Aselia post (will have to look back and count)

Too many bodies moved from one place to the next. It was the silence that dropped over the crowd that hit Aselia hard. Turning to see what was happening it was the growing shadow making it's way down the mountian that really set her nerves on fire. Something was coming, something very bad was coming and she didn't like it one bit. As the group of oracles approached the gathering Aselia felt her fingers fly back for one of her few remaining arrows. No, she wasn't going down easy, she would stand and continue to protect herself and her people alongside the matron if she had to.

Fire raced along the arrows shaft once again as she narrowed her gaze at Yansa. "You would willingly shove away the Matron and your own Mystic and for what!? We wont stop, you're right. You couldn't possibly understand!" Aselia was angry now. Her eyes darted desperately around her falling sisters as the crowd pushed in on her. The empty feeling inside her grew with the anger as she watched some of her sisters drop their weapons and walk away.

"Cowards!" Aselia shouted. Pained at how quickly they could turn to something so selfish. She would stay by the sisters that had accepted her, she wasn't weak enough to cave to the crystal crawlers words. Her eyes looked around for Lumikani and Neibet. Had they succumbed to the weakness of their tribe? She had started trusting them and yet now... would they still stand with her in this?

Her eyes fell on Rishima a stabbing hurt in her chest as she stood staring at him.

Rishima Post 17

There had been a rather tense moment as the unknown group approached that Rishima had been on edge. He was worried that it was going to turn out to be reinforcements for one side or the other, something that would just start the fighting anew. As the group arrived, and explained why they were here, he wasn't sure if it was better or worse then what he'd been expecting. They were saying that they were oracles who had foreseen the events, though if they had foreseen in why did they wait until now to step in? Things wouldn't have been in such a state if they had arrived before the battle... but things were never so easy, were they? They didn't stop their either, instead talking about how the extremists couldn't be allowed to stay, and that they were being banished to an island in the south, and it was something that caused Rishima to freeze in place.

Banished? Not only banished but forbidden from returning. He wasn't sure how he felt about that really. There was a part of him that wanted to feel relieved over the idea that such dangerous people, so filled with hate for their own sisters and brothers, wouldn't be sticking around. At the same time it was a lot of sisters standing before him, so many who would be gone, never to be seen again... and standing with them was Aselia. His eyes went to the Matron for a moment as the woman spoke of how they wouldn't be stopped... but it seemed as though the Matron and those who followed her weren't exactly going to have a choice. At least that was how it seemed until there was suddenly an offer of forgiveness from Yansa to those who had 'followed blindly'. It was a way out for those who would take it, a chance to rejoin their sisters in what he hoped would be a more peaceful manner.

It was an offer that some seemed to take, dropping their weapons, and crossed the line to rejoin those they had but moments ago been fighting against. It seemed as though the idea of being banished to some foreign island far from home was enough to wake some of them up. Here was to hoping that they would actually be opening their eyes instead of merely looking for an escape from banishment. Not all though, the Matron and some of her followers were going to go through with the banishment, appearing as though their ideals were worth the punishment. Rishima would almost be impressed were the ideals that they were clinging to good ones, ones that weren't so seeped in negative things.

His mismatched eyes set to scanning first through those that had dropped their weapons and fled from banishment, then across the lines to those that were standing firm... and he found himself starring at Aselia. It was something that caused his heart to skip a beat and his stomach to drop. Why was she still there? Why didn't she come over here? He seemed to struggle for a moment with even finding words, looking like a fish out of water, before he said, "Aselia...?" They were still standing across the lines from each other, even now. Still, despite everything that had happened and everything that had been said, he still held a hand out to her.

Jacinthus Post 15

What was being said by those who proclaimed themselves oracles was... grand. It was something that had Jacinthus perking up a bit, his long ears giving a twitch. It would appear as though the extremists that they had been battling with were being banished, never to return. It was something that put a smile on his lips, "Good." He muttered, glad to hear those women were going to sent away, it was one less concern that he had to have on his shoulders. It also meant that they were no longer needed if they were going to be carted off to their new home in the south.

