A surprise to none, Tamashii's poorly-planned strike didn't do the trick. Trying to whittle away at a mountain with a rockhammer was not the right idea but it was the choice Samayou had his mind set on. The fool could not surprise, overpower, or outrun this monster. He would get himself killed trying. With its former master having created the move and its most recent owner having learned it, the dark sword Shinorei had been exposed to the Shunkido technique more than enough for the Entity to know how to use it. Looking as though it never so much as blinked, the beast let its opponent's attacks pass harmlessly through where it stood. Immitating Tama's plan of attack the Entity used the instantaneous movement to merely avoid both strikes.

Samayou would be weaker now having used the manuever, making him even easier to deal with on their next exchange, but the same could be said for the devil within Taliman. The phantom blade growled hungrily. It needed to feed soon. Paying no attention to the female stranger in the back, the Entity was better focused on what was happening at the bar. The mage was finally taking part in the festivities, and she took a ballsy approach to it. She was holding Shinorei, the material blade, in her hand. The Entity rose one brow and tilted its head back. Relaxing its posture somewhat it spoke with a curious, mocking tone.

"That.. isss a prison...," The devil spoke bluntly, correcting the woman's statement. "not a weapon."

The wraith blade returned to form, growing in size to nearly seven feet in length. An angry bolt of energy arched away from it and sliced into the broken floorboards but individually threatened nobody present. However in response to this, the material sword began to hum ravenously, almost moving of its own will in a feeble attempt to escape the girl's hand. The raw urge of aching hunger resonated from the blade in Epithany's grasp, palpable to any sensitive to it. Perhaps the sword wasn't a useless husk after all; for certain, something remained within. Instead of acting on this the Dark Entity only waited, interested to see what the mage felt she had up her sleeve.

((Actually Pith is hosting another "Entity" She basically traced the pathways using the the residual energy left in the blade as a conduit. She is sharing her consciousness with the spirits she has contacted. There's likely going to be a tug of war match for the blade at this point though))

Needless to say, Kirra didn't have much of a choice in the matter. She couldn't stop a bullet, much less herself, and no one else was going to for her. She twisted and squirmed in the grip of the phantom claws wrapped around her chest, trying to break free, only to have her eyes widen at the sight of the incoming bullet.

Wriggling one last time, she managed to take the shot in her right shoulder, which was better than the heart she supposed. It hit just under her clavicle, tearing into the muscle and fracturing the bone. Before she had a chance to really register the pain, however, she was swung around once and suddenly released.

The bar she was about to crash into disintegrated before she got there, instead letting her crash into the wood floor itself, cracking a few floorboards. The woman lay there for a moment or two, regaining her senses and grimacing in pain. Slowly, stiffly, Kirra sat up, gripping her right shoulder as blood leaked from the bullet wound. Getting the s**t kicked out of you really ******** hurt. Better take a breather.

She sat trying to ignore the pain as she watched Tamashii miss his attacked yet again, and Epithany take up the material Shinorei. Definitely a gutsy move, but whether it was the right one remained to be seen. This would be a great time to have Seinorei available, the Saiya-jin thought to herself. But there was no chance she'd get to it quickly, nor that Whako-Tali would let her go to it anyways. How come Jade had never asked to be taught Shunkido, it'd be perfect for right now.

It seemed Tama had something to learn about this entity...likewise could be said.

Sama would re-appear standing near Jade after his display screeching to a halt with his muscular body steaming...but not an ounce of fatigue displayed on his stone face. He remembered all the times people said he just couldn't match other people here because he couldn't fly or throw Ki around like a god. So he beat them another way, he beat them with his body that was close to indestructible. However this last move was to give him the final piece of information he needed, and he felt a pinch of disappointment at the results.

It was deeply infected and beyond his abilities to stop for now and even with his expansion knowledge in the fields of meta-Magic's he still did not possess the spiritual make up to remove this thing. However to think because of that Sama was drained, tired, fatigued, down for the count, was a huge mistake on anyone's part. The Devil knew he could most likely not defeat this thing with bare knuckles, he would have to use chaotic energy to rip it from its host, but even that had a slim of no chance of working. The Devil was powerful but just too limited due to his biological make up.

For now he would take a back seat and watch as Pith came into the fray with a calm and more tactical approach to this thing, perhaps she could be the one to put this thing down, god knows trying to slam it head first into something didn't work.

However......

