Playing games for the heck of it, Bitsie was surprised when she actually won! She accepted a plushie, but really had no need for it. Then she noticed a kid that looked pretty down... Walking over behind them, she snickered to herself as she tucked it in the back of their shirt, then ran away!
Hideki was caught very off-guard as someone attacked him from behind! he flailed his arms in a panic before Apollyon came around, taking the something out of his shirt and shoving it in his arms. "Chill out, spazz"
Thalia bounced around excitedly as she wandered about the festivities! She didn't do so well at the games, but it was an opportunity to get better! Giving an excited bounce as she finally won, the cutie accepted her plushie as a first ever trophy! Kitchi walked about, curious as to all that was going on! With a big smile as something hooked onto his leg, Kitchi reached down to pat it. "You can come home with me~ My moms won't mind!"
Rina moved through the crowd, happily munching on her candies, her plushie in hand. She approached another booth, frowning slightly when she got a box of raisins. They weren't terrible, but they definitely were a cop out when it came to candy. What was wrong with people?
Korr was humming to himself, winding his way through the crowds as if he were dancing. He stopped when he came close to a booth that had a relatively short line. "Trick or Treat!" That was what they said, right? He smiled when he saw he got a cute little blue sugar skull, how neat!
The line for the next booth was actually pretty long. However, Ashai wasn't like most children and she actually didn't seem to mind waiting all that much. She kept herself well behaved while other children were throwing fits. She frowned, staying close to Lasia. When they finally got to the front, she was given a small bracelet, even though it was kind of big, she put it on her wrist.
Lasia smiled, glad that the girl seemed to be enjoying herself, even if it was just a little bit. She thanked the attendants, getting a small white chocolate bat for herself.
Alecto looked around at all the other freshlings and caretakers watching the freshlings trick or treat, he was wearing his costume and had his treat bag. Alecto frowned at the imp who handed him the tooth, then looked it over and decided it was better to laugh and say. "Thanks for the trick dude." Not that the imp was a dude, Alecto wasn't sure nor did he think one way or the other since everyone was dude or bro to Alecto. It was just one of his weird quirks, he loved napping and playing drums it was his thing, he hoped though as he looked at the weird tooth to get some candy this festival not just tricks.
Tolaram smiled softly as he collected another rock for his collection he didn't mind collecting rocks, he liked them so he didn't really consider getting a rock for hallows eve to be a trick where some other freshlings might be upset that they had gotten a rock instead of candy. Tolaram was actually rather happy. He looked over the rock, he did wish they had other types of rocks to give out then he could collect a bunch of different types of rocks. Perhaps Tola could get one of the caretakers to take him on a field trip so he could go rock collecting.
Chau walked around the festival, he looked at the different booths and smiled at the spooky decorations everywhere, he wondered what many of them were made of, and if he could make them too in the art room. Then he turned to a game of batty racing. There was a target that had to be hit to fill a balloon and send the players bat moving along. Chau did pretty well and he won a bag of candy. He smiled and said "Thanks." To the grimm running the booth, then walked off to go eat some of his skull candies. This festival was pretty great. Chau was walking away when he heard the booth attending calling him back, he had almost won a bat plushie. Chau picked out a yellow one and smiled and said "Thanks again." cheerfully.
Cybelle went through the festival, he finally looked up out of his daydreaming and decided to buy a cotton candy and play a game. He decided on one of the test your strength games, he hit the mark and watched the marker hit the bell, Cy picked out a rosey pink spider and went off to eat his cotton candy in peace. He wasn't really thinking about much at the moment, just a moment by himself to relax. No one to bother him, Cybelle wasn't close to his family, they kinda drove him up a wall, so he avoided them as much as he could.
Cortia picked a chocolate bat to nibble on as she watched all the freshling run around having fun and the caretakers watching them. Cort really wanted to join their ranks and hoped that some day she would.
15, 6, 3 chrons was not having any luck as he got tricked AGAIN this made him a bit side having gotten Stale candy... but as he wondered away he heard a purr.... could it be? he felt a nuzzle against his leg and a deep meow. it was a vespercat! he happily piked up the familure and began to carry it away as his mother fallowed behind him.
Azriel had made his way to the fair excitedly as he wanted to get something for his dearest friend he played many games losing almost every time, he played for a few hours before finally winning, he then went to find her as he gently tapped her shoulder and held the giant plush and candy floss out to her with a shy smile."for you." he said happily.