Turning on his heel he headed toward where Takoda was standing, "Come on, Takoda, I think that it's about time that we head for home so that we can find Korra. I am sure the girl is halfway to Matori by now given all the time she's had to get lost." He was done with war for right now and all he really wanted was to get back to Yera, find his daughter, and get back to his work as a hunter. The battle had told him that his skills were sharp, but could be better. As such he meant to see about getting some training in as well once he'd gotten everything else at home situated and back in order.

"Before we go we need to find my sister, nephews, and the shield wielding idiot." He was being optimistic that everyone had made it through alright and if not, if anyone was wounded, at least Takoda would be able to help patch them up, right?

Chalcedony Post 15

At first, when he'd first seen the strange group coming, Chal had been worried, not certain what was on the way, and it had caused him to raise his shield in preparation for another fight. Instead of someone looking for a go with them though it seemed as though it was the exact opposite, that being a group who came with a rather sudden and harsh punishment for the extremists, that being banishment. He found himself starring with a wide eyed look for a moment before swinging his shield around, putting it on his back, "Seems as though this battle is over." He was glad to hear that the extremists were being dealt with in a quick, if somewhat harsh, manner. It was only what they deserved for causing everyone so much grief with their single minded thoughts on all of the other races, some of their own included.

He only wished that they had come to this conclusion without the errant group of Earthlings having started the battle with the extremists in the manner they had. Stabbing someone in the back wasn't the way that Chalcedony liked to go about things after all. He was the more honorable sort, but what was done was done. Not as though he had any idea who had started the fight after all meaning that they couldn't exactly punish the lot of them. Instead, at the moment, he felt that it was best that they went about getting things underway as far as preparations to head home went.

"We will find your mother first, then your uncles, after that we will see about getting ready to head back home. I've been in Sauti long enough, thank you." Nothing against the place but now that the fighting was over he was only too happy to be on his way back home if at all possible and leave the banishment of the Alkidike extremists to those in charge.

Aysun Post 15

Huh... so the fight was over then? Just like that? He was a bit surprised but to hear that they were being sent away to some random island but there was a part of him that was glad to hear it. Those women had roughed him up, something he could shrug off, but that they had beat up Teiluj just because she was different, now that was something worth punishing. Looking around, doing his best to listen to the oracles, elders, his father, and the crowd, he found himself wondering what exactly he should do now. Should he look for Teiluj? See if Sam had come here? See how they were doing after the long battle? If they were injured?

His father was talking about finding the rest of the family, something Aysun wanted to do during the fight, as well as talking about heading home. It was all stuff that he was looking forward to... but at the same time he was worried about his friends now that the fight was over and all the serious things were being dealt with by the elders. After giving his twin a glance he patted Maw on the neck, "I am getting up." He told him, pushing up onto his feet, standing on Maw's back, and set to looking around. He was scanning the crowd on the off chance that he might see one of his two good friends in the crowd. If he did he might check on them, if not he would go with his father on the search for their various family members, and hope to seek them out back in Tale or Jauhar, hoping that they would be heading for home as well.

Issaly Post 10

The little Shifter smiled softly..sadly. So, Saraf was mad at him and his brother for something but what? He had no idea what the other male was so livid about. "find a patient you didn't screw over" ...Issaly's mind whirled with the implications. No. That was impossible. His brother sent word to them right? He didn't just....Issaly's hand paused before a soft n** to his side from his Xanteer reminded him of their surroundings. Right....middle of a war. He nodded as he gently applied a healing salve before wrapping the wound.

"Saraf. After all this is over...I think we need to talk. My memory is extremely lacking from when I was that young. I don't know what my elder brother did. Though I do remember warmth from your Mother...and...fear. Not unlike the fear I have now being out here without knowing where my brothers are....I had fear for a short time while we were in Jauhar. I'll understand if you hate me, but I'm happy to have helped you. I think I rather like helping people...so I might strive to become a healer." he looked up as he heard the sounds of the fighting stopping. "Ah...I'm sorry. I kept you from achieving a few more knots of glory. I'll just..."

He took a few hesitant steps back. Ullyee stopping him as the Xanteer looked at Saraf with her amber eyes. She seemed to be curious about the warrior, but her tail slowly came around to encircle Issaly's legs betrayed her protective nature.

