Fiery Tiamat I agree with Azura. Kraden doesn't need to visit Lemuria to still be alive. And remember when Crown was introduced? They said he was traveling with an Alchemy scholar. It's possible that Crown could be gathering information for Kraden during his travels with Matthew, so Kraden doesn't need to go with them. the one thing about that is, Lemuria might have Scholars already, so it could be someone else

I'd agree with that. But the thing is, I tend to believe that they'd use Kraden. To make use of nostalgia I suppose.

He should be...but haven't we said that about other characters?
I mean come on, if Saturous and Menardi could fall into a lighthouse to their death, plunge into a ball of pure energy, and turn into a dragon.
Felix and Sheba fell off a lighthouse and somehow survived not eating for a few days in the ocean (where they could've been eaten by monsters).
Why can't Kraden live a very looooong time. biggrin

And I'm with Sing on this, Kraden ought to be dead by now, after all he did say at the end that he might not be around by the time the gang goes back to Prox or wherever

Why should it matter if Kraden IS in the game? He's going to be a supporting character, not a main character. I doubt he'll be in the party again. Are you going to get annoyed at Rief too, if he's like Kraden?
