Provided we get enough participants, there will be a special Snowball fight held here. For everyone who participates (win or lose) you will be rewarded with 100 EXP, 5 Senbon, 5 Shuriken, 5 Kunai and 1 Soldier Pill. For the winner, they get double that. The rules are as follows:
All participates will be treated exactly the same, regardless of their power or rank. All users will have 10 HP, no exceptions. They also have only 2 attack turns (regardless of level) Each attack or skill use takes up 1 attack turn.
Depending on the numbers we receive, the participants may either be a free for all kind of setup or they may be divided into teams. When there is only one person/team standing, the game is over.
Users can only pick 1 jutsu OR pet OR summon to use. Whatever picked, you can only use it 2 times in this battle. Healing jutsu are the only exception to this use rule. Depending on how we split the players up, the usage will go as follows: If we have a free for all war, Healing Jutsu will still fall under the 2 use only rule. If we have team battles, Healing jutsu can only be used once per team member. Healing Jutsu still count as the only jutsu you can pick so you can't have a Healing and an attack jutsu.
Users have to select a jutsu that their character either already knows or is in the middle of learning right now. The only exception to this is Academy Students who may pick 1 jutsu of B rank or lower to use, regardless of if they have the requirments or not.
Users may target whomever they wish but they may also block for whomever they wish. Attack hit chances are determined with a simple D20 roll (no additions). Dodge is determined by another D20 roll. Whomever is higher, wins. Ties go to the attacker.
All snowball attacks do only 1 damage, period.
Jutsu/Pet/Summons can have damage ranging from 1-4. Same hit or miss rules explained above apply. If your attack connects, simply do a random number generation with 1 and 4 to see how much damage you do. In the case of you using an attack that hit's multiple users, the damage is reduced to 1 for every person hit.
As far as skill usage, any skill that increases the damage of an attack (ninjutsu, genjutsu, ect) may not be used. All other skills follow the same D20 attack and D20 defense as listed above
Once your HP hits 0, you are out of the game.
When Posting with your character for the first time in this thread, please make sure to also post what jutsu/pet/summon you are selecting for that character.

Turns of play
Current participants will be split into 2 teams, determined at random. As stated above, you may target anyone you wish, even your own teammates but if you do that you'll be auto-kicked out of the team and be considered a 'missing nin' of the game. There may be rewards for this if you survive.
Turn order will go in that after you have attacked an individual, you may not attack that individual again until they have responded to your attack and made a move of their own. You CAN however attack other people during this time.
So, for example: Roy attacks Marcus. Until Marcus had responded and moved himself, Roy may not attack Marcus again. However, Zentos may attack Marcus even if Marcus hasn't responded to Roy's attack however Zentos must then wait for Marcus to respond to his attack before another can be launched.
To make sure that your target see's that they have... well been targeted, it is requested that you do something to the targets name in your post to make it stand out. Increase the size, underline it, put it at the top of your post, SOMETHING so that it is identified who you have attacked and that they need to do something about it. [Mood and Setting]
The crisp air hit's your face as you walk into this frozen area of the world. No one's quite sure how this area of land became so snow covered but you surmise it probably has something to do with the Yuki and Kiri Ninja that are completely knocked out along the boarder of the area. Making this much snow and having new snowfall with jutsu and chakra alone can tucker a guy out ya know, let alone a few platoons.
You're not really sure how this many people were gathered all in an effort for a game. You were lured here with tantalizing talk of fun and excitement... or maybe you wanted to test your skills against ninja from other country without putting your life at risk, or maybe you just wanted to to see some hot guys/gals from other countries in snow outfits. Either way, you're here.
If you sit in the shoes of an Academy student or Gennin, you see all the higher ranking ninja starting to gather and are fairly confident in your upcoming trouncing. If you are one of the higher level ninja, you are probably feeling rather confident in your ability to rampage over those gathered. Either way, a sense of joy fills you as you think of the fun that can be had.
You look about the area to notice that it is a treasure trove of hiding spaces and attack advantages. There is a thicket of trees on both sides of the area. A deep trench has been dug in the snow signifying the direct 'center' of the playing area. Various hills and slopes line both sides.
There is a lake with a thin layer of ice over the top of it on the backside of the field and a nice ring of rocks all around the area to help with hiding. You feel that the ground underneath your feet is starting to freeze under the snow but since this snow all dropped pretty suddenly, it's still fairly soft and pliable.
In the end, no matter what jutsu type you may have, this area is ideal for you.
You notice a man walking through the center of the trench that divides the area. You arch a brow as you notice he walks back and forth. On his hips, you notice a pair of katana but no headband. He is a samurai and thus from the land of Iron and use to this cold. It would explain why he's dressed so lightly compared to the others. You wait to see what goes on.

