My youth pastor's son is much better and is now in college, from what I last heard. So, you can take it down now. sweatdrop (The doctors believe that it was food poisoning passing through.)
This is a prayer request that has to do with my backslidden guy friend that I wrote about back in November. His older brother is being transferred to Iraq in three weeks. Both of them are backslidden and the older one is called into the ministry as a pastor. I pray that if the older brother does die in Iraq, that he will accept Christ as His Savior once again before he dies. If he doesn't die that his old life will die, that he will acccept Christ and come back and be a witness to his younger brother. I believe some of you know how close brothers can be, they're tight, so, I guess since one of them went down, the other one went down with him. (Don't know who went first though.) So, the older brother's protection in Iraq, and for both of them to come to the Lord.

I would like to be prayed for.
My dad broke up with his other wife(my step mom) and she blames it on me and my brothers and sisters. Im never seeing my sister again(my step sis) and I love her very much. My dad is under alot of stress and my life has become unbelieveably hectic and stressful, and it seems that things are only gonna get worse. And at the end of this year im probably gonna move and switch schools (and leave friends i've left behind for most of my life). Please pray for me. I really need it and so does my family. As a result of everything i wont be able to get on much but this weekend i'l be able to though. God bless!

Holly Ann Clancy, an underclassman friend of mine in my chorus class, was killed in a car accident involving DUI last Friday. Please pray for her family. She was 15 years old, and a lot of people at my school are having trouble coping...not to mention her poor family. Her birthday is week after next, and I know that's going to be incredibly difficult for many people.

Tashin Hanabi Holly Ann Clancy, an underclassman friend of mine in my chorus class, was killed in a car accident involving DUI last Friday. Please pray for her family. She was 15 years old, and a lot of people at my school are having trouble coping...not to mention her poor family. Her birthday is week after next, and I know that's going to be incredibly difficult for many people. Oh my gosh......I know how awful that can be. 2 seniors in my school last year got killed in a crash (though they were the one's drinking...... xp ) It effected their little sisters, both of which were in my class, a terrible ammount. One of them didn't come back to school for months. I will pray, but you know, she is in a better place. biggrin

I don't know if this is the right place for a prayer request... but it seemed like the place to put one. So... here goes.
I've been going through a lot of things since the first of April... I ended up catching the flu for the first 3 days of the month. Then, the day after I get better, my car gets broken into (don't really know the term for it if my car was unlocked... I learned my lesson, so please don't mention that fact) and my car stereo, my Game Boy Advance SP and all of my games for it, 2 GameCube games, my favorite PS2 game, my bible, my backpack containing all of my school books, and a 9-year-old CD collection of some pretty unique stuff were stolen (bright side: both of my guitars were in the trunk and the trunk was untouched. Also, I've been able to begin replacing some of those things.). Three weeks after that, my car breaks down and I don't have the money to fix it. Plus, given its history, I'm forced to give up on it, which also forces me to return to driving my old car: a 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle. The problem with that is I'm 6'4 with a year-old knee injury that still hurts.
Before and through all of that, I'm beginning to hate a lot about myself... including my looks, my age, and my "mis-matched" personality. I'm also constantly reminded of some serious mistakes in my past (you know, the type you would give your left arm to undo) and bombarded by the strongest temptations and the behaviors that I'm desperately trying to quit before I'm married (no, I'm not engaged, but I'm always thinking about it. Everybody has a dream... this is mine). With the exception of about 2, maybe 3, people that I've found that I can honestly trust, everyone that I've told about my problems have done the following:
1) laughed and mocked me for trying to change this behavior because they think it's "normal" (my once best friend did this to me... I bought an anti-porn shirt and he laughed in my face when I showed it to him...)
2) thought I was crazy
3) thought I was joking
4) took that time to scold me and say that they thought I was "better than this" (my mom again)
5) didn't react at all
6) just didn't care
Honestly, I feel pretty alone and hopeless at the moment and I truly need your prayers... Spiritually, I feel like I've had the life beaten out of me and I'm bleeding all over the place. I'm weakened and injured, but I still have to fight, or it's all over. Please, pray over my situation... I guess that's all I can really ask you to do.

Please pray for my friend Michelle. She is starting to scare me. She is sneeking out, has a boyfriend that her parents dont know about, lies to parents, and i dont know what else! Its like ever since she moved away she turned into a whole nother person! I dont really like it. Im afraid that she is going to get in trouble or get hurt. I tried talking to her, but it didnt work. Did I mention that her family is strict christian and she seceretly isnt?! She has to go to church every week. She said she couldnt stand her church. What should I do? I pray every night, but I feel helpless...please help me pray for her.

I ask that you my Christian brethern keep my Pastor and Mentor, Pastor Jim Reeb in your prayers, he is in the hospital, in the ICU with conjestive heart failure, bronchial(sp) ashama in his lungs and his kidneys have stopped working. He is a great personal friend of mine, and I've been studying under him to become the associate pastor of my church. Pray that the LORD gives him a fast and speedy recovery, and returns Pastor to his joy~ preaching and teaching the Word. thank you very much, may the LORD bless and keep you! Ahmain!

Ok, here's my list....
First of all, please pray for my family and friends that are not saved or have been luke warm or fallen away.
I would like to ask your prayer in my health and also in my marriage, we are also trying to get pregnant. I pray for God's perfect timing.
My husband is trying to loose weight right now so that he can go into the ARMY, and I pray for God to give him the motivation to work hard at it and also against any spirit of obeisity, infermity, or idleness that would keep him from the goal in mind.
Thank you for your time and prayer. I will be praying for you in your needs also.

moose_of_today I feel selfish for asking but can someone please please please pray for my friendship with my friends. Ever sense this new friend came along, Ive lost my best female friend. Also pray that my exboyfriend and I will be close to each other like we were while we were going out. He was my best male friend and I feel like Ive lost him forever. My friendships have been going down hill so much that I have thought of "ending it all" but killing myself but thankfully I talked myself out of it. Thank you so much everyone! May you all be blessed by the hands of God! I have great news!! My female friend and I are starting to get close again (slowly but getting there) and my ex boyfriend and I have started talking and getting close again too! Thank you everyone for your praiers! I love each and every one of you!

My friend Jeane had a seziure on Monday, and she's resting so far. She almost died, it was a close call. Hopefully her license doesn't get taken for not being seziure free for a year.
I'm sleeping better, its a praise.
My dad is waiting for the orders to move us back home.

YES! We are moving back home! Dad just got the orders to move! Pray that nothing bad happens to keep us from going!!! Home is so close...
I know this sounds silly but my dog is really old, Angel, and I pray that she gets better from her infection and that it doesn't spred. I don't want her to go yet.
Praise that a friend of mine is in kemo, and she's doing well.

Pray for the woman who just got kicked out of my church!!!! I'm very against what my church did cuz this woman needs help, not shunning. So please pray for her. That she'll find a better, more loving and caring church that can help her get back on the right path.