Bhima- post ??

At first there was fear. Were these women backup for the extremists? Bhima gripped the hilts of her blades, fearing the worst. Her eyes did not leave these mysterious women even as they approached Freya and spoke.

The words that fell from her mouth seemed too good to be true. Some friends still stood amongst the extremists, it would be terrible to see them go, but then there was movement. The younger extremists frowning, brows furrowing. They didn't want to be banished any more than the rebels wanted their Sisters to invade. A familiar face came toward her, trying to avoid her for fear Bhima might lash out, but she did not. She wrapped an arm around this misled Sister as a show of unity and watched the Matron scream. Nobody could have known it would come to this, no one but these mysterious oracles.

Please, Hijil, be safe. The news was good. She could see you in a few days' time yet, when all of this insanity had filtered through.

Saraf Post 17

"After this is all over I will be going home where I belong instead of pandering to a bunch of back stabbing savages that aren't worth the Oban blood that was spilled today." He said in a low, hissing tone of voice. He wanted nothing more then to be gone from this place... and from the whispers he was hearing around them it seemed as though their chance might actually be on the horizon for such a grand escape. He was hearing people around them talking about the battle possibly being over, as well as something about the extremists being banished. That was something that he had to see.

Turning to look at Issaly he gave him a long stare, then gave a snort, "Do me a favor, thief, don't speak of my mother again. She was willing to adopt both you and your awful brother into our family, paid for everything you wanted and needed, same with your brother, and then you ran off the moment the two of you got what you wanted from us." He said, pushing himself up to his feet the moment that it seemed Issaly was done with him. Taking a somewhat wobbly step away from him he said, "Don't bother acting kind now, I don't buy any of it and I have nothing more to give you, Shifter." He said the final word as though it were some sort of curse before he started to head for the opening to the tent. He was still in pain, his body screaming in protest, but if he stayed any longer he might be tempted to take a swing... and that would only cause further issues.

Once out side he set to looking around for some of his fellow tribesman, hoping that Nuri was still alright. He probably should have sought out the others who had gone to the healer's tent but at the same time he knew that it was best that he didn't stay. The last thing he wanted was his own separate war against Issaly and the rest of the Shifters to start up in the healer's tent. Separating himself from that temptation had been for the best, not to mention it allowed him to get a look around and figure out what was going on outside. Much to his shock and surprise it seemed that what was being said was the truth, they were in fact rounding up the Alkidike hags for banishment. Giving a smile he murmured, "Praise be to to all the Gods and Goddesses." He could go home now... or at least once he was feeling a little bit better.

Issaly Post 11

The small shifter was struck silent. Everything Saraf said...hit hard. What did he mean by all that? Issaly had to find Isaris...but...he didn't want to know the truth. If Isaris lied...then everything he lived till now was under that lie. He didn't want to think of his elder brother in that manner. He was his world...but perhaps his world was darker than he was lead to believe. Breathing deeply he softly said after Saraf. "May the spirits protect you. I'm sorry I'm worthless."

With that the small shifter melded into the healers tent. Finding a spot in the corner he sat curled up, Ullyee watched her master before sitting in front of him. Hiding the small shifter from view she kept him isolated like he wanted to be. Saalin laid curled not too far away as Therus was curled into Issaly's chest. The small shfiter felt a small ounce of joy at the whispers of victory, though his soul felt hollow in that moment.

serr post eighteen

He listened for this fight Eziya had predicted, but outside things remained eerily still. Serr continued straining to hear something interesting after things went quiet inside as well, and eventually he was rewarded by the distant sound of a voice. It wasn't the angry Alkidike leader or the younger woman who had shot him or any of the earthling leaders he had come across. It was someone new and authoritative, and Serr's curiosity won out over his safety.

Opening his eyes and looking up at the Shifter, he touched her arm in apology as he pushed himself upright with only a faint wince. "I'll behave," he said with a smile, "but I have to see."

Serr stepped outside just in time to watch half of the Extremists surrender to their sisters, or in truth, surrender to the strange oracles. It seemed Tendaji had won, but what would the conquest-hungry Alkidike do while they stewed on their new island? It was foolish to lock them away where no one could supervise their plotting. They would only cause more trouble in the end.