Rhaim stood shivering in the snowy field wondering why it was that his teams first 'mission' was to take part in some sort of "Village Relationship Building Exercise" in such a god aweful place. The boy sneezed and held his squinting eyes up to the man that was far less dressed for the weather than he was. A thick white and green snow jacket was hugged tightly around his body with the hood down and a simple Konoha insignia embroidered onto his right shoulder. The slightly thinner white and green snow trousers were making swishing sounds as the boy continually moved his legs about to fight off the cold. His normal shinobi shoes that he used back at home were replaced with a much sturdier set of white and green boots. Unfortuneately someone had some bad foresight and though the boots were better than nothing they were not snow boots. His usual red bandana adorned the childs face, covering his mouth and nose. His brown hair was freckled with white snow flakes from when he had fallen flat on his face in the snow not too long ago. His hands had a thicker set of brown gloves than the ones he normally wore. All of this did little to comfort him. The Nara were not meant for the cold.

Shuiro "watched" from a distance, "seeing" all the snow around the area and the awesome playground that had been constructed. It looked like it was getting time to play. Keeping her eyes out, so to speak, for her teammates, she slowly made her way to where others were gathering. The cold air felt bitter against what exposed skn she had, which wasn't much. It seemed, however, that she was taking the cold better than some, even being from a generally hot area. But then again, she was awesome like that... kinda... sorta. Well, it depended on the point of view. Finding a nice spot to stand and "watch" the Tsuchikage, about five or so feet from the Nara kid shivering away, she waited for people she knew to show up. A snow war was no fun without the people you knew and trusted on your side. She was prepared to win.

The crisp and bitter wind whipped against the pale skin of the Fujiko child as she casually wandered to the clearing designated for the snowball war. Tenma's eyes darted back and forth excitedly, the only indication of her boiling energy, as she attempted to take in the image of snow. Back in Ame there was only rain and the occassional clouded sky, while in Konoha she had only been there long enough to experience warm, sunny weather. Did it snow in Konoha? Hopefully she would have the chance for find out, given that circumstances didn't pull her away once more.
White powder calmly sprayed across her walking path as she used her legs to push it out of the way. With your average person the snow would most likely hit mid to low shin, if not lower, but the exceptionally short female was into knee deep snow with her asstounding 3'11" stature. If one listened close enough they could hear the weightless powder lifting into the air then landing again with its own kind in the same fashion it had first landed on the solid earth below. If one didn't listen as closely they would obviously hear the breathing of bodies in the area and the swishing of Tenma's black and green snow gear as she entered the clearing. As was the same with Rhiam, she also bore the insignia of Konoha on her right shoulder. This, however, was slightly conflicting for her since she was, after all, a child of Ame.
Once more her muted purple eyes scanned the area and she saw, not only an overly familiar insignia, but a very familiar red bandana. Without hesitation she moved over to her comrade, catching glance of another person outside of their group. As she approached the boy it was obvious he was shivering from the cold, causing a slightly amused smile to slip onto the chld's simple features. Once she came to his side there was another sweeping sound as the sleeve of her jacket brushed against his, unintentionally. Tilting her head slightly, she looked over at him and smiled. This was all going to be worlds of fun and she could tell already.

Aryza Inuzuka's eyes were big. There was so much snow and it was such a beautiful sight to behold. It was like the world was covered in a cold white blanket. The way the few rays of sun reflected off the white powder made it glimmer and sparkle. The nine year old girl did not really notice the cold. She was too excited to notice and she was well covered up in her warmest jacket, pants and boots. She had the jackets hood over her head covering up her hair. Silently with big curious eyes she gazed around looking for familiar faces. So far not many were here yet.
But she was not the only curious one. Kuroi, her pet wolf, was too. He had never seen snow before. At the moment he was being carried in his owners arms. His black soft fur contributing on keeping her warm. Squirming around a but in her arms the little cub tried setting himself free form her grasp. Smiling Arzya set him down and watched amused at his new fasination with snow. Onces his paws touch the snow the cub jumped around enjoying the squashing sound it made and not only that but the feel of it too.
Finally after searching the place she found a couple of people she recognized. Well not really. She had seen them before but they hadn't properly introduced themselves. But she didn't care. They were from Konoha and all she wanted at the moment was to find others from her town. Slowly she walked over to them. Her feet making holes in the snow with every step. The black fall of fluff, her wolf cub, playfully stepped in her own footsteps as they made their way to the other two Konoha children.

