i was wondering what does this mean :後輩をそういう落とすのやめてくんないかな. I read it in a video of an arguement between KAT-TUN and arashi. I know its something about a kohai. Can anyone help?

Wow, that's... not easy, actually. I was going to break it down for you to help you through it but it's throwing me off a little.

If someone else can check me on this... I'm going to wager a guess at something along the lines of "I wonder if he wouldn't stop calling me 'junior.'"

I can give u the link to the video if you want.

My best guess is: "I wonder if you could please stop dropping terms like 'Kouhai'?" Given that the statement implies he either uses it too much(like how we'd say 'drop knowledge') or too little(as in literally dropping, or not using it)

Also a bit of grammatical knowledge: そういう is often used to say 'that sort of (x)" or "such (x)" and similar constructs

oh ok, thanks. I asked my teacher today, and she said that it meant something like, your going to lower your reputation or something like that

By using the word for hurt: 痛(いた)い
Also I have a question involving から: How would I use これから & それから in a sentence?

I also have a question about から razz

When speaking politely, which is correct to say? I've seen both used before so I'm not sure...

学生ですから。
学生だからです。
(Because I'm a student).

It's itai (i-adjective). So "it hurts" is "itai," "it hurt" is "itakatta," etc.

1.これから-This means from this point on or after this. Like for example, you could say," From this point on, you are grounded"

2.それから-and then; after that

on the first example when you said, 学生ですから、 you kinda got it mixed up. You actually put "kara" before the coupla "desu". Im not sure if I am correct, but the coupla always come last?

Really? Then wouldn't that mean that the 2nd one is correct? 学生からです wouldn't make much sense because there's no verb before から. The copula doesn't always come last though, because 学生だから is the correct way to say it in short form.

I looked up some example sentences on jisho.org and both of these came up:

なぜなら京都は興味深くて美しい都市だからです。
重そうですから。

So both must be correct in a way. What's the difference in the meanings? ><

So, です and だよ mean the same thing. But だよ is not always an appropriate substitute for です. Can anyone expound on this, please? In what situations is it not good to use だよ?
どうもありがとうございます!
さんごちゃんだよ! ^^

Depends on how polite you wanna portray yourself as being, with です carry greater class than だよ
