Sama went flying...in a manner of speaking. Keno watched as he got a running start and then threw himself into the air like a maniac. Truth be told, he thought it was pretty damn cool, but also a bit sad. Elegant all things considered, but a lot more tiring than just learning to fly in the first place.
He didn't follow. Why bother? Up until recently, Keno might have shown up regardless of what Deity thought of him because at least the men were being honest with each other, but Keno wouldn't lower himself to associate with a knight with rusty armor, even if it was Jade's boyfriend. By no means was Keno's armor shiny, sparkly, or even bright, but he took proper care of it. If others didn't like it that was his problem. He didn't walk around in it with his nose in the air.
From the looks of it though, Keno was the only one who was upset. Or rather, he was the only one upset about this. Everyone else was more afraid for the wolf demon's life. If there was no risk of death, it wasn't a real fight and if it wasn't a real fight, why bother watching it? As far as Keno was concerned, Deity dug his own grave. If he died, it was because he was weak. If his death took away Jade's will to live, then she was weak. Whether or not Keno stood by her side while she grieved he couldn't say. He didn't know. But, then again, Deity might live and then there would be no need to think about it.
The feline lowered his own power to equal that of a large pine needle and stepped back into the woods that consumed and welcomed him more than he deserved. Watching the Wesleys fight would be entertaining until Deity started winning. Keno would be bored if Tali started losing, but he'd be disappointed if neither of them actually died. He'd be as sick of them as he was with himself for letting that wolf cub live a week earlier. He hated everything about himself for it, but that's duality for you...

::Deity was still standing out in the cold, waiting for his brother. Despite his seemingly eternal efforts to avoid this confrontation, he now had resigned to fate. It would have happened anyway, whether he had picked the fight or not. Taliman had outright stated before that he wanted to kill his little brother and that that was his personal mission. Be the emperor, rule the world, blah blah blah. That was his job. His goal was Deity, as it always had been.
It was after all Deity's fault that Taliman had lost some fifteen hundred years of his life - he deserved Tali's vengeance in full force. He had simply hastened the process and chosen the path that would inevitably lead their intertwined destinies to part ways. Win or lose, this would end it.
As this thought process came to a close the Tonepian looked up to see someone emerging from the woods--
<<...gonna play this like Chrissy isn't there. If she shows up the post will be edited~>>
--though he couldn't say he knew them. This is happening a lot these days, he said with an audible sigh. Given the friendly vibe he was getting from this guy, the tall boy didn't see the harm in gesturing "hello" with a clear upward nod. It was then that he felt a drastic power spike behind him - he quickly turned, but saw nothing. It felt like a dark power - not like Taliman's. Besides, it wasn't large enough. Even though someone could be not quite at full strength, Deity had always had a knack for sensing the full capacity of their powers by examining a given portion of them - to a certain extent of course.
But anyway, he couldn't see anybody. That was no surprise - as great as his senses of touch, smell and hearing were, his eyesight was infamously poor - why else would he wear glasses at all times? Whoever held the power he felt didn't appear to him until roughly halfway through their flight. From this distance however it was hard to tell, even in the light of the late evening glowing against the side of the tower, who it was - the energy signature wasn't familiar. Glare wasn't an issue - with the sun as low as it was in the sky, Deity was relaxing in the shade of the stadium, which was masisve in its own right.
Some three hundred feet below the dark figure, all the quiet boy could do was stare up at him, squinting, trying to make his form out. He heard a voice, faintly, but it wasn't enough to identify them. He hoped his lack of response was enough to get them to come down.::

{{Just falling from the roof so doubt it will conflict with anyone's posts. Is there a posting order we can establish or we just kind of mingling?
Keno-Told you it was damn ******** cool. XD}}
Sama would smile as he glanced down at the tiny spec that was Deity, his eyes lids flashing as his vision zoomed in. It was deity all right, the energy signature, position of his body, all resonated with the young Tonepian with a familiar scent.
True they had not spent time together but scent was something this animal was good at and so was sight, he always remembered those he spoke too and being friends with keno he knew Jade and thus Jade’s boyfriend, if he wasn’t gonna be a corpse by dinner time that was.
Sama released his tight grip and his feet slid carelessly away from the wall as gravity took him in its embrace. Falling slowly at first and then rapidly picking up speed as the 300 some odd feet went by almost in a blur. His energy level spiking again in a small violent burst as he approached the ten feet distance between him and the roof top. His energy moving from his body in a downward pattern like a wave and slowing him down to a fall that was no faster then a feather. His boot touched roof gently as his hulking frame followed, his hands collapsing by his side as he gently bent his knees before standing back to his full height.
His face was all wrapped up in the scarf and chains but his eyes peered out form under the protective clothe as he nodded.
“Didn’t think I would let you go this alone did you? I promised Jade I would look out for you and so I am a Devil of my word.”

