HavenneShadow Princess-Orphelia I like my current Avatar, I may go and put it into the Arena. And see what would happen? You would have to come back to the guild and nudge us all to go vote. It is certainly a well-put-together outfit, Orphelia. So many of the arena entries I see, when nudged to go vote for someone, are just overdone or loaded with mismatched details or just plain bright. I like things that look good thematically and have harmonious details. Oh yes I entered it. I name it 'Lady of Elegance'.. But it's not actually opened for voting yet. I think it'll start on Monday. It's very cute. 4laugh

I read "The Lovely Bones;" haven't seen the movie. It reminded me somewhat of "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" - the same tone and is wistfulness the word I want? Serious about introspection and the lessons learned even after we have gone through the door of death.

Yes, I have. sort of like a modern rework of Orpheus? do I have my mythology right? They made a movie of "Five People" also? wow. I will have to see that.

Yeah you should watch that movie when you can, it's got some similarities to Lovely bone..
Here's an overview on it..
Soul mates Chris (Robin Williams) and Annie (Annabella Sciorra) have an idyllic marriage together. However, following the death of their two children in a car accident, Annie becomes isolated and mentally unstable from guilt, and is institutionalized. After four years, the couple reconciles, but on the anniversary of the event Chris is killed in a car accident, finding himself in a Heaven derived from his wife's paintings.
Despite the paradise he now inhabits, Chris is unhappy without Annie. When she commits suicide in guilt over Chris' death, the act consigns her to Hell. Determined that they belong together, Chris commences a quest through Hell to rescue her, in the process discovering a number of characters from his past.
