Taliman descended nearby, touching down on the ground several meters from the two monkeys. He heard most of what the boy said and found it amusing. A noble dying speech wasted on a drone of a man that could hardly comprehend words not spoken by his master. Cado simply stared at the little man blankly, a wad of bloody spit rolling past his brow. User did have his pride though. It simply wouldn't let him go quietly. It wouldn't let him go intelligently either, but one can't have everything.
"How touching," the Emperor said. "Your faith in your friends isn't getting you anywhere, fool. I doubt they're all as blind as you. After all, who exactly came to save you?"
He scoffed and spat at the dirt, folding his arms around his chest. User was ready to die thinking his friends would avenge him. Where the hell were they? Were they so ready to be rid of him? Then again, Taliman had purposefully chosen a time when few of these so-called friends would be at the ready. A few would be no problem for just Cado. A crowd would be messy. Father for one was on his home planet doing lord knows what. He presented a bigger threat than most of the others, even if he wasn't likely to show in the first place. Tybron was indisposed at the moment. Alone he would be no match for Cado, but it was good that he wouldn't be involved.
The tyrant drew himself from his thoughts.
"Right about this moment I could say something snarky and watch you die."
Tali smiled. "But I think I'll settle for just watching you die. Cado." He brought his blue eye to his guard, who looked up when he heard his name. As he held the smaller Saiyajin in his hand, paying no mind to his minor injuries, he kept that same emotionless look on his face. He was simply awaiting his orders. He didn't need to wait for long.
"I've had my fun watching you torture the little berk. You can kill him now."
The big man nodded and looked down at the defeated Prince. He lowered his arm and straightened his back, lowering User enough so that his bloody hands would drag upon the ground. Extending his free arm toward the smaller Saiyajin, the imperial bodyguard splayed his fingers and began to charge his final attack. Ki sparked and glowed around his hand as his energy focused into what would prove to be the end of his target. The ground quaked. Light debris rose into the air. The impending attack grew and grew. Was this it? Was this the end, as User had come to accept? Would the Prince of Saiyajin be defeated by a mere underling, albeit underlingzilla?
It would be so, unless he was by some miracle able to muster his strength and escape.

So this was how the Princeling was expected to go out; a vicious blast of energy that would likely shake the planet at its core. Well it would certainly be a flashy ending and perhaps in his younger days, User would have preferred just such a death. This was either ironic or just plain sad, but if someone didn't do anything soon, User would just be an unrecognizable pile of whatever remained on the ground; if there was still a ground. Seeing this, Keno would have sighed in frustration, but there was a drawback to being broken down to particles of air.
Cado had forced his hand in more ways than one. A direct counter attack might end with the monkey boy still being blown to tragic bits, and a simple joint Disperse didn't have the flair the feline immortal generally desired. He also wasn't looking to take User's place as a punching bag, so whatever he did had to have the effect of keeping Cado at bay and preventing Tali from feeling provoked into combat. The latter part probably wasn't all that hard actually so long as Keno didn't express any malice for the Orinian Emperor, which he generally didn't since he cared little to nothing about the Wesley brothers' feud.
Of course he only had a split second to think about all of this. With the order to kill, Keno was sure Cado wouldn't waste any more time. The feat he managed to perform was difficult at best, but he took the gamble anyway.
So what exactly happened?
Well there was an great explosive force between the two Saiya-jins, but fortunately for User, it was directed away from his person. Being forced to put himself between the two, Keno appeared, much like a ghost, out of thin air onto the scene of battle. He was pretty sure, from Tali's observation, that his presence was unexpected and unprepared for. Cado's defense was probably minimized at the moment, and that was where part of his gamble took place. The other part had much to do with his ability to gain a significant amount of energy immediately after returning to his solid state. With his left hand coming into being first and pushing Cado's charged right arm away from its intended target, the rest of him appeared almost immediately afterward, his right arm balled in a fist and covered with the veil of energy that was his very familiar Tiger Strike; the energy that was supposed to cover his body concentrated briefly around his right hand.
Not only had he managed to gather the necessary energy, but he hit his mark - the sternum of the mountainous monkey. He had gone out of his way to ensure that the single punch would do much more damage than any one of User's individual techniques earlier, and therefore the explosive force that resulted from his fist colliding with Cado resonated violently in every outward direction, the ground quaking beneath like a trembling child and the waters churning like boiling soup. The single shockwave managed to be equally destructive, leveling any standing tree, building, or other such structure within five miles of ground zero. Only those in the immediate area would be immune to the effects of the strike. Keno only hoped that it would hurt Cado long enough for him to collect his fallen comrade, come whatever else may.
