"What! What do you mean?" Athrun asked following Luna. "Luna, wait for me!" he said following her.
Ayaka turned, and seeing her friend she hurried in her direction. "She told you to get away." Ayaka shot back at him. "Leave her alone, she can't be near you anymore." Ayaka took her fiend by the shoulders. "What have you told him?" she asked.

Lucian blinked, unsure of what had taken place. "Uh...?" He said turning to Athrun for some help. "Is this normal?" He asked, thinking Athrun was a local.
Alyssa only rolled her eyes, staying where she was.

"how we purify the souls, let them free." she said as she clentched her chest. "The spirits did not like that. he asked too many questions." she said as she felt her heart pounding in her chest. She looked up to see more people. "no get away from here! all of you! you will all die if you stay here." she shouted at them.

"...What? Die if we stay here?" Nice greeting... He thought bitterly. "That's not an exactly friendly greeting..."
Alyssa wanted to say something but clenched her mouth tight, remembering her brother's words.

Athrun shook his head. "I really don't know." he said baffled, and shocked. he watched the girls, very confused. Was this the curse, the legend he had heard about? "I am sorry!" He yelled after Luna. "I am sorry I hurt you!"
Ayaka glared back at him. She hurried back into the town with Luna. "He's a reporter, what did you expect? Shhhh." Ayaka said trying to sooth her. She was running for the temple now, hoping to have Luna cleansed.

Luna tried to calm down the best she could but her heart still pounded inside her. "they are mad at me, the spirits, all of them." she said quietly, mumbling the words. she kept repeating the same thing as her heart began to slow down slightly.

"Ah, so your not from here either huh?" Lucian tucked his hands into his pockets. "What brings you here?"
Alyssa watched as the two left before she joined her brother and the stranger. "What just happened?"

"Shh, they are not angry at you!" She told her, trying to sooth her. "They are not angry at you, we just need to get you to a place where you can rest." She said trying to calm her still. She hoped that the help they needed would be at the temple.
Athrun shook his head. He looked at the two, man and girl, standing beside him. "Haven't you heard, that is they myth here. It is their curse, and as trespassers it is our curse as well." he shook his head. "It looks like the myths may not be false, but true. Very true indeed." he looked over at the other two. "They are not always the nicest of people, as I have found out. I am a reporter." He said looking at the two. "What brings you here?"

Luna began to settle down as her heart rate began to slow more. "Ayaka what if we can't do the festival because of all of them here? what will happen? will we get killed by the spirits?" she asked.

Lucian kicked the ground a little. "Reporter too. I have heard of them but thought that the village exaggerated them all." He sighed. "Makes it much more interesting if it is real eh?"
Alyssa shuddered slightly. "Well this place a little creepier than I thought."

"We will pull it off." She promised Luna. Ayaka looked down at her. "It will happen, I will make sure of that, even if we need to scare them off. We can do it." Her voice was deadly serious.
"It certainly does, but I think that being trespassers it may be wise if we stick together. Strange things are happening already. I can only imagine what will happen once the ceremony really starts. We have three days until it ends. We need to keep safe until it's over." He smiled at the girl. "Yes, yes it is."

Luna nodded. "I have never wanted the festival to be over with so quickly." she said as they reached the temple as she layed down on one of the beds, her attack subsiding. "Thank you Ayaka."

Lucian nodded. "Sounds like a plan. And I'm sure between the two of us, we can make an awesome story." He smiled and stretched his hand out in greeting. "I'm Lucian DeMarco, this here is my sister, Alyssa."
Alyssa smiled back at Athrun. "I'm happy at least someone feels the same way about this place."

Ayaka nodded. She sat down in the temple, panting, and trying to catch her breath. "Are you feeling better now?" she asked, "Has your attack lessened? Now I don't want you around him anymore, alright?" she said in a strict tone.
"Agreed there." Athrun said offering him a hand. "I am Athrun Mioko, it is a pleasure to meet you, and you as well Miss Alyssa." He smiled at them, "It is creepy, and that is why we need to be careful."
