. Now I do not mean go to the extreme that Yes Man went to. By this I mean you should not say I will to absolutely everything.
I will Why do I want you to say I will? That is because of two things. First it is a positive response. Secondly, it is determined, confident, and solid. It is not wishy washy like "I'd like to" or "I wish I could." It is strong like "yes I can." That is what I want from you, to see the strength of your words.
The Assignment
From now on whenever you want to do something, or want to get something I want you to say that "I can" or "I will". This is part of the glue that holds the Law of Attraction in place, and will only help you reach your goals. So for this assignment I want you to start saying "I will," "I can," and "Yes" more. For this to be simpler of yourself, listen to people. When someone asks you to do something, for them or for yourself, I want you to say "I will" (unless it is a foolish decision, like kill yourself or something awful like that). Don't be afraid of new experiences and building up your confidence. The more you can be positive like this the easier you will find applying Good Vibes to your entire life.
Your Response Finally I want you to post a reflection on the Assignment. Here are a few ideas of what you can cover in your reflection. Do not feel limited or required to answer these questions.
~What you did / thought / tried ~What you felt ~What happened ~Would you continue this technique

Musical_Vampire_Socks:
I enjoyed reading your answers. For a few questions, like question 2 and question 5, I felt you looked outside the box. You hit the nail right on the head. However, for some questions, Like question 3 and question 6, you chose doctor as the solution both times. I would have liked to see different answers, but you did finish the assignment.
When applying action into your life it is important to try on your own first, and not ask for help every time. But it is also a very good and wise thing to know when you are in need of someone else's help. I do believe you know when, and when not, to seek this guidance. This will aid you in the future and mold you into a stronger, wiser person.

Assignment 2 - Goal Seeking Questions 1. Start researching the PeaceCorps, current events in Africa, and start learning French (African colonial language) before getting out of college. 2. Take a lot of classes and get good grades in those classes, even the classes that are "fluff" classes. My GPA needs to get higher and higher each semester to get into grad school. 3. Start being more outgoing and friendly. Start trusting people more with more personal things in your life. Hang out with friends at least once a month--whether it's new friends at work or old friends from school. 4. Have meditation/spiritual time everyday, even if it is just for ten minutes a day. Improve yourself--keep moving forward. 5. Start by writing more! I have joined http://kiwiwriters.org/ and am committed to writing 50K in the month of June 2010! I'm so excited!!! Additional Questions 6. It's a good idea to have goals set out in measurable form, and the questions help with that. 7. I'll use the guidelines for creating better goals, yes. 8. Yes smile

Assignment 4:2 - Positivity List
Lets start focusing on positivity in our lives shall we? We now know how to add positivity to our decision/thinking, but it can be far more personal. Day to day think about the actions you are making. Are they positive actions or negative actions. Positive actions can be eating breakfast or walking the dog, negative actions can include sitting on your butt watching TV, or eating an entire cheese cake. For this assignment I want you to take note on everything you have done today, or yesterday if today had only just begun. List all of the events in your day and try to label them as positive or negative. To help you decide, positive events put you out into the world, make you healthy, and feel fulfilling. Negative events often include isolation, are unhealthy, and feel hindering. Now lets start that list.
Goal I am hoping to see at least 5-10 things on your list, but more is always better. You can never be to through. Good luck, and have fun.