Dexurn Post 8

Ducking his head, Dex cut at the wood a little more before speaking again. How would he say this? "They're still figuring out how to work after they changed the rules.. and a lot there don't like that the rules changed." That was a rather simplified way to explain what was going on, but even he couldn't put into words what had happened. Frankly, he didn't know much for certain anyway.

When Winta asked about Matori, he smiled and relaxed. "Auntie said that Matori is on the water. It rains a lot. There are lots of plants everywhere, and mud. They eat something called shellfish. And.. there are lots of others like me there."

As Tale was explained, he cocked his head slowly. "Hot and sandy.. like Oba. Oba doesn't have big trees to live in. It hardly has any trees unless the home has water nearby. The homes are made of dirt. No.. Clay. They call it clay. ...It's just hard dirt. The homes can be tall though. Most have many families living in one big place. My master had a whole tall house for his family alone."

Nyiim- post ?
healing tents

Was this good news or not? Nyiim couldn't quite tell. Exile was a harsh punishment for a portion of an entire race, but the war might be over before it had even begun. The battle had been harsh. His wounds were stinging. It was not his place to take part in the exiling of a race to which he did not belong, especially to its leaders, so with a gentle huff he shouldered through the crowd toward the healing tents. Hopefully Syqvara would be awake again. He would like to check on her. Magic was not his forte, so he had to wonder if it hadn't been her powers that had knocked her out, rather than her wounds.

Of course he expected to wait his turn, considering how many were more badly hurt, but he saw a head rise above the huddled masses and his brow furrowed. Had she been here this whole time? Had he just missed her? She hadn't come to wish him luck, hadn't even come to look for him. He frowned slightly and half-heartedly raised a hand to try and get her attention.

"Niadra?"

Virain post 5

At one point in time, he'd thought he'd heard a voice call his name, but he hadn't seen anyone he was familiar with. He'd chalked it all up to the din of battle and had hurried off to offer his meager abilities as a healer. He'd worked with magic and poultices, potions, stitches and bandages. He worked until his fingers were numb and tired and continued to make himself useful. The number of injured was staggering and every healer they had found themselves busy. Some had even gone out into the field to do some healing there.

Heaving a sigh Virain wiped at his brow, smearing someone's blood along with sweat across his arm. Tired eyes took stock of the tent and he decided that he needed air. It was only going to get worse now that the battle was over, and he needed a moment to try and regain some of his magic. He bit his lip and made his way down to where the commotion was still going on and saw that there was a ring of people surrounding an increasingly smaller group of Alkidikes. The last of the Extremists, their core group perhaps? He searched similar faces for one that stood out to him, but couldn't spot either Maya or V'demhe amongst them. He hoped that they were both safe.

Neibet Post 9?

Neibet made her way through the dwindling numbers of sisters, snarling silently at each one that switched sides. Cowards the lot of them, so passionate in their convictions until it no longer suited them. Being banished was an inconvenience and a blessing. It would be a new start without the threat of the Outsiders and Others polluting their bloodlines. She was fine with it. She bled heavily from numerous cuts on her torso, mainly on her arms and where her clothing failed to protect her. But she'd managed to bind the worst of the lot and this period of respite was doing wonders for her already.

Aselia stood there, like a beacon to her, staring down one that was family to her, with Lumikani at her side. Quietly she took up the spot on her other sides, looking worn and still defiant. In her heart though, she'd tasted defeat yet again.

Illian Post 9?

Illian grimaced as he was led to the healing tents. His spear wavered in the air as the hand holding it shook, but the only other option was to be carried off the field and his pride wouldn't allow it. At least the woman he was leaning on was in turn leaning on him and looked just as banged up. They'd taken to watching each other's backs during the battle and he was glad she'd survived. What happened next was up to the rest of the tribes. His single opinion wouldn't do much to sway either side and he was done with bloodshed. For now at least.

