Colm eyes flashed white and stayed that way for some time, "Oh no." he said has he stumbled back. "Sun, rise." he commanded as the eclipse ended. The war would start soon and he was the cause, the eclipse started it but, why? The king regained his footing, "I'm going to be in deep s**t."

I knew it! Tala thought with horror. Kiro was right! It was the start of the next war! The Kingdoms are doomed!
She began to have little images flash through her brain of her childhood and of her father and the friends she had newly made. Would she lose everything again? Her eyes darkened with worry and her mind raced a thousand miles an hour but her facial expression never wavered.
"That certianly can't be a good thing when a King exclaims that he is going to be in 'deep s**t'."

"Put your crystals away, this battle is over. My mission from Hades was to see if you were still worthy of your title. If not, I would have had to deliver your soul to him. But you passed. If you notice, you barely have a scratches on you. I was not to cause serious damage untill I evaluated your skill. You have passed with flying colors, and your soul is safe, for now." He then formed another pool and jumped into it. The pool reformed outside the crystal barrier, and he turned to walk away, but stopped."What is this war you speak off?"

He finally realized. "No it definitely can't," Zig said in response to Tala's words. What has he started? He's the king for godsakes shouldn't he have better judgment than that? Although he had been in the heat of battle and frequently that can overwhelm any person's good judgment. She just hoped things could be fixed before anything got out of hand.

Kel returned to his place at the gateway and leaned against the wall again. He shook his head and sighed. "Well, it doesn't matter if old man reaper was telling the truth or not. The damage has been done. Now the question is whether the building situation could be stopped."
He rested his chin in his hand and thought for a moment. "Though whether he really wasn't trying to attack the king remains to be seen. It's a little hard to believe that this was a test. It's certainly harder to believe that this mess even warranted the use of the Sword of Hades. Also none of what that old reaper said made any sense."

Tala was frightened. She didn't want to see another war come. She hoped that the King wouldn't lead them astray in a time when they needed a strong leader.
I wonder why the reaper is so suddenly interested at the mention of a war? Tala thought angrily.

Odd that the reaper would have such concern about a human war. Hades interest in the king is also somewhat questionable. Why would he care if we have a strong king? Zig's mind was soon filling with many questions and, sadly, they weren't ones that would be easy to find the answer to. Curse my curiosity. She knew there was next to nothing she could do to stop this war or aid in stopping it though if anyone asked she'd be willing to help. Until a tangible solution was reached she decided to remain silent and listen to others' opinions.

"Crystals." Colm said as they disappeared. "The war of the elements, because of that eclipse the war will start. That is why Hades sent you, to insure that I was the one who started it." The king befuddled, Why, though. "If you are done here then leave."

They do not want a single Nation to rule, but they would not mind a number like 2 or 3. I am here to resolve this matter, or stop from one nation to gain total rule. Untill then, I am given orders by Hades or yourself, for you have proven yourself worthy of my assistance." Delrath sighed as he leaned against a tree. "Mind having all these people come out? I won't bite..."

This was absolute ludicrisy. Were the Gods that cruel that they want war? It didn't make sense to Tala and things weren't adding up. Something was amiss here.
"Something doesn't feel right about this. There can't be more than one ruling Nation because the ruling Nations would fight amongst themselves and the rest would rebel. And why would the order of Hades matter to the rest of us? The only thing Hades wants is death and vengance. He wants evil to rule the planet."
Makani had begun to fidget under Tala. Her master was troubled and the she wolf didn't like it.

"Ignore him. All he does is speak nonsense. It's probably all just a game to him anyway..." Kel shook his head and began walking toward his lightning charged blade resting in the crater. As he walked he raised his right hand up and purged the dark energy it collected in an expanding wave.

"Perhaps it is nonsense, but if he is right it would be stupid not to consider his words," said Zig toward Kel's retreating form. She went ahead and walked into the courtyard since the reaper had made an invitation and stood a respectful distance away from the previous combatants. It was easily possible that the gods could want war after all humans were just putty in their hands. Perhaps they're bored...

Kel turned back toward Zig as he responded. "I'll consider them when his words become consistent." Kel grabbed the handle of the sword and lifted it from the rather warm dirt at the center of the crater. He lifted the blade and started walking back toward the wall, inspecting the blade as he traveled. "With how much this thing withstood, I could make a pretty good price with it."

Zig inclined her head to indicate that Kel had a point, but she couldn't help but wonder why the reaper had contradicted himself. Maybe he was trying to hide something and both ideas should be pursued or he could be doing this just to mess with their minds. She was probably reading too much into this anyway.

Tala, who was still unconvinced of the reaper's intentions, rose and followed Zig, standing by her with a raised eyebrow. Makani was at her side within moments, her ears perked and listening though she couldn't understand the words that were being exchanged.
I'm still not sure if either Zig or the other man are right about this situation. I think the reaper is wrong in his opinions, however not sure if it is the truth. Tala thought to herself.
