Hey, can anyone critisise my hair?  I THINK i've got the "halo" shape hilight down... this is my first really streaked one XP Comments? Critisisms?

You're off to a great start 3nodding For future works though, I would suggest that you make the "halo" and the streaks of hair go in perpendical directions (Is that the term I want to use here? I get some words mixed up sometimes...) It looks a bit more natural that way.
