(Yeah Dude I'm not that far so don't ruin things for me! Or I kill joo!)
::Furor's hair whipped around his face as the hot air blew in the desert when he exited the portal. He felt Pith's energy level coming right behind him and he looked over his shoulder at her as she spoke her mind about the location of the brothers duel.
"Well that is simple enough to explain I guess. Knowing how Deity is Tali picked this spot so no innocents would get hurt. I am sure when Unks and I have our little pow wow we'll be doing the same thing."
He turned his body half way with his hands in his pockets and looked at her smiling slightly. He then looked in the direction when Deity's energy rose greatly for a moment. The wind was crazy and the sand flying everywhere was worse. Furor put up a simple barrier of energy around him and the mage to protect them from the debris. Then it stopped and everything was calm but Deity's energy was still extremely high::
"Well it seems the real show is about to begin. Shall we go and join the crowd?"

Eying the Red haired man she rolled her eyes.
"No really..."
Moving past him she made note of the devastation derived from just the power up. Shaking her head she made her way amongst the crowd her gaze softening as it lingered upon Jade. Not having any idea what to say to help alleviate some of the stress of the moment she sighed continuing on her way.
Coming up behind her husband she proceeded to yank his tail roughly from behind.
"I came...Seems as though I didn't miss the fireworks."
Resting her hand on the small of his back she leaned to his ear his ear whispering.
"If you pull anything like this with me. I will kill you myself..."

::Unks' attention was pulled from the fight momentarily at the coming energy signals of Epithany, and Furor? What on Earth was he doing here and coming with her no less. He turned his attention back to the brothers to see Deity tossing his coat off to the side and getting ready for some serious business.
He felt a sharp pain run through his body while his tail was pulled on. He stumbled forward from the stupid Saiya-Jin weakness he needed to get past. He gathered his composer and turned to look at her. He narrowed his eyes slightly, but then softened his gaze as he wrapped his tail around his waist::
"I knew you were here love I felt your energy, but was it necessary for you to pull on my tail. That really hurt? And why would you think I'd do this to you, because of him?"

Poking his nose with her index finger she sighed.
"I whispered for a reason. But I'm just putting my feelings out there. That idiot will likely challenge you to a fight someday. Ironically the terms are similar to this presently, albeit considerably watered down on most accounts. But generally this is all overt foolishness in my eyes. Nothing good will come of this."
Sighing she crossed her arms over chest an distant expression coming over her face.
" Misguided senses of honor and protocol lead to foolish decisions for all parties present. If someone falls in the end what does it solve? The wounds of the past are no more healed than they were before. In fact there is a greater chance that they will be exacerbated by further anguish."
Gritting her teeth s she finished her tirade her distant gaze once more focusing on the present.
"Being here we are all glorifying a travesty."

His eyes moved toward the mage, blocked by the far corner wherein they could turn no further. Anyone who could hear the Briefs couple, no large accomplishment due to Unks lack of tact, would know he was likely eying her even if she wasn't directly in his sights. Once again, she was the only one who seemed to see things his way. There was very little about this fight that could or should be described as epic aside from it magnitude. Tama and Unks - and his chibi evil monkey counterpart - had absolutely no reason to be present, but they would swear on whatever minor justification they had that there was nothing else to do about it. Hell, his thoughts were so far from this fight he might as well have not been there, but then that would leave Jade with - well - this; monkeys thinking more of themselves than Deity - convinced they were here for support when in truth they just didn't want to be left out - Devils shouting nonsense into the fray as if that will in some way or other alter the fate assigned to either of these alien brothers, and lifeless bodyguards who so far only proved he could thoroughly beat the crap out of any physical matter.
The mage and chibi evil monkey aside, the party that gathered had very little different motives behind their moral support charade insofar as he could tell. He didn't judge them for it per say, but it did annoy the hell out of him. All he wanted to do was to make sure Jade got back home, even if that meant he had to drag Deity's carcass across the continent behind her, but if this continued, he would have to leave because he just didn't have the same sort of patience for this nonsense as the mage did, and if one stupid monkey wasn't enough, his life's greatest mistake joining the gang might just be the final straw.
He had half a mind to kill them both; a flickering thought.
With a sigh, he returned his vague, expressionless gaze to the fight to come, looking for all intents and purposes like a smaller, slightly more relaxed form than the large beast of a man Tali had left behind. He honestly didn't think that six people would lose to this guy, but he didn't think that all six people gave a rat's a** about interfering either.