Karasu didn't have much luck he to revised some stale candy but the cute spider plushie pleased him, he had gotten it from the next houses over as he carried it around going forth to the next house eagerly awaiting candy
After finding out that Zoe had missed out on the spider plushies, Gilly was determined to find something really good this next time around. Even going ahead of Soop, she walked about looking for just the right thing. She stopped at a stand that was giving out the most delicious looking candy apples; they were so colorful and they smelled SO good! "Wait here." she told Zoe and trotted over to the smiling attendant. "Two apples please!" She reached up to take them, trying not to let any of the warm syrup drip onto her costume, and she walked quickly back to Zoe and offered her one. "Here you go; I know it's not as good as a spider plushie, but they smell really good, don't you think?"
Zoe had honestly already gotten over not getting a plushie spider and was looking around for any signs of trouble like the thief they had run into before. So she was understandably surprised when Gilly bade her to stay there. "Wait!" she called out and followed behind at a distance, looking around warily. When her friend returned, any scolding she had thought about doing left her mind right away. "Oh Gilly, you didn't have to...." She took the apple and sniffed it; she had to admit, it DID smell really good. She grinned. "Thank you, Gilly."
Still fuming over getting a cheap, useless goblet, Ruari's expectations were only dashed further as the next house, which was decorated with oddities that he was sure were not your average Haunted Hallows decor, dropped what appeared to be a possessed puppet in his pail. Rumor hissed at it, and Ruari used some of the candy in the pail to cover it up so he wouldn't have to look at it. Part of him wanted to just throw it away, but on the other hand...... He shrugged to himself; maybe someone in the troupe might want it for an act or something.
A child at heart, Ryker was pleased as he grabbed a cone of cotton candy. "How'd you two fare on the trick or treat booth?" he asked as his girls came back.
Effie wrinkled her nose at her daddu and plucked a piece of cotton candy from his treat. "I got a bird skull, dad. An actual bird skull," she said and held it up to show him.
Parfait was much more excited as she trailed behind her older sister. "I got a plushie like you two!! And look! It came with candy corn! My favorite!" she giggled and shoved a small handful of the candy into her mouth.

"Awesome...out of date candy... Thanks. So much," Zeta sighed sarcastically as she dumped the handful of old candy into her bucket with the rock. Maybe coming out wasn't such a good idea. She wasn't having such a good time so far. A light out of one side of her eye turned her attention to what was apparently her new friend - a wisp. She was good at collecting those wherever she went.

Pallas sighed happily as she bit into a decadent dark chocolate bat. It was kind of melty, but it was kind of fun to lick the chocolate off her fingers like she was a freshling again. While she was licking her last finger, a plushie hit her in the stomach. "Oh! Um, thanks?" She giggled lightly, at least it was cute.

Jiang actually smiled a little when their first stop at a trick or treat booth earned him a pretty orange and black bracelet. He slipped it over his wrist while he waited for Kaito to take his turn.
Kaito grinned as he won both a bracelet and a matching plushie. "Look, Jiji! I got a plushie vespercat! Isn't it cute?" he giggled.

This time the candy he got looked much better. He'd always been curious as to how cotton candy was made, and he looked on wide eyed as the vendor made it for him. He especially enjoyed watching him mix and twist the colors.

T'kani wandered around for a while without stopping, simply enjoying the festival around her. There was a shell game that she lucked out on, although the prize she received was a bit curious. She had heard about the enchantment on the candy, and indeed could feel it, but was unsure of how it would affect her. Given how the ordeal last month went over, she was fairly certain it would be not the intended result.
Shrugging for now, she tucked it away in her bag and kept going, freezing as she spotted her best friend with leashed son in tow, along with another smaller Fey. She knew the first two at least! Slinking up behind them with as much stealth as she could muster, she scooped up the leashed Fey and enveloped her friend in a big hug. If she could, perhaps she would have yelled "Surprise!" at the last moment. Perhaps.
