I ******** hate pirates and I will not be using that PSX emulator and I will resist pirating from this point on. Gary Larson has this letter about how he loves his works and thinks of them like a diary and how terrifying it is to create something. Then nobody appreciates it and they throw it around everywhere. The letter is tactful and eloquent and he uses it instead of the threat of a lawyer.
I just was in the thread on reddit and saw a bunch of people posting s**t like. "He has no right to tell me what I can and can't do on my computer." and "I don't care if it is like his diary, this is the internet, and I can do what I want."
I am all for keeping the internet free, it's not even that I think these guys are stealing, it is the sense of ******** entitlement. No matter what I ******** do with my life as an artist, nobody will ******** respect me or my wishes. ******** those pompous little shits. I am not only never drawing again, but also might quit game design. It has no future as a career with these ******** people around.
