A drawl will catch the Iwagakurians' attention, as with arms folded, Fubuki Shinratsu huffed. Though of course, no warm breath left his lips in the freezing air.
...
All right.
Maybe he was cheating a little - having carefully armored himself against the weather huddled in a thick eskimo-like jacket, which above that, was wrapped the usual heavy cloak as a shawl. As a result, he was having a bit of trouble with maneuvering his way through the snow, due to his thin frame being weighted down with the winter garb.
He jabbed an angry finger in the proctor's direction.
"I'm staying..."
But then noticing Iwa was divided, he frowned.
"...with team three."
At least Shizuka was there.
He crossed his arms, stubborn, daring Amidamaru to move him to another team.
Reido Tougen (Absolute Tundra)
Description of Jutsu: The first and all future activations of the Fubuki kekkai genkai is accompanied by their doujutsu. Icy chakra emits from their bodies, freezing their nearby surroundings. The clansman will be able to sense intruders in their tundra field due to body heat and recognizing a foreign type of chakra in their purely ice chakra-based field. However, if this technique is kept on for too long, rebounding damage will be inflicted on the clansman as well. It is possible to keep this technique on indefinitely.

Cp Cost: 10 Cp + 2 per round + 2 per extended feet
Damage: 20 + Chakra mod. + 2 inflicted for first round active + 3 on second round active + and so on
Drawback: From the third round forth, the same amount of damage inflicted on the opponent is done to the Fubuki clansman as well unless a protective Jutsu is active.
Requirements: Fubuki Clan, naturally activated or with 15 Chakra control
Training: None
Special: The Fubuki bloodlimit doesn't work until it is activated. It’s either grave danger is posed upon the Fubuki clansman or someone close to them is in lethal harm. After it activates, surroundings will slowly be encased in ice (the longer the bloodlimit is kept on) and increasing damage is inflicted. From then on, their kekkai genkai can be activated by will. However, more talented members can force their limit to surface due to having a certain level of chakra control.
"Sa-chan!" Exclaimed Elruda, delighted, to see her Sa-chan with the gathering team two, as well as Kaede-chan. She was dressed in winter garb similar to the rest of Konoha's folk: the traditional heavy cloak, over heavier clothing (but certainly not like Shinratsu). When she saw Marcus with the first team, a evil grin crossed her lips. "Oh yeah. Mum didn't come on the trip, and Shika-jiji hate the cold, Marcus-jiji~ So I'm here with-..."
Juuken Kempo Ryuu (Gentle Fist)
Description: This is the opposite of the Tekken (Iron Fist) Taijutsu style. The attacks are softer, more open palm, and cause damage by flowing chakra into the opponent's inner coil system of chakra veins and tenketsu (chakra holes). Attacking through the inner coil system allows them to cause damage to their opponent's internal organs, which nobody can train, as the chakra veins surround all the chakra producing organs, most notably the heart.
Also, by sealing the three hundred and sixty-one tenketsu in the human body, the Hyuuga can cut off their opponent's ability to control their chakra, limiting their means to attack, and possibly even killing them. This technique is first performed by Hyuuga Neji and Hyuuga Hinata in chapter seventy-nine. Only members of the Hyuuga Clan can use this style, as one must have the Byakugan to see the inner coil system of the human body.

Special: When performing techniques of the Juuken Kempo school, you do not add your Strength mod. to your attack bonus, you add your Dexterity mod. instead. Juuken depends on graceful attacks and not on powerful ones. When using Juuken Kempo to break out of certain physical, chakra-based restraints (like the Spider limit's special webs), add Chakra mod. and + 2 per 10 Chakra Control ranks to your Escape Artist roll.