<<...roof? xD We're on the ground now, just in case there was any confusion there~>>
::As the bulky figure descended, Deity was able to recognize him. Samayou Tamashii, apparently his name was. Jade had told him over the past week of how he and Samayou used to be friends. Or rivals, depending on your ciewpoint. There was no direct reason for the separation as far as she knew, but the devil stayed away for some time, and in that time Deity had simply forgotten about him. It troubled the Orinian to think of how many old friends might find him in the future only to realize he had no idea who they were.
Assuming he had much of a future.
With a "thud" Deity could feel in the ground, Samayou landed, and he nodded in response. Now that he knew a little more of the man of black's background, he felt he could safely be a little more cordial....despite not having any other incentive to. The offer to help aid him in the coming fight didn't seem as out of place anymore, but - regretfully - it would be declined now as it would have been before.::
Thank you, for your help...but this is a duel, not a war...
::Samayou had every bit the best intentions - as did any of Deity's friends - but this wasn't some terrible new villain for them all to conquer together. It was an instance where two brothers would settle their differences. If anyone got involved, nothing would be resolved - Taliman would not accept a defeat at the hands of a mob. This had to end eventually.::
...it is however a comfort to see that you've come.
::He smiled warmly, a stark contrast to the lack of expression seen in the upper half of his face due to his unmoving glasses and bandana. At least now - if he had to wait much longer - he had someone to pass the time with.::

Had anyone been looking into the night sky when it had happened, possibly years ago, maybe just a few days before, they would have been witnesses to the implosion of a star. However, this was not the conventional implosion. Instead of creating a black hole, dooming all life in it's massive reach, this had created a life blessed with not only the incredible power of a supernova, but the majesty of what onlookers call a star. A falling star, this young man; something that many would wish upon. Unconscious, this embodied star drifted from galaxy to galaxy, planet to planet, passing through empty space until a sudden yank awoke the young man. He looked around, taking in complete darkness aside from distant twinkles. A large rock floating some two-hundred-twenty-thousand miles above him. Falling rapidly, surrounded in some strange orange aura. He hadn't the foggiest on who or where he was. Was this normal, to be hurdling towards a fate he was uncertain of? He had an odd feeling that maybe he should be in pain, but he was not. What he found even more peculiar was that he knew what pain was, though he hadn't yet felt it.
Around him, the blackness that enveloped him began fading to dark shade of blue. With every thought he wondered how he knew what he did. The orange and red aura that once surrounded him, keeping him warm, was now gone, and his entire body was enthralled by the feeling of an unseen force rippling across his body, tossing his luxurious silver hair every which direction. Biting cold wind. Without having spoken a word, he was already learning. Fascinating. Simply--Pain shot through his back. He felt something break. Surrounded in green for a brief moment, he understood that he had broken a tree limb. Why? Why did he know that? Why--
BOOM!
He had hit the ground. He was in a hole that his body had created from impact. Dust was all around him. His body ached. He wheezed, laying on his back. Past the dust swirling around him, past the green canopy, he saw something he was entirely familiar with. Space. Spots of twinkling lights scattered across a blanket of darkness. The sight of which seemed to ease his pain. He laid in the small crater for a few moments, letting the dust settle before he finally decided to push himself off of the ground and climb his way out of the hole. Not a stitch of clothing on the boy's body, he glanced around. Indecent. It was lucky for him that nobody was around to see him like this. It would likely cause a stir. He took in his surroundings. Trees, and lots of them. He had landed in some kind of forest. But where had he come from? He couldn't recall anything from before having being pulled down to this strange rock.
The biting wind stung at his naked body, and the nameless man wished he had some form of clothing to keep him warm. The sting of the cold air was suddenly not as bad as it had been but a moment before. Looking down, he was amazed at the sight of a full wardrobe on his body. Black and gray shoes were tied neatly to his feet, the tops of which were hidden ever so slightly by a pair of black dress pants, fitted to his exact size. No wrinkles gathered anywhere on his trousers. His chest was now covered with a black shirt, most of which was hidden by a white coat with black trim around the edges and wrists. How peculiar.
He closed his eyes and tried to remember, but something stopped his thoughts. Though his eyes were closed, he could make out two lone orange glowing figures in the distance, one further away, secluding itself from the others. But why did he know that? How was he seeing life forms even with shut eyes? Something was going to happen here tonight, and while he understood it was none of his business, the human feeling of curiosity tugged at his mind. While his head was racing with many thoughts; who he was, why he was here, he came to the conclusion that, if to be nothing more than a spectator to something much bigger than he knew, he was here for a reason. If he knew at least one thing about himself, it was that he believed in fate. Opening his deep blue eyes, he stepped in the direction of the two men he had sensed. Looking past the trees, he saw an enormous tower, reaching almost endlessly into the sky. That seemed to be where the sources of that strange glow were stationed, and so, he would approach the tower.
After several minutes of ducking, pivoting, and stepping over the obstacles that the woods presented him with, he stepped out of the treeline, finding a path that led directly to the tower. With the trees no longer blocking the wind, his silver hair swayed slightly, the long coat he wore flapping almost inaudibly with the wind's help. Hands at his sides, he slowly approached the two men, not looking at either of them directly. He was moreso walking in their direction as opposed to coming directly at them. It suddenly struck him that he didn't know how to communicate with them. He cocked his head to the side. Language wasn't something he had learned yet. A stifled laugh was exhaled briefly through his nose and his fair skin turned a slight shade of red. His face flushed. Embarrassment. However, feeling the need to make some kind of connection with these men, apparently friends, whether one remembered it or not, the nameless man simply stood a few yards away from them, staring into the turning sky. His heart sank as he saw a large ball of fire slowly drifting out of sight. It seemed so familiar, and yet so distant. He willed himself to remember something...anything, but nothing came. A forced smile crossed his lips as he told himself to accept the fact that he may never be able to remember anything. All he had was here and now, and hopefully a future.

