So you know how I was freaking out about how this new teacher will totally ruin my future and just eat my soul and grind it into dust with his gizzard? He's actually like THE best teacher ever. Here's the old teacher: Mr. Blankenship You're going to learn every techncal aspect of drawing and you will memorize every element and principal of design. You will do your project right or else you will do it over until you get it right. You need to be prepared for the absolute worst college so I will make you do an average of four to six hours of homework a night. It doesn't matter what you want to do as long as you can do the basics so I will make you do the basics for two years. Your portfolio HAS to have THIS or you will not get a scholarship, you will not go to college and you will not have a future. Here's the new one: Mr. Kennedy You don't need to be perfect to be an artist. It helps to have experience but you can still find a job that suits your skills otherwise. I understand that things happen and you can't get to your homework every time. Most of our work will be done in class but I'll give you a couple small, creative assignments along the way. I want to take all of you individually and see what it is you're interested in, then give you the tools to be successful in that field. Your portfolio should be centered around your interests but it should also have some traditional arts in it as well, to show your rudimental skills. I'll try my best to give you the best chance at scholarships and set up a great future for you.

Cabron LaSwan >rhed on a mac >league on a mac? >suddenly fear for the future of this game hmm, i dont know if league will be availible for mac. that's ok though, i still have my windows, though once i go to college i may not be able to play. with Dota 2 coming out for mac though i'll still have an outlet. So I was having a nice night, about to go to sleep. and i found this. This terrifying s**t right here. I'm not entirely sure i even believe it, but it's god damn terrifying if nothing else. hell, even if they are trolls i applaud their ability to disturb and unnerve me with an N64 game. haunted majora's mask cartridge

Do my stats and skills do nothing to increase my spell damage? I figured this character to be a Baron von Nukington instead can't deal over 10 damage babymage.

on average it costs $233.32 to intentional gain a pound of muscle. on average it costs $11.96 to intentionally lose a pound of body fat on average it costs $5.42 to intentionally gain a pound of body fat on average it costs $8.74 to intentionally maintain body fat between a range of + or - 5 pounds.
it costs $0 to eat slightly less/more it costs $0 to do some push ups
i don't understand why people assume in order to change anything about themselves they have to pay money to do so.
of course i guess it helps the economy, getting more monetary circulation and everything.
just be patient and do it yourself, right?

I think for a lot of people who buy into gym subscriptions and dietary programs and infomercial DVD workouts and whatnot, it's more about the image that sort of thing projects than the actual result. Sure, anyone can manipulate the size and shape of their body any way they want to by paying closer attention to how they treat it, but that doesn't give you the opportunity to talk about how you tried x and y and finally found z and oh my god you should try it, it's a miracle product.
It's the same reason people order diet soft drinks with supersized burger joint combos. Coming off as health conscious is somehow more appealing than actually being it. Probably because it's easier.