Shosen Jutsu
Description: By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra. This may also be utilized as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact.
Cp cost: 60 + 10 per 20 Hp healed
Damage: N/A
*Combat scalpel: Same as common taijutsu damage but adds chakra modifier instead of str modifier. Affected victim must roll a reflex save (DC: your attack roll) to avoid inner bleeding, should the inner bleeding check fail the victim shall lose 3 Hp per round per time hit. Also depending on the area you are hit you might receive extra penalties. Such as -10 attack roll and damage for arm and leg wounds.
Requirements: Treat Injury 50 ranks, Chakra Control 70
Training days: 15 days.
Special: If used as a combat Scalpel, user must beat defendants’ Dodge Bonus by at least 10 points to cut muscle fibers in area hit. Defender cannot use affected area until healed or for 10 turns.

He shrugged. "That's life."
Ignoring her god-father, instead, she stared at Shinratsu.
"Eh...Shin-shin-chan??? I could've sworn your kekkai genkai was Hyouton..."
((Carlos, since Zephyr presents a problem choosing the Shosen, and it could be used offensively too, how will that work? xD))

Kaede's ears perked up on Hokage-sama's voice. A saving chance! She might not die in this cold white death trap after all. Miserably, the shaking ball of pink turned to his direction, hoping to catch his eyes, and whimpered, "H-h-h-h-hoomm-m-m-m-me."
She wanted to go home.
Return to a familiar landscape where this dreadful cold never existed. Crawl into a hot shower and thaw her numb limbs. Her teammates should understand. A rock would be more useful to the team than someone who might become a frozen tuna if she stayed here any longer. Sensei lied. Her father lied. This cold white death trap of a field trip is not fun. She is not having fun. Dying is not fun. The child sneezed.
Oh no.
Oh no.
Kaede knew no such thing as allergies. Sneezing meant that she was sick. DID SHE CATCH SOME HORRIBLE FOREIGN DISEASE!?

Kuroi happily went back to his owners side. Aryza not wanting him to get really wet or cold picked him up and put him on top of her head for the moment. She smile glad that someone she knew was on her team. Looking at Rhaim she beamed at him happily. Walking over, no more like skipping over to where he was taking to Takashi she stated. "RHAIM! GUESS WHAT! We are on the same team! Awesome no!?" She didnt even wait for him to answer but continued skipping over to where the rest of her team was to meet. Rhaim could follow her after wards.

"I'm on team one, eh?" Two new shinobi arrived at the game just on time before it began. Shinratsu, the icey one who shared the same colored hair as Katagi; Elruda, the sweet hearted one and Zephyr the mysterious one who became his new sensei. "Yo, Zephyr-sensei." Katagi would wave at his young sensei as he followed Zentos to the team one position. "Shame...I was hoping it would be village versus village, but..." He would look at team three where Shinratsu would be heading to. "I guess that would make it look too much like a war between villages." Then something hit him as hard as a snow ball with ice. "We may lose...Shinratsu is from a clan who uses ice jutsu. That has to be even more unfair than having a Uchiha on a team." Katagi groaned as he knew he may have been on the losing team, they could be good, but with kekkei genkais going from left and right, how would they win? He'll have to take out Shinratsu first and then Shizuka as she's probably the easiest target there.

Because the proctor had not confirmed yet their teams, he tugged gently on the small hand of the child standing beside him. And sure enough, from the sky, drifted towards the earth delicate snowflakes, too small for the eyes to see yet of their intricate patterns due to their height and the breeze, but falling to the earth so delicately, like the many dreams of prayers offered aloft. Of course, Konoha did not have snow, so this was perhaps a wonderful experience for the children of his village, though Yokou was such a spoilsport, claiming she would not come on the field trip, because she "had more important things to do"...
Moku's head somehow found its way into his mind, and he winced, vividly seeing the angry assistant's face - veins throbbing, and eyes bloodshot from overnight duty on ahem, paperwork. At this, Zephyr sheepishly placed a hand on the back of his head, and nervously chuckled to himself. Besides, it's winter festivities! Moku should really light up, and take a vacation-...
But then, as the Hatsuchi would rightly claim, who else will do the paperwork?
Ah well. At least the kids are en-...
...guess not.

