[-Seireitei Festival-]
The yearly Seireitei Festival! This festival is held all over Soul Society, from the highest reaches of the squads to the lowly reaches of the dirty Rukongai. The festival is celebrated with letting loss thousands of flower petals from all thirteen squad insignia flowers. The festival is for all. This is the rare time that none shinigami are allowed within the Seireitei walls.
This is where all shinigami start posting. As the festival draws on Hei Taichou of squad twelve is notified about an Espada appearance within the human world and he initially starts the emergency meeting. Once the meeting starts all Captains and Lieutenants are called to the Captains hall which will be held in this sub-forum under the other thread titled "Emergency Captains meeting!" After the captains have left everyone else is free to continue role playing here but news is not given until the mission is completed, those whom are not Lieutenant or Captain rank do not have a huge role to play in this particular Role Play but do not fear this is not the main event but only a side one leading up to the main. Once Hei is notified he will send for the emergency meeting (Kitsune I leave the way up to you)

Flowers were flowing and cheers and yells could be heard among the area Senna was walking. She did enjoy the scene of the Seireitei festivals a great deal, though she preferred to be alone most of the time. Senna was in a quieter place though, sitting alone and drinking a small cup of sake. Every now and then a race of flower petals would flow by her, she looked up to the sky and smiled slightly, though she couldn't stand the people she loved the scene and scents of the flower petals. Eventually she got up from where she was sitting and began walking towards where her captain might be.

Axle had heard that the festival was starting. So he dashed right on over there. "Alright!!!! A festival!!!!!!!!!!" He hopped on a tree, and watched as things went by. 'Why the hell does it have to rain petals every time this happens!? What's the point!? Oh well, I'm not the one who cleans this place up anyway..' Axle smirked a bit as he thought to himself. He sat on the tree branch getting back some of his stamina. "Damn it, going through four fights in a row wasn't a smart idea." He said as he sighed. 'Hm, it's been a while since I've had a smart idea..' He jumped off the tree, and ran around. [and yet he was trying to regain stamina xd ]

  Hei, clad in a white, sleeveless Shihakusho and a black sleeveless Haori with green lining, and Tsukiko who was dressed in the standard Shihakusho with two katana, one white and the other black, draped over her back, sat alone at the festival. They were further away from most people as he detested interaction nearly all the time. They were near the South Gate of the seireitei walls, on the roof of a fairly low building that was located a few yards to the left of a sake vendor and several feet to the right of a dango cart. They both sat cross-legged, Tsukiko being only a foot or so away from her father. Despite the festivities, Hei and Tsukiko had yet to lower their guards, though they certainly didn't look it. Hei partook in some of the sake that was being sold at vendor near the North Gate, while Tsukiko sipped on tea. It was the only stuff she could handle at that age, her body wasn't made to tolerate alcohol after all. Tsukiko, the seven-year-old Lieutenant, seemed distant as per usual. Her irisless, light-purple eyes looked past the rim of her cup as she held it close to her face and surveyed the area; she didn't get out much so this was fairly unfamiliar to her. Hei took in a deep breath and his eyes fluttered open, revealing the piercing color of purple that his eyes held. He set his sake cup down and scanned the area, putting all of his hope into no one showing their face to him.

'The thirteen flowers, the thirteen guardians, fluttering across the serene sky of Seiretei. This year's festival was set to be a grand...' "Argh, the first part is too poetic." Hibiki grumbled as he crossed out the sentence. "Hmm..." 'Thirteen petals of sweet fragrance playing across the sky. Smiles of spirits glistening...' "Glistening the hell?" with a grunt he folded the paper and took a deep breath. "Might as well enjoy this thing before I'm swamped with paperwork." he spoke as he leaned on a nearby tree, marveling at the myriad of petals fluttering across the sky.

 Nariko Kakusareta
"Oh, what a day!" A small woman in blue called out to no apparent person as she traveled across the main courtyard. Her icy blue eyes darted excitedly from one falling flower pedal to the next almost as if her were a child seeing her first snow. In all truth, she had been waiting for this festival for some time... since the last one, to be exact. It was always her favorite time of year when the flowers were in bloom and creating such colorful displays.
Nariko had left her Captain's garb in her quarters for the day. Such a festival did not call for her formal wears. In fact, it was much more appropriet to be wearing the traditional outfit she had choosen, even if the golden hair decorations seemed to be a bit much. Ah, it didn't matter though. This was a festival for everyone. Even the gates into the Rukon were open to let the more common folk of the Rukon District in to interact with the Gotei 13. It was a truely special day indeed.
Continuing on her path through the courtyard Nariko skillfully weaved her way through the throngs of people. The amount of Soul Reapers that lived in the Seireitei was hardly ever so completly displayed as it was now. It seemed that most days Shinigami were sparse and few unless one happened to be wandering around in a squad's barracks at night. People were always so busy... Looking up suddenly, Nariko moved just barely fast enough to catch a falling flower in her hands. Cupping the delicate, pink blossom she smiled and brought it to her nose. She always did love the scent of Camellia.