The cold air was far different from the warm weather he was use to in Iwa. While Iwa was in the mountains. The wind didn't bother him any, that he was use to but it was just the slow, stale chill that kinda bothered him. He looked about and noticed all the other people that had started to gather here and were talking with each other. He noticed one as Shuiro but the others were a bit new. Kinda nice lookin too.
He shook his head a little and tightened up the leather jacket around his body. He shivered a little and looked about to some of the area's that were layed out around them. He was getting mental map of the entire area and would use that to his advantage when he was on the attack.
Many people would probably look to him with an arched eyebrow as he was walking on top of the snow instead of sinking in. He was using chakra to keep himself from sinking in and making his clothes all wet and annoying. He would notice that some of the kids were already talking and he was curious as to who they were.
However... he sucked at talking with people and so he walked up to Shuiro and poked her in the chest... as he normally did. "Oy... Double D... ummm I need a favor... Go ask those kid's what their names are... I suck at talkin to new folks ya know?"

Rhaim had begun to bob his head forward in an attempt to ease the burning sting against his face from the weather. He was so lost in his mild attempts to keep himself from freezing to death that he didn't notice Tenma approaching until her sleeve brushed against his own. He looked over to the girl and raised an eyebrow at her as he noticed that she was smiling in the horrid conditions. Truly she mad to be enjoying the present situation. However to his suprise he noticed that the Inuzuka girl in the class behind theirs was also seeming to be in love with the snow. Clearly the boy was the only member of Konoha that had absolutely no love for the sting on his cheeks. He brought his eyes back to his teammate as he spoke.
"Tell me again why I agreed to this."
With the conclusion of his rhetorical question he noticed past her that there was a man walking on top of the snow instead of through it as he had done. He nearly slammed a fist into his own head as he realised that walking on the snow in the same manner that he had trained to walk on water would definately save him some discomfort. Immediately he lifting his feet from their holes and spread his legs slighty onto unpressed snow. When he did so he found another astonishing fact, the chakra flowing to his feet was also warming him slighty. The boy let his chin hit his chest and his arms fall to his sides as he began circulating chakra elsewhere through his body. It was such a simple concept and yet he had somehow missed seeing it before now.
Rhaim slid his hands into his coats' pockets and brought his head back up, sighing. Perhaps now the Nara would enjoy the event a bit more since he wasn't as uncomfortable. Though that was unlikely.

Shuiro raised an eyebrow at her teammate, not because he poked her as she was used to it, but because he couldn't ask a group o kids what their names were. Shrugging, she turned and walked nthe measly five feet or so to where the younglings were gathered. "Hey. I'm Shuior from Iwa... nice to meet you all. Can I ask your names?" First rule of getting to know someone... introduce yourself first. Well, she did that, but it suddenly felt a little awkward. "You guys playing the game? All on the same team, or are you all gonna fight against eachother to see who's the strongest?" It was an easy question to ask. A lot of young academy students and genin generally fell in one of those two categories. They either wanted to team up because they knew eachother well and could help in tight spots, or they were wanting to fight against eachother, due to various reasons.

Zentos walked up onto the snow covered field and saw a group of shinobi huddled around talking. He walked up to them and greeted them happily.
"Hey guys! Seems like quite the party we've got here, so what's everyone up to?" He asked cheerfully, even though he felt the cold, nothing could take away the warmth he felt inside, he had finally found something that gave him joy after his father left him and he had been stranded in Iwa alone.

Rhaim was about to make some other sideways remark to Tenma and Aryza as an unfamiliar voice caught his ears. Without turning all the way around he twisted his neck to see the female from what she claimed to be Iwa. Again causing a ruffling sound against his teammates jacket. Somehow she didn't hold herself as or appear to be a student or genin as the three of them were. The directness of the questions from the other villages shinobi struck him as a little bit odd. Though he figured that if someone was dumb enough to give up information from direct questioning then it made sense to try that first. At any rate his paranoia made him read the approach by the girl as more of an assessment of potential enemies as opposed to a friendly greeting. His eyes held their usual squint with his hands in his pockets.
"I'm Rhaim. I imagine that guy with the swords is going to tell us if we're fighting with or against each other."
In the same moment the Nara found another non-Konoha ninja bouncing up to their group as if that's where they belonged. Considering that the man he had seen walking on the snow earlier was standing where the girl called Shuiro once was, it almost seemed as if the three of them were being targeted from the onset. Though the circumstances were probably more innocent than what the boy made them out to be, his mind was unable to take the chance of assuming as much. His eyes shifted over to the new comer.
"Just waiting."