He groaned as he was shoved into the tent, stumbling as his support vanished. The woman grunted that there wasn't enough room in that one and that she was going to the next one over, and that she at least, could walk without looking like a drunkard. He flipped her off and settled off to one side, nearby a pile of familiars. He eyed them for a moment, wondering if they all belonged to the same person, or if they were all just close because their masters were.

Lumikani Post 22

Her nails dug into her palms as she listened to what the newcomers had to say, rage coming into her eyes at the thought. It wasn't fair, none of this was fair. They had followed the guidance of Aisha, and had fought for the right of the Alkidikes. If anyone was to be banished, it should be the sisters who chose Earthlings over their own tribe. It should be the sisters who fought and struck down those of their own blood!

Her anger bubbled as she listened to the Mystic should out her feelings, shaking her head slowly as she growled lowly under her breath. As Aselia called out for the cowards, Lumikani looked up with a seething scowl, and watched as even those by her side walked away in fear of their fate.

"I refuse to accept words from those who are guided by liars." she hissed in anger, knowing that these 'leaders' were nothing compared to her Mystics. Aisha would not guide Earthlings, not after all they had done, "All those who walk away, who turn their back and shed blood of the sisters, they don't deserve the dreads upon their head. They don't deserve the symbols of Aisha's strength when they condemn her so!"

Her rage brought tears to her eyes, but she simply shook her head in an effort to shake them away. She would not cry for them, she would not mourn them for they had chosen their path just as she did.

Grounding her teeth together, Lumikani made no move forward. She pushed back the fears and the concerns of what her future would hold, and held the determination and anger that was in her heart. She refused to turn away from the Mystic she believed in, the future of the Alkidikes that stood by her side. She swore she would do anything to protect Aselia, and she would follow her to the end of the world.

Aselia was their future, their light, and their mystic. She had her reasons to march beyond any of these girls, and Lumikani believed her reasons were just without knowing them. In her heart of hearts, she knew that Aselia was the one she would follow.

There would be no turning back.

Eije Post 14
With the dropping of swords and spears, Eije couldn’t believe it. They were victorious?! She wanted to jump for joy as she moved away from the Alkidike she had been against and towards Zumei. Although her grip remained on her swords, her own blood dripping down the grip, she watched and waited.

“Dear Bergchi… the oracles are here.” She nearly dropped her weapons at the sight of them. She had heard of them but didn’t realize that they could come off the mountains. The iceling listened close, jaw nearly dropping at their decree. “So we’re safe? At least for now?”

Wyome Post 15
Quickly tying another bandage, she felt like she was getting the hang of it… just in time to be he nodded, taking a step outside of the tent. All seemed peaceful; the word was strange as it ran through her mind after the fighting they had avoided.

Although she couldn’t see the figures in question, the notion lingered through the backlines that she and Niadra stood by. Oracles, banishment… Victory? The hybrid wasn’t quite sure how. Glancing between the tent they had moved away from and the battlefield, her eyes moved to Niadra, “Should we get closer?”

Jawaad had gotten sloppy, that’s all she could really blame it on. She had gotten so wrapped up in trying not to shoot him as he battled with the Alkidike that she never got a solid shot into her… even as she watched him get stabbed. “No no no no!” She ran, panic rising with every step and not a single care to even put her bow onto her back. She wasn’t going to dwell on the peace that the newcomers had brought nor the weapons thrown down. She couldn’t even hear what people were saying as she ran towards him.

Every inch seemed a mile until she made it to him, dropping to her knees beside him and trying to get a grip, “Ruelash! Talk to me!”

Tearing off her jacket, she pressed it to the wound, not wanting to stare at the hole the Alkidike left and not waiting for a reply, “We need a healer, now!”

Niadra - Post 16

She shook her head. "I think it's best to stay back here, just in case something happens and they start fighting back." she didn't want either her or Wyome in danger.

She was about to suggest that they went back into the tent when she heard her name called. With a frown she heard her voice called right before she saw a hand raised, Nyiim's hand raised hand. She waved back, a half hearted smile. This could go very bad.

"Nyiim, hello. This is Wyome." she said as she introduced the two of them. He looked hurt, but not dying. "I didn't know you were here, I didn't see you around." Hopefully they wouldn't talk about her disappearing act, not here.