While Sama took the time to get in a breathe out in the kitchen that mysterious woman was still with the unconscious Diety. The black masked woman with a pair of horns poking out from under her hood had removed something from her cloak. With out warning she took off the cover of the needle and drove it home right into Deities chest! Pushing the plunger down and injecting some sort of clear liquid directly into his heart. It was an adrenaline shot, directly from her General's body. A pontent cocktail of adrenaline that would shock Diety back to conscious.

Tama's technique had failed. If only he had learned Shunkido, it might have worked, but as it was, that brief window of time was all that was needed to render the attack useless, as though the Entity were beyond even the element of surprise. At least he forced it expend some of its ki more liberally than it had been doing. It was probably not pleased with that outcome.

Still, with Kirra down, Miss Pith possessed and unpredictable, and Tama now taking a pause from direct confrontation, it was either attack or be attacked. Even if going in solo was insane, it was better than grouping together for a focused area assault.

With a large spike of ki, the boy was off, blasting off the ground toward Tali's body. His offense lacked flair, but was a solid, well-aimed side kick to the abdomen. Being taller than his quarry, he was aimed downward in relation to his height, but being off the ground, the kick would have added thrust that would drive the boy's foot into his uncle's torso, pushing the demon back.

Sama was like a brick wall moving in front of Kenta before his Ki even finished spiking. Holding the boy back with an out stretched arm before he ran into his death. As strong as he was even Sama was nervous going toe to toe with this thing, with what he had felt that arm do too him.

It would shred Kenta apart and Miss Pith would blame him for not doing something. So the Devil moved like lighting, his eyes still focused on this thing as he half whispered back to Kenta
.

"Hold on...let Pith do her thing....she might be on too something....Besides if me trying to throw it around doesn't work.....what chance do you stand? Sometimes you got to take a back seat instead of blindly throwing your body into the fray."

Meanwhile he also waited to see this things response, Sama knew hurting it was a limited funnel. There had to be a weakness to this thing, something to do with the Tybron Brothers....and that damn sword.

::Again. Pulled back into his body so it seemed, Deity awakened. Not from slumber but from death, yet again. The very literally piercing pain in his chest was such a refreshing shock to his system that it seemed almost pleasant. It seemed... no, it was ecstasy, if only for the couple of seconds it took the boy to realize what was going on. In comparison to the cold, lifeless hell he endured, the searing heat of pain felt like heaven. He'd sat up in his hastened revival, hands scratching out into the air and grabbing hold of whatever came into contact with them - in this case, the cloak worn by the woman waking him up. Eyes wide with energy, the Orinian stared out into space, vision fuzzy without focusing on anything in particular. The needle had brought color back to his vision again, blasting away the grey and returning him to life.

But it was only temporary. Common sense guided one of his hands, which reluctantly pulled the syringe free and tossed it haphazardly aside. Looking up and squeezing his eyes into focus, Deity took in the countenance of the person reviving him. A complete stranger. He sought to voice his confusion, but interrupted himself upon fully rejoining the rest of the cast on the set of the play known as reality. This is bad, he thought, taking in the opposite side of the room. The darkness living inside of the Shinorei sword had taken control of Taliman, an act that Deity didn't even know was possible. He knew that whatever was in the blade was trapped there, it couldn't be freed - he never imagined it could affect this world in such a way without escaping.

Shinorei needed a conduit to use its powers, which is where the wielder came into play. Taliman had grown so close with the blade that it was using him as a weapon, twisting the equation to its liking to reach its own ends. Somehow its goal required Deity's soul, and some way the others had prevented it from achieving this while he lay unconscious. On a much more horrifying note, Epithany was holding the sword. Who would do such a thing?? If none of us were willing to mess with it before, he thought in panic, why choose now of all times to start playing with it?? The image was so startling, Deity nearly threw the stranger to the ground next to him in his rush to get to his feet. He strained and groaned in pain, his body still taxed from his impromptu soul transfusion. He managed to get upright, and with an obvious limp began to stagger away, muttering against the pain that remained in his throat.::

...ss...st-stop her....

::The boy was quick to trip and crumble into the floor in his weakened haste to get across the room, proving as useful as a kite with no string. Collapsing with all the grace of a corpse, Deity only just barely held his upper body off the torn floor, his eyes watching the back of his brother's head. At least, what used to be his brother. The murderous monarch was replaced with something even more sinister, and it was in a position to do irreparable harm unless someone managed to stop it. Shinorei simply wasn't able to leave the sword, it was only using the emperor of Orion as a means to channel itself - the result was Taliman and the building around him being eaten alive by the shadows lurking in the blade. Epithany had opened Death's door, blindfolded.::

The sword writhed in her grasp as the entity made its presence known. Her brow furrowing, the mage's grin had not ceased. Caressing the blade ever so gently, she flicked its edge as to cause it resonate.