"Impressive," the Emperor added, after all that commotion. He remained entirely motionless during the spectacle, having no intention of putting on one himself. Unlike Tybron, he did not need to tap into some hidden strength. Unlike a Saiyajin monkey, he did not need to change form to gain power. His full power was his norm. Whatever everyone else had always seen was the dampened, compacted version of it. Thus it was so much easier to use.
Wesley stepped forward with his left foot as the rocks and pebbles fell like rain around him. He opened his palms, splayed his clawed fingers. With his arms opened to his sides and his boots in line with eachother, his tail thwipped gently behind him.
"Now.."
BOOOM
The Earth was rocked by what seemed like an impact of cosmic proportions. Light blinded the skies as a wall slammed into the spectators in the distance. It would feel like a sledgehammer to the chest. To anyone out of the area it would feel as though the planet was quite literally jerked to one side for an instant. All landmasses would suffer a half-second earthquake that would break the Richter scale. Of course nothing had hit the planet at all. The shockwave of the sudden outburst of energy acted as an explosion so intense that it physically jolted the little rock known as Earth.
Taliman had barely changed his posture. But he was now floating ten feet from the ground, which had been cleared away a few layers as a result of his power rising so abruptly. The Emperor, too, it seemed, had lost any cares he may have had for subtlty. There was no time for any antigravity to take effect, there was no violent wind, and there was no deafening show of power. One big boom and that was it. But he was ready to fight. No field of energy around him was visible but there was no need. Any who had the gift of detecting ki energy knew how much his power had increased. Given the vast amounts of energy the two brothers were emitting it was impossible to be precise. But an expert's best guess could place the Wesleys as being dead even.
Good news for those on Tybron's team. Wesley smirked however, quick to move in and dash those hopes by voicing a perhaps unsettling revelation.
"I estimated precisely, from the looks of it," he said with an arrogant tone that had grown synonymous with his dulcet voice, returning to a more relaxed posture. "About half." < >

"H-half..."
Jade lay sprawled on her back on the dusty desert floor. How she had gotten there from her former squatting posture, she wasn't sure. Must have been when Taliman decided to let loose too. But he had only gone halfway. Half. The notion still shook Jade's nerves. Deity was already close to maximum, removed almost all his barriers, and when his brother does the same, he only has to go halfway to match...? It was unreal.
Slowly, the girl sat up, taking her green eyes off the blue sky above, and returning them to the two brothers in the distance. How did he expect to win, against that? As much as she tried, Jade found it increasingly difficult to keep a positive mindset. From the way things currently looked, Deity didn't stand a chance of surviving. Sometimes, however, he had a way of surprising you.

::The blast of energy was a little jarring; in spite of that the boy managed to stay put as it happened. He winced as the shockwave hit him, but remained unmoved. The speed of Tali's ascension was surprising, but then again that made sense. The result was an imposing one, though yet again surprising. Taliman was a naturally gifted fighter, not just a politician. He was no slouch and quite clearly did everything he could to stay in shape, but he started off with a good five pace advantage over everyone else in this race. So naturally Deity was caught off guard at the power he imagined being a little larger.
His answer came pretty quickly. He perked up a bit, eyes widening for that moment in surprise. Half? Seriously? He was expecting something a little more grim. Not cocky. He couldn't have improved so little as to only meet Tali halfway. The look of surprise quickly transitioned into one of straight incredulity. The Orinian smiled with his lips still closed as he shook his head and commented back.::
Deity calls your bluff...that's a bit much, even for you.
::He now assumed his previous stance once more - his right arm tucked itself at his lower back as he extended his left hand forward. This time he gestured with that upturned hand for Taliman to come at him, that subtle smile still on his face. With his wild midnight locks and his fiery aura around him scratching at the air, he looked more ready for battle than ever. This was it. The duel would now begin.::

She couldn't help but smile at the endearing nature of Kenta. All her concerns gradually disipated until she simply held him close to her because she wanted him that close. Her hands grip firmed around his shoulder slightly feeling the muscle beneath his shirt. She giggled quietly and turned to face Pith-sama who had come over to join the two.
When the lady spoke of doing something for a loved one her eyes quickly flickered over to Kenta and back to Pith before anyone would notice. She knew how the woman felt. Chrissy would probably do whatever Kenta asked, but he should know that he couldn't force her into anything anyway. She liked to believe that reason was because he loved her too much and not because Astraea would tear him apart. Her smile grew in small doses while she watched Pith create a portal. Such power. Chrissy's jaw unhinged itself as she stared at the swirling energy swirling in front of her. When she was asked if they needed a "ride" Chrissy only choked. She would not get in that! That's...terrifying! Her muscles shivered. The energy shrouding her was already constricting. She imagined being stuck in a portal entirely made of energy, and her stomach churned uneasily.
Christiania didn't actually have a chance to politely refuse the invitation as Pith and the weird red head disappeared through the portal before she could respond. It closed behind them, and Chrissy looked curiously at Kenta. "Spell Egg?" The was a hint of cautiousness lurking deep within her voice as she tried to sound upbeat and curious. Even if she was tampering with magic of her own, Chrissy just...didn't like it all that much. An unattainable explanaition for the sorceress who dislikes magic. Her lips pressed into the side of his head while she allowed Kenta to stand on his own two feet; however, her hand found his easily. She squeezed it tight. "W-What do we do now?"

A globe of arching and crackling mana sat atop unsteady bed of displaced sand and debris where the briefs couple once stood. In the next moment the sphere rapidly fell away in a rapid hiss of static.
Once more visible the mage stood hands outstretched at either side of her body the ethereal glow fading mana still lingering about her hands.
"Well it seems Tali has found a way to make powering up even more annoying."
Glancing at her husband she sighed.
"You alright sweetie? I'm not sure I put the barrier up in time."
Scanning the rest of the crowd it was clear the impromptu shock wave had caught everyone off guard. Furrowoing her brow it seemed the two brothers were neck and neck in power.
"Okay that was just absurd."