{{Ah, thought you were on the roof of the dome and club. O well either way Sama is now next to you.}}
Sama glanced at Deity with a turned head, like that of a dog when its master called it a different name or something. In much of Sama’s life he did things more like an animal then a man so many traits he possessed and displayed where…animalistic. True his table manners sucked but every woman he had been with never complained about his wild side. ((XD Had to thrown that in there.))
“I just said I was here for support, I am not gonna fight your battle for you or anything like that. YOU challenged Taliman kiddo I am just here as back up in case things go too far. I promised Jade I would bring you back alive, if I bring back a corpse or pieces of you then it’s my a** brother. Besides if not support what are friends for?”
Sama smiled a little as he crossed his arms over his chest and turned towards the woods. His ears sensing the sounds of something moving as a bird in a tree flew off squawking. The vibrations in the ground where faint but he could feel them none the less and his minds eye was sensing another presence…not Taliman but someone. Sure enough his senses were confirmed by fact as a…stranger? Someone of an unknown origin to Sama walked from the tree line with dirty hair and the expression that they were confused as all hell. It was the same shell shocked face that most soldiers experienced and from the dirt and scratches on his skin the guy looked like he had fallen or something. Sama did not take his eyes off the man as his voice drifted to Deity.
“Who the hell is that?”

The darker skinned beast of a man had caught onto his presence and was now studying him. He knew this without removing his eyes from the sunset. However, as the larger man spoke to his friend, the nameless boy was able to hear how people on this planet communicated with each other. In that instant, the starborn young man was fluent with the English language. By just hearing a short sentence, in his mind was an entire dictionary of words he could use to respond to the question that wasn't particularly aimed at him. Even if he wanted to speak, he wouldn't know how to answer that question. He wasn't exactly sure who the hell he was either. Instead of making a long-winded speech, he shot his eyes over to hold those of the towering mass of pure bulk. With a slight smile and a quick dip of his head, he silently greeted the man.
"Don't mind me." The boy said, reaching up with his left hand to run it through his hair. It felt dirty. He pursed his lips to one side, unsatisfied with the feeling of dirt, leaves and small sticks stuck in his hair. Clenching his eyes, he shook his head back and forth vigorously, getting the junk off his head as best he could. Satisfied, he opened his eyes again, no longer looking at the large man, but once more into the endless sky.
From the words the beastly man had spoken to his friend, there was going to be a fight, and from the sounds of things, it was going to be messy. He glanced to the smaller of the two men, the one whose fight this was going to be. While he was by no means thrilled with the idea of seeing this young man dying, he felt that if the consequences of this fight were enough to bring death, that was the only way it would be resolved. One would have to be left standing the victor. Maybe it was a cynical way of looking at things, maybe not. He had no idea for sure if he was standing with the men trying to stop disaster or if he was in the lion's den, but somehow, when he looked at these men, he didn't feel any needless hostility. He assumed he was on the right side. For now.