The festival had already started. Everyone enjoyed their time and forgot about everything else. Others were already so drunk so early. Petals from the different flowers representing each squad flew by. Rolling out of the third division grounds, Zique's clothing was surprisingly still clean. Still in his sleep, he unconsciously rolled out to the streets of Seireitei. The people around him stared as one of the captains just rolled by them. Some laughed, some were sort of scared and some simply stared. He eventually hit the feet of a running Agi, making him lose his balance. He finally stopped rolling. It was like a bowling ball that hit a bowling pin. He slowly opened his eyes and sat up, seeing Agi sitting down with him in the middle of the crowd. "Why the hell am I here with this monkey?!"

Axle bumped into his sleep-rolling captain, and fell on his butt. "What the hell is your problem!? And why the hell do you call me a monkey!?!?!" He yelled as he stood up, with an anger vein poppin' outta his forehead. "Besides, you're the one who's rolling around for no reason! Who the hell do you think you are!?" Axle said as he waved his fists in the air while stomping around. "Oh that reminds me, where the hell are all the other third squaders? Shouldn't they be lurking around here too?"

"Stop shouting at me when I'm just inches away from you!" Zique kicked Agi's face first before anything else, causing the people who were celebrating to distance themselves from the two to avoid getting caught up in anything. Little did they know that the loud volume of their voices overpowered the yells from the others celebrating. "I happen to be your damn captain and your brother you happens to be better than you in every way!" He answered back proudly, adding more force to his foot. He probably even broke Agi's nose by now or at least put a lot of dirt on his face from his foot, but he couldn't care less. It was just Agi after all. He placed his leg down and stood properly. "I know Dante's still in the barracks, resting. I'm not sure about the others." He finally calmed down and only realized now that they received many stares from the people around them. "Why as everyone looking at us like that?" He asked, turning his head around.

Kokei entered the festival and smiled while gasping at the beauty of the place. Her blonde hair was held up in a bun as her blue eyes looked around at the area as she wore her favorite Kimono. A black one with golden design of flowers. Kokei loved Kimono's she just never found the time to wear them. Kokei looked around to all the faces at the festival and she smiled. She wondered if she would see her old vice here. She wanted to congratulate him on becoming Captain. Kokei's eyes scanned the room some more she had not met almost anybody here, she wished she had really got outside her office more and she then noticed Zique and Agi and gave a small laugh and a wave.

People swarmed all over Soul Society as the festival begun. Stalls were set up almost everywhere, selling different kinds of stuff. Food, masks, toys, trinkets, etc. The cheerful cheers from everyone echoed throughout the place and could be heard from any direction. Thousand of flower petals were showered all over the place and made everyone feel the festival spirit. It was as if each and every one in Soul Society waited for this very day. Just to free themselves from anything that bothered them. May it be work or training, it was the season to just abandon everything else.
The lieutenant of the sixth division was sitting on the roof of a high building in Seireitei to get a nice view of the whole place. She wore a yellow kimono just for the occasion, her normal army clothes definitely was not suited for it. Her black hair was tied up but she left her bangs in place without using a clip to make it stay up. The view from her position was just lovely. Though she was not really fond of flowers, she found it enjoyable to just look at the view as she ate some Takoyaki. "What a magnificent sight! Everyone else looks microscopic~" she said with glee, exaggerating on the last part. Considering her height, she always liked staying in high places to make it seem like everyone else was smaller than her. "T'would look much better at night!" This made her imagine what the place would look like with all the lights lit up, looking like stars on the ground.

Nu was actually feeling good today, getting into the spring of the occasion compelled her to go out and buy herself a suitable kimono. The light pink petals complimenting the white glow of her skin made her feel at ease. While travelling on through the stands, she spots the captain of Squad 12 and his assisant.on the roof... "Odd..." Deciding it was time to make some friends as a lieutenant, Nu scrambles up the small building,not caring how odd this appeared,to sit next to the intimidating captain. "Not going to join the party?"

Tsume woke up late, "uugh...What time is it. WW-WAIT, oh mann im soo late for the festival. I gotta hurry up!" Tsume hopped up, he tripped trying to put his uniform on. Finally he was dressed, he decided to leave his zanpakuto in his quarters. He shunpo'd to the entrance of Squad 2. "Its party time! Its about time something fun happened around here! Tsume ran into the festival area, staring up at all the petals raining down, and not paying any attention to where he was going, Tsume ran right into his old knuckleheaded squad member Axle. Tsume regained his balance after stumbling back and rubbed the back of his head. He saw his former captain Zique standing next to Axle as well, "Hey! wats up you guys, sorry bout that Axle anyway you two havin fun?