Because their arrival (Shinratsu, Elruda, and him) probably threw the team orders in jeopardy (though helpfully, each had offered to go on an individual team), the game had yet to begin. But Zephyr, when he made the mistake to look in the departing Team 2's direction, he caught a familiar pair of terrified eyes.
"...Kaede...?" He stared. "WHY are you not wearing winter clothes - did...? Did you even know it was a trip to the artic???!" Well. Sort of, at the least.
But deciding waiting for her answer would probably have taken the girl more effort, stomping over to Shinratsu, he began confiscating the boy's layers of clothes - that Hyouton child didn't need them anyway! At the indignant cry from the boy, he merely replied nonchalantly:
"Just give 'em! Like chiisai-hime said, you don't even need that much anyways..."
"B-but...still!" Protested the pale-haired boy.

She sneezed again.
No. No she didn't. She assumed it was the name of a village. Or a theme park. A fun theme park. And oh kami, she SNEEZED ON THE HOKAGE.
"S-s-s-s-s..."
This time she had more tact to look away and sneeze.
Sorry, Hokage-sama.
The trembling child shook her head furiously at the offer for warm clothing. It wasn't her's to begin with and she didn't want him to suffer the same way she did. It was her fault she wasn't prepared after all. Not to mention it would be a boy's clothes. A big no-no. She didn't even wear her father's clothing or her brothers' clothing.

So...that means the village was made of rice then? That sounded delicious! Like a fairy tale or something! But her train of thought was lost when the teams were announced. "Badger-san!" She wasn't on Katagi's team...now who will protect her? "Team three, meow?" She was excited, even more so that some one from Iwagakure was on her team! Takamichi Roy! "Meooow, who's that dressed like a marshmallow!?" Shizuka squinted and the orange eyes became smaller behind the shadow the hood made. "Shin-Shin-kun!" Shizuka waved and jumped up and down as she saw her friend! So this was how it was going to be? Silver haired friend versus Silver haired friend? Who will win? Who will freeze first? Poor Katagi, he didn't stand a chance! She made her way to the team 3 spot to get ready for the throwing of snowballs.

Zephyr scoffed at Katagi's opinion. "Shin isn't very good with his Hyouton yet. So just watch~" Though he reassured Katagi, he looked almost apologetically over at his villagers, because in a sense, he was siding with Iwa...oh well.
"Good luck you guys!" He hollered to the children of his village who had already started moving and was more of a distant away, with a wave. "I'll treat you all to hot chocolate afterwards, so don't worry so much about the cold~ Anyways, talk to people, have fun and Rhaim-kun would you quit looking like the whole world is boring...? This is the once-in-a-lifetime chance to see REAL SNOW!"
ACHOO.
The sneeze caught his attention all right...and he returned to the problem at hand, the fact that Kaede even thought it was possible to come all the way out here with her usual clothes. But it looks like she was not going to accept Shin's, oh, dammit.
A bundle was tossed into her arms.
He had given her his heavy outer cloak.
"Your father is going to be furious with me..." He muttered, turning away. It was about as close as he was going to apologize for 'assuming everyone knew this place was far north, in tundra lands'. "...if you catch a cold. Just put that on."
With that said, he went off before she could protest.
"Hey."
He stopped, but did not turn to look at her.
"As long as you don't get knocked out too quickly, that'll be payment."
Though he hoped she attributed it to the original preoffered reason why Konoha was going on the field trip...but he really did want the girl to have the opportunity to meet new people. Perhaps even make a few new friends, among her teammates.