Kenta approached the gathering of elders cautiously. He had no reason to fear them, but aside from pretending that they weren't there in such a way that indicated he did know that they were there but respected them enough not to look them square in the face without being acknowledged first, he had no idea how to come off as respectful. The new guy...Kenta didn't know. Deity and Tamashii were a different story. Not knowing either of them would be damn near sinful.
"Evening," he said in greeting as he joined them, keeping a non-committal distance between himself and the party. Honestly, he didn't know what else to say. There was no real intent to his being around, although the path of conversation reminded him of last week's events. Kaen-san had arrived to stop Tali from killing Deity, but the circumstances were such that she would have had better luck keeping a sponge dry underwater. He'd have frowned if he thought it appropriate, but all he could manage in response to the memory was an irritable twitch of his ears.
It dawned on him that he had not introduced himself yet. Or at least, he couldn't remember introducing himself. At least, he couldn't remember introducing himself recently. In all fairness, the only time he could remember needing to tell any of these people his name, he was still young and timid and his father did it for him as one of those things parents do when their friends finally meet their children. He couldn't even technically remember that because most of these people had met him before memory began recording itself.
"I'm Kenta," he said in about as awkward a way as possible considering how long it took him to greet everyone and then think and then realize they had no idea who he was. Things would have been a lot easier had he arrived on a day when everyone was in the main room of the club. Instead he had to meet Jade Ba-chan, Miss Pith, Unks, Sato Ba-chan, and Taliman one-on-one. Now he had been in the past so long that he wasn't sure who knew him and who didn't. How many more introductions would he have to make before everyone knew?
He made a mental effort clear his mind and actually worry about such things later. As it stood, anyone who mattered either already knew or would know sooner of later. In the worst case scenario, he would just start up a conversation with someone as though they had already met and get a weird look or two. He could live with weird looks.

<>::The lanky boy had nothing in particular to say to Samayou. He appreciated the support, but he knew that interference wouldn't be condoned. If he himself was standing and breathing he would take efforts to keep the match between only him and his brother, without any involvement from his friends. He had no doubt that Taliman had his own contingency plans in mind.
Suddenly he felt a significant power to the South. Deity turned his head - not to see if it was Taliman, but simply to see who it was. They weren't visible at first, but after a few moments a stranger stepped out from behind a wall of trees, treading the path that lead North toward Club Orion. He smelled dirty, like someone had just used him as a shovel or something. Furthermore, he was another person Deity didn't know. His brow furrowed a little but it didn't show - he was tired of this, seriously. All these mysterious people quite literally coming out of the woodwork all at once.
Only when Samayou expressed his inquiry did Deity's hopes lift a little bit. Awesome, he thought gleefully. He is a complete stranger. Turning to the man of black with a glance over his shoulder, he offered an overaggerated shrug. He nodded softly to the messy-headed man in greeting but didn't speak, as yet another person was approaching. The man in the distance had chosen his moment and stepped up to say hello, to which the Orinian responded with a second nod. There was indeed an awkward silence then. Deity and Samayou had been chatting before being interrupted by two people they didn't know, neither of which presenting anything new to chat about.
Thankfully the ice was effectively broken when the big-eared young man divulged his name. Kenta. He thought the name to be somewhat familiar but he didn't let his thoughts dawdle there for too long. Instead he removed his right hand from his pocket and extended it.::
Deity~
::The offer to shake was a friendly one, as was evident in the ever soft tone of his voice and the hinted smile that tugged at the corners of his mouth. On a windy day it was hard to understand what he was saying, considering how quietly he spoke. Thankfully today had little more than the occasional chilly breeze, so his whispered words wouldn't be hard to catch. Then again, he thought, look at those ears.
When and if Kenta took the offer, the Tonepian's hand remained in the air and hovered over to the silver-haired stranger, Deity's head tilting expectantly to one side.::

"A pleasure seeing you." His tail swayed to and fro agreeably as he took Deity's hand in his own firmly and shook it respectfully.
"You as well Tama." He smiled kindly as he released Deity's hand and bowed to the devil before placing his hand back in his jacket pocket. He did not give off the impression of being afraid or intimidated at all as he stood erect again, but rather continued to smile. To him, Tama was familiar and not really someone to be afraid of. Most people in Orion had unique appearances or gave off strange auras, but they also generally had warm dispositions. It was all part of the formula; look scary, but be nice. Kenta liked it. When he was younger he thought it would be cool if he looked scarier.
"I'm afraid I don't know you," he said to the man Deity was holding his hand out to. He didn't bother thinking on it too hard, but rather cast a polite, inquisitive stare on the man so that he might introduce himself.
