RP response: Knowing that he didn't have much fight left in him, Jack rallied his strength for one final strike. He gathered his strength. Chose his mark. And began a driving swim. He put all he had into it. As he drew near the Kraken it shifted. Jack flailed at it futilely as he shot by. His final blow missing. Overcome by exhaustion and the disappointment of his failure. Jack retired from the battle.