Whispered Shin, urgently, taking a little bit of effort to make [wobble] his way to the Henka, due to the burden of clothes he was wearing. At least that weird Senju Hokage had stopped assaulting him, trying to commandeer his winter armor. "That person's radiating evil intentions!" He emphasized, pointing a mittened hand Katagi's way a distance off. Really. It was a wonder how Shinratsu even planned to use his Hyouton, with the only thing exposed quite literally being his eyes and a little of the cheek (the rest of his face was wrapped with a thick scarf).
Actually his words probably more came of Shiz'ka. Thah persun's radeate-een evel entenshuns! thanks to the lower visor of the scarf. Well. Katagi might be a bit erroneous with his plan, because Shin happened not to be wearing just one layer, but four layers, of protection (excluding his Team Devil Burrito uniform at the basest layer).
But as he struggled his way around, it probably became also a question if he would even be able to hurl a snowball, let alone make use of his Hyouton reinforcing his team's fortress.

(Ack! Fixed, sorry about that.)
"Is that so?" He felt sorry for Konoha, their own kage favored Iwagakure over them. That's...kinda painful to think about if he was in their shoes. Anyway, he was interested what the Hokage had in store for the Tsuchikage and Otokage. "I still don't understand how you can take care of a village and yet be my sensei at the same time. It's mind boggling." What poor soul is doing his paper work? Do they have to travel to Iwagakure to give it to him? Does he have to travel back to Konoha with him? Well...that shouldn't be the problem right now, it's time for a snow fight and he needs a plan to win, just in case his senseis plan fails.

Hot chocolate? That sounded... nice. She could use that right now. She'd like a bowl of chocolate in front of her right now so she could plunge her cold, cold and dead fingers into it.
Instead, she gets a... bundle of clothing shoved into her hands.

What? No, she couldn't... Hokage-sama shouldn't...
"B-b-b-b-but-t-t..."
If her leg muscles weren't locked up, she'd go over there and hand his possession back. But she couldn't... and Hokage's orders were orders. Hesitantly, the child put on the... cloth thing, clearly way too big for someone her size. Awkwardly tried to mimic the way Hokage-sama had wore it. And she flinched when she felt the lingering body heat from the clothing mingle with her lack of it. It felt... nice? but at the same time it made the girl felt extremely queasy. Her fidgeting was not the product of cold this time. And what was this... smell? It smelled like... like... like noble? She really had no clue. It didn't smell like trash, or her father, or a cat, or Shin-nii or Sho-nii. Maybe it was best to stay ignorant.
"Th-th-th..."
And what were these puffs of... it wasn't jutsu smoke, less dense... puffs of... stuff? Kaede would have attributed it to illness had she not seen everyone else produce the same while talking or breathing. Breathing... was it her breath? Weird.
"...th-th-th-thank... y-y-y-HAHCHOO."
She'd pay him back later. With something. What could she buy with her field trip money that a Hokage didn't have? What could she get for a noble who could afford pretty much anything she didn't have? Perhaps a trip to a souvenir shop after this would be next on her list.
When the warmth had finally somewhat thawed her legs... to the point where she could get up and walk again, shaky legs dragged themselves to the rest of her team. She saw an Iwa hitai-ate and an Ame hitai-ate and three leaf hitai-ate. Oh, it was Hyuuga-san's teammate, Sasaki-san, and Hyuuga-hime? Naturally, the shy child flocked over to people most familiar to her, hid behind their backs, and glanced nervously at the two people she didn't know. It was a wonder how she ever made friends with the way the child shrunk away at the sight of strangers.
Oh... it would be rude of her not to introduce herself.
"Sh-sh-shira... y-y-y-u-u-u-uki... K-k-kaed-d-d-de," was all that managed to get out from chattering teeth.

