Just one more thing. Take the fireball jutsu out of your jutsu list. You start out as an academy student with no jutsu except for the basic three. Do that, and you are APPROVED!

Personality: Varro is outgoing and generally a happy person, even when in conflict he can keep a cool mind and even a smile on his face. Quick with wit and words as he is with tactics and plans, the man is capable of getting himself into a fight and then getting out of it without pride loss or a punch thrown. A bit of a prankster, he tends to go after the more serious of his class, trying to lighten up their moods. Plus as far as he's concerned, a well coordinated prank is good practice towards a well coordinated attack.

╫Background Information╫
Varro was a fun loving kid, growing up in the mists he may have found challenges in his very serious fellow villagers. Yet he always found a way to make something exciting happen for himself. His curiosity and need to find something enjoying out of every activity caused him a couple of problems as a young boy, he would get into fights with kids who didn't take his jokes with all that much of a sense of humor. He learned to adapt to these situations, testing his abilities to think out these jokes in a way that would not harm anyone, but at the same time give a laugh and insure that no danger could come to him. He became enthralled in building and inventing. Modifying toys and weapons to do things that would aid him in his ventures. His intelligence and good nature have always been his strongest assets.
He went into the academy in his early teens and immediately took the opportunity to divulge himself in any book he could get his hands on that would teach him tactics. It has always been important to Varro to expand his knowledge so that he can better adapt and plan for any situation. He picked up the bo staff quite studently at an early age, and it has become his favored weapon, for it's range, impact, and often fast and battle area controlling styles. Also as an extension to his fists which he had always been good with, it was just a natural fit.
Most of his time in the academy has been for towards the purpose of an intellectual education. As someone dedicated to ideas, plans, and mechanics it was important to him to gain knowledge in that area. Yet the recent attack on the village has caused him to turn his attention to battle. While an older student in the shinobi school, he already has a well versed understanding of fighting techniques, and great control over his mind and body.

One second Himijou. First off, you need to apply for the dragon summons. Second, even if you are a summon specialist (Which is what i assume "Summoner" means) You couldnt summon the dragons until chuunin.............Wait are dragons a jounin summon for non jinchuuriki/non summoning specialists? And you have to apply for that custom weapon
