"Really? That is very gallant." She had raised her children and adopted children with Chae. She wondered how it would be to be a single parent. She shook off the memories. "Remind me to teach you how to cook sometime. What I can do with a few vegetables and some fruit." She giggled and ate her sandwich. She was having such a nice time.

"Gallant?" He lightly chuckled. "I've raised basically all of my siblings. Tristen, Amara, Niday, Dayht, Dameon, Yuki, Malloren, and Erylia. Oddly Tartara chose to take care of Zana all by herself. So now all I have to worry about is my teenage daughter, Dyas." He took another bite, shaking his head at the memory. "As for cooking..." He already learned that. It was after tristen, amara, and dameon that he began his bulk of reading. "...sounds like fun." But a refresher couldn't hurt. Besides...he didnt' mind being around Ivy so much.
OOC: hey...would you like to rp Rais with my Cressida? XD I think it be funny. They're both stubborn headed

((Um, sure. He doesn't really leave the big tree much. But I can figure out a reason for him to be off of it.))
"Wow, that is really nice." Wow, he raised so many paes. "I think you have more family than I do." She ate her sandwich and thought about family. "It's good that you were there and had a stable influence." Sometimes pae grew up with no one to look out for them. She knew that counted for herself.

BIC: "Tartara keeps finding pae on her doorstep." The male explained, taking another sip of drink before finishing off his sandwich. "But between raising pae, studying, and training, after Fre I just...never had time for recreational things." He picked up a strawberry, looked at it, and then looked at the elder. "...Like this...I actually enjoyed this evening with you Ivy."

"Really? I don't see my old caretaker anymore. She disappeared when I started my family." Spooky, that was her name, left her to raise herseflf, but Ivy didn't hold it against her. "You did?" Ivy blushed deeply, more than she had in a long time. "I did too. I've been alone for so long. It's been nice to spend time with you." Children all grown and had their own lives and Chae left a while ago.

He nodded, allowing the smallest of smiles onto his face. "Probably why Tristen set this thing up." Ontop of her being a beautiful Elder who also found a love for the wilderness, if not in the same sense. He took a bite of strawberry, feeling a bit of juice slip down his chin in the process. You actually managed to do something half right Tristen. Bravo.

"Yeah, that sounds right." She was happy he did. She hadn't really been on a date before. Chae had Ivy had a kind of whirl-wind marriage, maybe why it didn't last. Ivy got out of her thoughts to see the juice slip down his chin and grabbed a napkin, "You got a bit of juice..." She then took her hand and batted the napkin at his chin with a small blush.

Fre had just...disapeared. Leaving without saying goodbye for...years. He barely remembered holding Arlies tiny form in his arms, his other daughter. The male blushed with the female as she dabbed the napkin to his chin. "Oh...ah...thanks." He reached up to overlap her hand with his, making it stay an instant longer before uncovering it once more. "This...might sound a little...odd, coming from me. I'm not exactly the 'dating' type. Or any sort of type involving romance. But, would you be interested in going out with me again? I think I might enjoy getting to know you better. You're genuinely fascinating."

((LOL I was thinking it might be a good place to end and maybe start a new date. After the Isle fell and all? What do you think?))
Ivy blushed as her hand was taken into his, just for a brief moment. Her heart raced a little and more as she listened to him. "Yes, I would love that. I'm not a big dater either, but I would love to spend more time with you." She smiled and looked down. Was she finally moving on?

BIC: He wondered if that meant Ivy was his girlfriend now. Was that too presumtuous? "Are you free this weekened then? I've read that movie watching is an acceptable date activity." The male barely refrained from blushing. He was a buffed up nerd, knowing his social skills from the books he read and personal experience. Dating just so happened to be in the former catagory.

"Yes, I'm free." She smiled and then wondered what that was. "A movie?" She didn't really know what that was. She was mostly off in her garden and with the trees. It sounded vaguely familiar, like maybe someone told her once what it was.

He nodded. "There's a t.v. in the headquarters lounge. Though I'm not all too familiar as to what are good movies to watch. I suppose we'll just see?" He'd be lying if he said he wasn't absolutely on cloud nine that Ivy had said she was free. What was wrong with him? Was he ill?