"Hahaha~ You don't have to worry, Katagi-kun, see, Moku's slav-ehm, I mean-working very hard." With a suspicious, small cough, and a suspiciously carefree laugh, Zephyr, seemingly unperturbed by the cold, scuffled off to the twitching pile of snow [that was Marcus].
"Marcus, Marcus, this [the snowball wars] is wonderful~~~ Especially since it's been awful!!!! Yokou is an absolute oni when it comes to enforcing office hours!!! (expression: ;_; )" If he had been in his usual childish form, this would have been enforced with a stomp, except Kaede was here, and he did not need her to have an heart attack, especially after that accident back in their own village. Particularly since the occurance chanced when he was in his child form (he realized he could no longer quite say usual, due to recent consideration). Of course, this person [Zephyr] was clueless when it comes to such things, and did not realize the more important implications of that incident, of robbing a girl of her first kiss.
Oh, but so much for his claim. Guess it wasn't as wholly confident as Zephyr had made it sound with Katagi. His beloved Students apparently took pity on the Hatsuchi assistant and had worked together to get Zephyr in his office and actually DO work for as many hours possible... To which usually it would be an embroiling, destructive game of cat-and-mouse...
"I swear those two [Yokou and Shikamori] have an alliance..." He mumbled, grumbling over how his Sennin rights had been trampled. If it wasn't thanks to Kousei, whenever she was away from her owner, Tou, he would be virtual prisoner within his own village...but there was no need to tell Katagi exactly how escapades are arranged. See, he might tell Yokou, and Yokou will write to Tou, and that's not good...
Though, he had to reluctantly leave his friend to greet the other people...particularly one fellow [Okazai Kasuke].
"Heh." There was a soft, friendly grin to the other Kage. "It's Zephyr, nice to meet all of you."
His introduction was not just to the Okazai.
He was rather taken aback...though most probably knew, that person never made mention of his family name.
"Shinratsu." He said, softly. "Of Iwa, from Kiri's Hyouton-Fubuki clan."
"Elruda of Hyuuga!"
She paused.

(oh god, two kages on one team.)
"This guy is scary." Katagi said in a murmur. This guy was all filled with mysteriousness and training will probably be the same. But none the less, with two kages and knowing that Shinratsu won't be much of a problem, this should be an easy win if he saves his genjutsu for the right moment. Did he have to introduce himself? Zephyr, Shinratsu and Elruda already did it, so I guess it was his turn. He didn't really have a smile on his face as he hated introducing himself...it just felt kind of awkward that he'll probably never meet any one here besides from Iwagakure again or the local visitors like Elruda. With a Neutral looking emotion on his face, he stated his name. "Katagi Zuimishi." He said loud enough from every one to hear. "Nothing really special about me...er...yeah." With all of these people with special blood lines, it makes him feel weak compared to them.

That's right... Hyuuga-hime knew Hokage-sama right? They were relatives which meant that they probably knew each other for years. And she was a noble herself. Someone with more perspective than she had. So then...
"Uhm... uhm... Hy-hy-hyuuga..." she paused to sniffle. "-hime. After th-this... D-do you think y-y-you could... help me find a gift for H-h-hokage... sama?"
It would seem she was getting warm enough that she was only lightly chattering. Still stuttering, but she could now produce complete sentences. It was surprising how much of a difference wearing another layer of clothing could do. Kaede paused. Realizing that what she just said sounded a bit... odd. People don't normally give gifts do their Kage, do they? They should... since Kage do so much for their villages. Or perhaps... She was tempted to ask the Iwa-nin and the Ame-nin if it was normal in their villages. But that would mean she'd have to talk a lot more than what she was comfortable with.
"Uhm, it's a th-thank you gift. N-nothing weird... really."

Hearing Shinratsus funny but yet hard to hear muffles, Shizuka got what most of what he said due to his pointing over to Katagi. "Katagi eating evil inventions? Nah! He would never be evil, he's probably too lazy to do it, meow!" Shizuka would say in a laughing manner, she laughed until she fell into the snow. "Oh meow!...this isn't good." The layers of clothing was tough to maneuver in, once she would get up she would slip and fall again. One more try she would slip and land on her hands with support from her feet. "Ooookay." She would carefully stand up on her two feet and made a pose like a lucky cat. "I'm Shizuka! I'm from the Henka clan in the Feline branch!
