Lesigh...
I sorta' wish Deity had entered this tourney. I've wanted to go toe-to-toe with him for a while. Though, in that case I woulda' entered a different character.
One a little more... competent... and not one I'm just getting the feel for.

Rome Diablos Despite not having his opponents face as footfall, he managed to right himself landing in crouch. Raising his gaze to large man he bore witness to the tail end of the fellows dance like manuver.
Raising his eyebrow at the sight of the tiny black ball of energy he quickly grabbed his wrist and trained his palm directly before the path of the bouncing orb.
Firing off like a mortar he unleashed a bowling ball sized crush bullet which exploded against the arena floor, its recoil knocking him airborne in its wake. Rome was lucky for as he blasted himself off the ground he found himself being pushed further then expected!
That tiny orb of purple and black like energy bounced into Rome's own explosion and the following destruction that ensued enveloped half the Arena and almost tama if he had not backed up so quickly! The explosion from the tiny orb engulfed Rome's and the shockwave shook the ceiling itself as Tama laughed a little stretching his fingers as he watched the air ripple from the heat. Such a small amount of energy causing such an eruption was almost mind boggling until Tama spoke that is. His voice booming over the ensuing noise factors as debris and dust fell from the air.
“Kin Energy, similar to Ki in that you can shape it into almost any attack but it has a few drawbacks. It is much more dense of an energy type so it takes a little more time to build up but it as Volatile and Unstable as Nitroglycerin. However it also moves faster then Ki when traveling through the air, it has a much higher energy content ratio but it also can't be used to summon stationary shields, its almost an entire offensive Energy Force…..like it?”
{{What cha think Deity, an unstable form of Ki.^^ Most likely not an original idea but I think its cool, got the inspiration off of one of Skiro's Old Attacks.}}

The size of a Ki attack didn't necessarily donate its destructive capablity. Through his experience it didn't take much for Rome to recognize this fellow wouldn't be one to just unleash a single weak attack. Had it been something weaker it would have likely been released in a volley with little hesitation. Escaping airborne by such means was calculated.
The big man didn't fail to do exactly what he thought he would do. As the huge explosion erupted he used the excessive amount of energy to mask his own charging. Pressing his index and pointer finger to his forehead the energy flared about his finger tips.
"Compression and delayed detonation of Ki are not unheard of, but I impressed you thought of using it. I've been doing that for years, but its nice to see your trying."
As he finished speaking the majority of dust and debris had cleared to bring the large man into view, he unleashed his attack. With high velocity and power a Makenkosappo unleashed from his finger tips cutting through the remainder of the dust cloud.
