((My computer is being a b***h. It won't get on the internet and somehow it managed to lose the driver for the moniter. 9 9 Or something. Either way, when it turns on the screen is jumbo sized and I can't see anything. So...until [hopefully] my brother fixes it, I'm down on Ma's. Wish me luck.))

Tali huffed out a little laugh with his dark lips stretched in a big smile, bracing himself for his enemy's counter attack. It came strong and swift, so much so that it was all the little Emperor could do to throw his arms up as a haphazard defense. He wasn't even sure what hit him, only that it slammed him backward several feet before he could recover himself. With a grunt his arms took the brunt of the second impact as well. Then the third. Wesley was soon to give and couldn't afford to stand there and take the abuse.
As Tybron whirled around for the next blow Tali curled himself and blasted away in the opposite direction. His aura appeared for an instant as he moved, shimmering a brilliant violet. Just like that it was gone and his small red-clad figure struck the sky like lightning. Naturally Tybron would follow and eventually catch up without any strain. But running away wasn't the intention. The Orinian ruler arced so sharply he might have actually turned on a dime. He bolted right back toward his brother with the intent of striking back the same way. Instead of ducking around an attack he couldn't see coming or trying to strike around it, he intended to meet Tybron blow for blow until one of them gave.
With a deafening slam the two men collided and rebounded on in opposite directions, a visible shockwave crushing the sandy floor below. Wesley was quick to curve about and aim himself once more for his brother; he flew at an upward turn, bringing himself down at his target instead of head on. After this next impact he would attack from below, before swerving about an extra turn and attacking upward a second time. If things went his way then the Wesleys would ricochet off of eachother's attacks while gradually gaining altitude. Taliman had more confidence in his own durability than that of his brother. This was a contest he could win.

"You found me," he said flatly. Whether he was delighted in her pleasure or not could not be determined, but he didn't give off the air of aggression. His energy was so low, it would have been difficult for her to find him on purpose had she tried. Chances were she wasn't even looking for him. Besides, what reason did the mage have to seek his company?
His back was turned to her, his body standing perfectly erect as he gazed, intentionally, away from the fight into the equally uninteresting terrain of the desert. It didn't seem to bother him much, but he could feel sand in his boots, having magically found a way within and up the legs of his pants. His hair looked weighted and didn't stand out quite as much as was natural. The wind took care of most of it, but what remained attached to him managed to be stuck in the most irritating places on his body. He might have laughed about it any other time.
"It probably seems ridiculous to ask this, but why did you bother coming all the way out here if you weren't going to watch the fight?"

Smirking at the mysterious appearance of the man she shook her head.
"Actually, I wasn't really looking for you. I just wished to get away from the inanity that was that match."
Gazing back in the direction she had come from her expression darkened.
"Not to mention a chance to get away from that company doesn't hurt either."
Sighing she shook her head realizing she was avoiding his questioning.
"No that's not entirely true...I suppose part of me is resentful for feeling the need to placate my husband despite distaste of this whole affair. I swear I love the man dearly, but if I had to listen him argue with that red headed fool for another minute, I was going to kill them both."
Clearly seething she sighed.
"At least supporting your sister has merit. Mindlessly cheerleading an event we have no value associated with is a practice in idiocy. Taliman is no overarching threat that we must unite in order to thwart."
At this point she was almost in tears at her frustration. Removing her glasses she dabbed her eyes with the hem of her shirt.
"Sorry, its moments like this I wonder why I ever wandered into the Orion.

Keno grunted at the mage's first few statements. The frustration he detected went unmentioned. Lately most everyone seemed to be on edge concerning their loved ones. Why should the mage be any different? Different reasons lay behind each person's sentiments, but it all boiled to frustration in the end.
And it begged the question the mage voiced aloud; why did anyone wander to the Orion in the first place?
"Because we're all orphans, maybe." Still no feeling, but there was concentration in his voice now, meditative and paced. "Never met my parents. Caine killed the Saewins. Unks left home I'm guessing. User's parents were killed by that Cooler person. Tama...you...I don't know your stories. Maybe I forgot." He seemed to brood over the thought, but he really didn't know, and couldn't recall. He knew of Pith's past, but not of her human parentage, if there was any.
"I haven't even met Ichi's parents, who are still alive I think. None of us really have a family so we cling to each other. Our roles are only as important as others make them, but they're important all the same, right?"

Caught off guard by Keno's statment's she tilted her head.
"Wow...that's a connection I never realized I had in common with most of the Orion. Elder Dragon's don't raise their young as far as I can remember I've been alone. Prior to my current existence I remember finding a small enclave of people. They were initially frightened of my form until I took on something familiar to them. Then I was held in awe..."
As she spoke of this an expression mixed with amusement bordering on pride came across her face. Blinking to herself she seemed to return to reality as if catching herself.
"I recall tearing apart people as to find out how they worked. I suppose that was how I chose the appearance of my human form by dissecting a man and woman. In that respect I suppose they were phenotypically my parents. I never thought to know much of people at that time. They were just toys to me."
Frowning she sighed her gaze visibly moistening.
"...Unk's never speaks about his parents, though I think something horrible happened to them..."
Clearly still little shaken about revelation she had seemingly pushed aside to even herself she ground her teeth.
"If possible you should get to know Ichi's parents. It teach you more about one another..."
Realizing she was pushing her own convictions onto Keno she shook her head.
"I'm sorry, don't mind me. I do see some validity in your statement though."

"It's alright," he said calmly, though no more emphatically, "I realize it until recently myself. Some game Ichi was playing struck me as oddly familiar."
He turned on the ball of his left foot and looked around himself. As he expected, there was no one else in sight. He just wanted to be sure. Once again, he turned his back to the mage indifferently.
"Meeting her parents would be...interesting." He didn't have much more to say about that. The thought had crossed his mind to take her to Japan to meet the lady who had taken him and his sister in, but it was never something he acted on. Likewise, he wondered if it might be okay to meet her parents, but he never brought it up. Since he saw so little of her - even if it was all his fault - he preferred selfishly to have her to himself when they could be together. Ichi didn't mind as far as he could tell, but maybe she would like the idea. "I'll ask her about it."

::Unks went back to watching the epic duel between the brothers but noticed Pith's energy level was further away then before and near Keno's. He turned to look at the two and started to fly towards them. He caught the last bit about mentioning parents and how Unks never spoke of his own as he landed. He waited for Keno to finish his sentence before he chimed in.
"My parents were murdered by one of Coolers Assassins. He followed my mother to Earth when she came to give my father and grandmother an update on the situation on Planet Vegeta."
He looked down and sighed softly. His anger rising as he thought about the name who killed his parents. Tears started to well up in his eyes as well from anger, and from his sadness::
"I escaped with my grandmother my parents staying behind to fight him. I was three when it happened. My grandmother is all I have left. I do not know of my grandfathers condition on Planet Vegeta or if it is still there."
