 Tomomi entered the festival grounds with a bit of a sigh. He wasn't much of one for large crowds of people. He didn't have that phobia, or an OCD; he just didn't like the large crowds of people. With a group of people like this, there was bound to be trouble. He grabs himself a bowl of ramen and a cup of tea. He yawned and jumped on top of a tall building. He sat on the rooftop and looked over the people, and ate on his ramen. Tomomi takes out a piece of paper and his pencil.
He writes down what he says as he says it, "All that is gold does not glitter, not all those who wander are lost; the old that is strong does not wither, deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadows shall spring.. A new year has come, new roots are planted. All lost have now been found, and all questions are being answered. The petals are fast bloomed, and now spread over the grounds. The 13 sweet petals, glisten like the snow in the sun of winters passed, now fall to this spot. Realigned for one occasion, taking no part as just decorations.. At the Seireitei festival." He nods his head, "Yes.. That sounds like a good festival quote. As long as they got something out of me, hm?" Tomomi finishes his ramen and tea.
Tomomi jumps down from the roof, and drops the bowl and tea cup where he got it from. He walks down the road; greeting people and others greeting him. He does like that he can speak with the people and have nice conversations, but he's being greeted about every ten to fifteen seconds. He launched into the air and stood on a rooftop, looking over the people once again. Tomomi stuck his kiseru between his lips and twirled in around. He never smoked, but the kiseru seemed to make him feel closer to his family. Tomomi heard little explosions and jumped off over the rooftops. He saw Captain Hisagi firing Byakurai at the other captain, in hopes of infuriating him. Tomomi landed behind Hisagi looked up to him, "Captain Hisagi, may I remind you.... Don't tease the Captains outside of their own quarters. You're frightening the others who wish to enjoy the festivities. If you want to tease him, be a little less destructive... Just shunpo to him and poke him in the back of the head; Like so." Tomomi shunpo'ed behind Hisagi and poked him in the head. He then shunpo'ed over him and poked him on the top of his head; He repeated this for about another 5 shunpo's before stopping and landing in front of Hisagi. "More irritating, see?" Tomomi chuckled and walked to Kokei, "Madam Kokei.." He bowed his head, "I have read your profile.. You are quite interesting." He smiles and turns back to the crowds, "Beautiful, isn't it, Madam Kokei?"

"Oh your no fun! How about this then? Bakudo #2 Kabe!"
Hisagi used a rather curious Bakudo to pull a prank. He used so little of his spirit energy that the size of the resulting Wall would be a little more than the size of a rock. He aimed the spell a few feet in front of Yokozuki in hopes he would trip and fall over it.
"Is that too destructive for you?" Hisagi said sarcastically.

Kokei sighed and held her hand to her forehead getting a headache and just laughed a little bit "Hisagi you are cruel.." She then laughed and turned Tomomi with a smile trying to hide the fact she started to get a headache "So how are you?" Kokei added as she smiled at him then looked over her shoulder back at Hisagi sighing "Man.." she then laughed again "Is this a guy thing or something?"

Kokei only sighed, she wanted to lightly punch Hisagi in the shoulder but went against it "Well it wont be hilarious when Yokozuki comes up here" Kokei said with honesty "I should just throw you off the building then you can tease him all you want.." Kokei said jokeingly and playfully "Now wouldnt that be fun."

 Yokozukis eye's went as wide as could be, his head shot up in Hisagi's direction, giving him a look that would frighten the will out of a child. Yokozuki ignored the doings of Hisagi, he didn't break his gaze until the last trick was played, Yokozuki was cross. Vanishing suddenly from his spot on the ground and now taking a new seat a few feet behind Hisagi. Yokozuki didn't speak, only kept his wide eyed look about him. "Hisagi taichou tell me something..." Yokozuki's face changed in a flash, almost as if it were unnatural for it to do so so quickly, it now bore a fox like grin with slits of eyes. "How is it someone so premature as yourself holds the title of Captain? Is Seireitei desperate? Truly they must be" Yokozuki's arms and hands were covered under his long red captains haori, the long sleeves blew in the wind, a moment of silence for the obvious insult he had cast upon the captain. He shot a look to Kokei also giving his disapproval of her as well, though he disapproved of most everyone. He gave also a look to the captain-commander who seemed quite joyful to be playing games as well though out of proper respect and of his higher authority he did not pursue to glance at him any longer. He turned his full attention back to the main cause of his irritated mood, though it was always like this. "I'd be careful if I were you...Hisagi taichou" Yokozuki turned from them and fell down from the building he stood on gracefully, he landed, shot Hisagi another judgmental look before using a single flash step to disappear.SHORT POST!  Izumi wondered through the crowds of people wondering where is captain might have vanished to. He knew she was always off on important meetings or important missions but he always liked to be able to talk with her from time to time. His proper attitude carried as he walked. Izumi was formal, respectful and always regarded the rules, even when those might try and start something with him, which happened earlier, he brushed it off as a mere inconvenience. As he swept through the festival he saw screams of joy, people having fun and much hustling and bustling going on about the festival area, which he was only in a small area. "Such eccentrics" He thought as he watched in an almost disgust at how much people enjoyed such trivial childish things. Upon his walks Izumi came to the area where a few captains were, though he didn't regard them straight away he looked up to them and bowed, seeing a few places that looked as if some sort of battle went on. He kept walking after paying them respect, he had not real location to go to but walking was just something he enjoyed, one of the fewer things he life that didn't cost you something. [This is a second temporary character]

Leucious had been sitting in his quarters when he got up and looked out his door and sighed a bit seeing the festivities as he sat back down on his bed. He wasn't much to groups it was more of a personal choice ever since he can remember, he didnt know if it was a phobia or just him not wanting the attention from other people. So he just sat in his room and waited until he was called upon for what ever may come up that he was needed for.

Kokei laughed and only walked closer she wanted to throw him off the roof, just for fun. She knew he would land it anyways and smirked and laughed but she was not going to....Not now anyways. Then Yokozuki shot her a look as well but before she could do anything he was gone "I dont think...I did anything wrong" Kira said a little bit concerned hoping he was not mad at her. Kira then turned back to Hisagi and laughed "Hehehe" and strated to walk even closer.

Tomomi chuckled, "Is it that he is afraid of me? No, he has respect. I admire him; he respects his higher rankings even if they are a child by looks." Tomomi twirled the kiseru to the other side of his mouth, "Madam Kokei, Captain Hisagi, keep doing as you do, but leave destruction to a minimum. Oh, and Hisagi, watch who you joke with." Tomomi flashed a sly grin as he disappeared with a shunpo. He had been wondering where his Lieutenant was and went off to his quarters. He kicks in the door to his Lieutenant's quarters, Tomomi storming in wide-eyed, "LEUCIOUS!! I GOT SAKE!!" He put the bottles down and took out two cups. Tomomi plopped himself on the floor and poured him and his lieutenant a cup of sake. Tomomi rose his cup up, "To our unity, our friendship, and those around us who hold each other so dear." He drank the sake and sighed, "So, Leucious-boy, you're not one for the crowds either? Don' blame ya, it's not my thing either. Let's see how long we can hide out before they come'a lookin' fer me, aye?" Tomomi chuckled and poured Leucious some sake.
