Cado's attack smashed into the stunned User and did indeed toss him into the ocean waves like a large meteorite smashing the Earth. The water exploded upwards and outwards and the Saiya-jin Prince disappeared under the massive waves as the water kicked into the air fell like a summer rain back onto the ocean.
For long seconds, nothing happened. User had seemed to be taken out. But then the water seemed to move on its own as something boiled up to the surface. It was User again - once more transformed, this time having ascended into the fourth Saiya-jin form. He looked like a madman, long and messy black hair on his head, wild eyes, and a thin fur covering his body though covered mostly by his armor. A great smirk was on User's face as he rose above the great ocean now that boiled from his fire-like aura.
"No more games."
He was instantly upon Cado, rocketing forward like a bullet at the mountain's chest - a full on assault. The first attack he threw out was a right knee jab to smash in the dead center of Cado's gut. The follow up move was a simple outward swing of User's right arm to smash Cado up the side of the head and send him flying if his stunning knee attack worked properly.
