killafrog scream I will say this now you pick ether sneak drinks keep or take your first 5 drinks for yesterday and your sneaked drinks DON'T COUNT YOU BETTER NOT DRINK FOR THE NEXT 8 hrs scream you will pay $200 even if you keep sneaked drinks or not and if you keep them RN your fine scream scream Also you will need to sing a X-mas song if you don't keep your sneaked drinks evil
Sir killa', I think you're gonna' have to explain to us Tally Sheet posters how this above fine is going to work. Are we not counting all of Pie's points, as we have with all other drinkers? I.E. are we only applying Pie's first 5 drinks and points to the Tally Sheet? confused

TES, I dare say that this is NOT a rule change. But it does fall under the category of Rule #8, stating that "The Cops have the right to reserve judgment and can fine you for anything else they deem necessary".

Well, I asked if it was a rule change since your question appeared to be subtly inquiring if killa's decision for Robic Pie's specific instance should be applied to all offenses of sneaking drinks retroactively. To do so would be more like a rule change than application of the rule you just mentioned.
Of course, if I was mistaken then all of that can be completely ignored.

I was just trying to decifer killa's words there and looking for confirmation from him, TES. It can be difficult at times, don't you think? Heh heh. I believe he was just posting his own style of punishment for Pie sneaking drinks by fining him 200 gold and not drinking for 8 hours. PLUS giving Pie the option to either keep the sneaked drinks and RN for his fine OR keep the legal 5 (dropping the sneaked drinks) and singing a Christmas Carol. I just don't think it is a rule change. Not at this point in the game at least, because the Competition ends tomorrow night. neutral