Shuiro tilted her head, her headband catching a flake of snow due to it's angle then, and she smiled. Holding out her hand. "Nice to meet you, Rhaim." She was, seriously, trying to be friendly. Plus er questions were only meant to find out what kind of people they were. AFter all, she'd seen both types during the chunin exam. Turning her attention to the Tsuchikage, though she didn't actually turn to look, she placed her hands behind her head and shrugged. "Eh, possibly. Marcus does a lot of stuff like this. Makes things around her pretty interesting. Much more fun than when the Council tries mto get involved with anything, that's for sure..." She didn't even glance at the Iwa student that bounced towards them, she didn't know him. "More students... We need some older shinobi out here... even out the playing field... "

Takashi SasakiLevel 5 Academy Student Jutsu to be used: Katon: Karyu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet) Shoots an enormous ball of flame in the shape of a dragon from the user's mouth. 
Takeshi appeared from out of the wooden area near the sidelines of the snowfield. The cold crisp air struck Takeshi's face, causing him to shiver, though he was wearing his hood and cloak. It was generous for the Uchiha clan to resubmit him back into the main clan, and on top of that, give him a room to live in and new clothes. His recent training for the upcoming Gennin Exams had led him to meet a strange young man, a new student at the Konoha Shinobi Academy, who had heard of a snowfield that had formed somewhere to the west of the Land of Fire. Takeshi thought that it might be a good place to get in some endurance training, since the cold would take quite a bit of tolerance to get over the cold. Takeshi wondered how this place had gathered so much snow; it was rare in Konoha to get over several inches of snow, but where he walked, the snow was shin deep, easily a foot. After a minute or so of trodging through the thicker snow near the tree line, the snow got shallower and shallower until he could actually see his feet, and the rest of the area for that matter.
With the trees out of the way, Takeshi could get a good look at his surroundings. In front of him stood a wide open snow field, with several large mounds scattered throughout the area, the size of small hills. It seemed to him that this might be a good place for some recreational sledding. And it seemed that several other people had the same thought in mind, and knew where to find this place. Takeshi could see Rhaim, Tenma and Aryza a few meters off in the distance. Though Takeshi had disliked being around other people, he had lately come to find that he was dependent on social interaction. Though his mind had had time to adjust to his mother's death, it seemed that the normal gap in social activities had become too large without his mother to support his now fragile mindset. Takeshi didn't want to admit it, but he needed to be around someone, anyone, else he might go insane.
Takeshi began to walk towards the crowd of people he knew. Perhaps he could find out what everyone was doing here. It seemed too much of a coincidence that so many people just happened upon this place; someone must have let everyone in on this knowledge. And the fact that so many people, many of whom were Gennins and Academy Students, were able to get release papers from the Hokage to travel outside the Land of Fire meant that this was a big event, and a very important one at that.

Rhaim looked to the outstretched hand for a moment wondering if she had some sort of weapon or poisen prepared to affect him and give her an advantage before the event even started. Though that would be a very wise shinobi move, it wouldn't be a very diplomatic one. And from what they were briefed on this was supposed to bring the villages closer together, not start an all out war. He finally decided that it would more likely be safe to shake her hand and not as harmful to the relations between Iwa and Konoha. The actual action was fairly quick as he removed a single hand from the jacket pocket and giving her hand one firm squeeze and shake before replacing it. His lack of social skills never ceased to amaze himself. No doubt his sisters would jump down his throat later for his terrible attempts at civilty.
The assessment by the girl that there needed to be other people taking part other than students was a bit odd. Sending mostly students seemed like the best thing for the villages to do. In one hand then they looked like they were participating in the event without taking away from their real working force. Plus it would keep their cards from being too over exposed and analyzed by the other villages.
His mind didn't stay focused on the issue for long though as he noticed the Uchiha kid approaching the group. From the briefing that the Hokage had given, which was way too animated for his tastes, that kid wasn't on the list of participants. Though if he was willingly approaching the group then he must be in the area legitimately, perhaps as a last minute addition by the Senju. He gave a nod of the head as acknowledgement to Shuiro since she didn't really provide anything for him to respond to so far as he could tell.
"Mm."
