Immature Excuse

".. And then I ended up here!" she finished. "Then again," she resumed. "I remember certain things about life here. I mostly remember things about Ialo, though. Probably because of that ancient glove. I saw myself as he used to see me.. which was honestly pretty scary." she mumbled. Her interest flew back to her. "It was like I was his entire life! I mean, honestly, can you say clingy? I don't know how my taste in men was the way it was back then." she said. Another image hit her from the experience. "Now that Colin boy, he might actually be worth some time."
As she said this, she looked down at whose ears her words had been going through. "Don't you think so, Little One?" she asked, petting a small squirrel on the head.
It seemed to react oddly to the sound of Colin's name. It ran away from her hand into a forest that randomly appeared in the meadow that she was sitting in. Her face twisted with alarm. "No! Wait! Why is everyone running from me?" she called out after the small animal, pushing herself from the ground to chase after it.
She entered the forest roughly, running into a tree branch and being temporarily blinded. "Ack!" she whined, rubbing her eyes before scanning the forest floor for her small acquaintance.

She caught sight of the creature scurrying across her feet, but for some reason she could not move. "Ahh.." she sighed, breathing the fresh air around her. It felt so good.. yet it felt as though she were in the middle of breaking the law. She felt as though she were getting away with the biggest form of ecstasy there ever was.
Luna inhaled again and as she opened her eyes, her pupils grew along with her animal instincts.
She chuckled lightly. "Alright then. Let's see if I remember how to do this."
Her pupil seemed to swallow most of her eye whole as she fell down onto all fours. She shook her head, much like a wet dog, and let the unruly silver fur sooth her. She grunted and ran through the forest.
The leaves were so clear to her, the small insects looked precious in the dim sunlight that the branches of the trees allowed. She became hyper in her surroundings, her tail swished back and forth violently, chopping off any branches that seemed to dare come in contact.
She ran further and deeper into her pride and joy, this field that is all hers, this medium that belonged to her and her alone.
Yes! the voice screamed inside her head. I'm alive again!
Her ears twitched. Her keen sense of hearing picked up voices deeper into the forest. There are others in my forest? she asked herself, appalled. She became angry, running towards the voices for herself. When she was sure the life forms were before her, she halted and picked up her head. A loud and long howl erupted from the pit of her stomach, a territorial warning.

Ventrus was entering the school as he read a scroll he held in his hand the scroll entitled a request of his presence as a teacher. His face was plain as he looked around for a individual he could ask for assistance to finding the head master he perked his head and smiled as he patted his satchel with one of his free hand. "hmhmhm yes yes I do believe we are in the correct place my little companion."

Ophiuchus was roaming the hallways, mingling with the students. He knew Ella was around, and he really wanted to see her. However, he simply kept getting distracted. He rounded the corner into the lobby of the school, his long white hair trailing loosely behind him, and his long black winter coat buttoned all the way up. To him, cold was debilitating.

He paused as he entered the lobby. There was a man there, with a scroll in his hand. Even from all the way across the atrium, Ophiuchus could make out the name of the school on the scroll. He smiled, this must be a new teacher. Approaching the man, he asked, "Excuse me sir, is there something I can help you with?" Ella would have to come later, but not too much later.

Removing his attention and placing it on Ophiuchus "Ah yes their is something, I'm the new teacher Mr. Ventrus and as it is I am at a loss to where I should find the head master could you please lead me to them?" his voice had a light Russian undertone that complemented his large stature standing much taller then the boy he and to look down to see him but nothing in his gaze noted dominance of his greater height.

Ella stopped when Valrie came up to her. "Mama. Are you going to be ok?" Valrie asked as Ella got to her feet. She looked as Ella just smiled.

After Ella smiled she said. "I'll be fine." She looked down and headed inside. 'This is going to be harder than I think.' She walked into the nurses office and sat down at the desk. "Well. Valrie. What would you like to do?" She said as Valrie entered the room. "Do you like to color?" She pulled out paper and a pack of crayons.
Valrie shook her head and said. "Not now. Tried." She crawled up on to one of the beds and laid down. Ella came over and covered Valrie up with a blanket. "Thank you." It didn't take long for her to fall asleep.

Ella smiled lightly and went back to her seat. 'This is going to be a long day.' She started on paper work. The unborn baby was giving up a fuss. "Oh... He's going to be a mess." She shook her head

"Their offices? No, as far as I know. they don't even use the office... But I'd be happy to give you a tour," Ophiuchus replied. "As you can see, you are now in the lovely lobby of the school, located in an undisclosed forested sector of the great Scandinavia... too cold for my liking." As if to emphasize his point, the white-haired (although still somewhat young-looking) man shivered.

((It'll be 2009 soon enough, hehe..))

Ventrus had not shivered once since his arrival he rather liked it here in what Ophiuchus called Scandinavia. "Does it stay cold year round?"

He scowled. "I hope not. If it does, I'm going to Hawaii. And then maybe to Africa." Ophiuchus began to walk away, motioning for Ventrus to follow him. "Come on now, I'll show you around. Kai and Ialo should be back in tomorrow."