"We know of prisons very well. Do you know of the hierarchies within those constraintsss? We are forgotten againsssst the many!Never able to be heard. ENOUGH!!!"YOU CANNOT HAVE IT!!!! ISSSS OURRSSSSS! WYRMKIN GIFTED USSSS THISSSSS!"

The struggle for the blade erupted physically as whatever entity had taken over Pith pulled on the consciousness that held Taliman.

The previously unseen exertion of force exhibited itself as overt compulsion on the mages' surroundings causing them to buckle and compress as if her very presence had an attraction to it.

Grasping her head, the mage stumbled a bit, steadying herself

"Why ssshould you have the forefront! It is our turn!"

The mage dropped from her perch.

"You will listen, won't you? They seem perturbed..."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Within the kitchen a faint warm presence patted Deity on the shoulder and a disembodied whisper reached his ear.
"Awww...I didn't know you cared. Don't worry..."
((Within an conglomeration of spirits, only the more dominant would be known. What of the others? As you said, the sword is only a conduit. She basically traced a pathway to conglomeration. She then used it as such to have discourse with some of the spirits. Thus giving them an outlet. Think of it as tapping a well from another spigot. ))
So basically whatever Epithany is channeling can't be passing through the sword, which is essentially a spiritual meatgrinder. Trying to channel her own powers to it just opens herself to attack. Epithany is holding a fully aroused Shinorei that could glue itself to her hand and start eating her as soon as the Entity felt like it. It wasn't at risk in any way by leaving the sword unattended. Again I didn't elaborate because I didn't expect anyone to try anything.
I could have just let it start eating Pith and waited for someone to save her but we already played that bit with Tama. Though as things are going that might be the only course since the Entity isn't going to let her drop the sword now.
Sorry for taking up so much OOC space guys, I'll post IC next time regardless.>>
((I never said it was all encompassing pathway. She traced the pathway the puppeteer's used and then told some the lesser spirits within Shinorei conglomeration, that she could aid them in taking over the sword. She knows very well that this is going to fail, but that's part of her plan. There's layers here. She wants the Entity to "eat" her as you so aptly put it. Go ahead. I've alluded in my actual posts that all is not as it seems. What your revealing, just changes how I was going to carry out things. But what I wanted to happen is having the entity try to consume her.))
{{I was tired and it was like 3 am and i don;t keep track of your name, your that lil saiyin jin guy to me. XD
But no really my bad dude I am so tired when I post now a days I don't know which way is up.}}
The woman was quick to take her role as she swooped in behind Deity, one arm holstering a very, VERY strong grip under his left tricep muscle. This would both hold him so he could be at his feet, not face first on the floor, and too hold him from trying to run into the fray like a retard.
...Jesus she was strong!
Her grip also served as a fresh dose of pinching pain to keep Deity on his wits and not his stupid streak, by her observation had been quite impressive thus far. She had lil' remorse for this man and little compassion, even less respect. In fact had it not been for Lord SabaDrith's orders she wouldn't even be here at all but where the general went she followed. Countless discussion, or what could best be described as one between two Devil's had occurred all over the subject of saving this little boy's life. She would not actively involve herself against the Entity unless her General's life became endangered, her goal was to stop anything, other then herself, from laying a finger on Deity. her voice came a sweet and soft tone, much nicer then her iron man vice grip on the man's arm.
"It's ok, let them handle it you are in no condition to go running into the middle of this right now...let the drug go to work you'll be in the best shape of your life in no time."
A half lie, truth was in about five minutes he would feel stronger then ever, mostly due to the fact that Samayou's own adrenaline and DNA had been injected into the boy's blood stream, giving him a temporary dose of Abyssal Steroids so to speak. Whatever physical condition he had been in prior to being injured would be restored and amplified ten fold. This was done because only Deity really knew how to fight this thing...however...the DNA of Sama would never mix with another foreign race and so it would eventually make its way out of his system...violently. Usually by puking it out in the form of blood and intestinal matter, and it would last for hours. Needless to say Deity would feel on top of the world in five minutes and a few hours later he would wish he was dead rather then suffer what he was going too go thru..........
Her payback for all the trouble he had Put her General thru, true he wasn't to blame Sama acted of his own accord...but he still blamed him none the less....
