Bowing her head in greeting she smiled resting her hands atop the counter.
"Oh hello there, how are you...errr"
Blinking offhandedly at the man she had seen on prior occasions; but had never spoken to she sucked on her tongue.
"You know, I don't believe really know your name to say the truth. I find that despite the number of people who come to this establishment, I know so very few of them. My name is Epithany and yours is?"
Shrugging she extended her to shake his.
"Orion is quiet as usual, but I suppose thats the norm in these parts."
Brushing aside a few of the cascades of emerald hair she awaited his response.

Hello there, Epithany. Pleased to see you again, and thank you for the thorough explanation. :3 Wish I'd been on earlier.
If they did, it's weird that your place of work would block Gaia specifically.

Leaving a trail of fading footprints, Kythe approaches Club Orion, appearing in sharp contrast to the snow. Attired in a loose fitting long-sleeved shirt, a pair of slightly baggy jeans, and some sleek, heavy-looking boots, the almost uniform color of black about his clothing leaves Kythe standing out like a panther in the Arctic. He heads towards the large doors, unconsciously measured steps carrying him forward at a fluid, moderate pace. Paying attention for a moment, Kythe notes the few beings beyond the tall doors he's approaching. The cyan spheres of his eyes glow softly with interest, split between those in the club and the title of the establishment. He passes his gaze over the large letters once more, pondering their origin.
Kythe reaches his right hand out to turn the gleaming knob below 'Orion,' his view falling from the name to the room ahead as he steps into the club. A soft push sends the door back to close, and Kythe's right forearm returns to his left, crossing his back. He pauses for a moment, the silver chain around his neck swaying to a stop as he does so. From left to right, he glances about the area, noting a familiar face by the bar. Strolling in that direction, Kythe looks into the hallway for a moment, recalling his last, rather peculiar encounter there. After a moment of though, he stops near the center of the bar. He moves his right arm again, this time crossing the forearm over his waist before a graceful, brief bow in Epithany's direction. He then takes a seat two to the right of hers, crossing his arms on the edge of the bar while turning his head to see her. The slight glow of his eyes would fade slowly, returning them to the usual, deep cyan behind his half-shades, accompanied by a slight smirk in his expression.
"Nice to see someone familiar around here. It's a pity we've met so few times. How are you?" The dark hilt of each sword affixed to either side of his waist reaches a few inches above the height of the bar.

Sensing the arrival of another she turned toward the entrance as the door slid open. Catching view of Kythe she waved. He was another individual who had discovered the Orion around the same time she had. Since then she had only seen him a few times but he was always good company. Today it seemed as though he had something on his mind.
Bowing her head as he settled down at the bar she smiled amiably.
"Long time no see Kythe. How have you been?"
Shuffling hr position on her bar stool she leaned against the counter a thoughtful expression forming on her face.
"Either of you boys have any recommendations for a good drink? I'm not feeling my usual Jack and Coke..."

Deity: Ah, I see. I also see a steady, rapid increase in that number x3. I still haven't played. I keep getting INCHES away, metaphorically, and then it somehow doesn't happen. It'll happen, though, and then I'll have to remember your code so'z I can git' some G-bannin' too. ]]
Epithany's look turns Kythe's smirk into a rare, actual smile--with a positive mood backing it, to boot. Indeed, something is rolling about in his thoughts, but it's a bit of a personal matter--besides, the light atmosphere of the moment is nice, and Kythe would rather maintain it for a while. It's been some time since he's had familiar company--let alone company with such a lovely smile.
"I've been doing pretty well, overall. No new events worth complaint, at least--thanks. How about you?"
At her inquiry, his eyes dash about the selection for a moment. Despite a rather extreme tolerance of drinking alcohol, Kythe rarely ingests spirits. He's been through an entire bar's selection or two in the past, though.
"I'd suppose that your predilection is for something stronger, but I want to suggest some wine. I'm craving green tea, myself."

((No worries theres noting wrong with having a life. My time has lately been consumed by bouts of going to work and playing GTA4))
Raising an eyebrow at the slight pause in the man's response she shrugged. Chances were that he would talk about it when the time was right.
Sucking on her tongue she deliberated over his suggestion.
"Hmmm a white wine sounds good, I wasn't exactly trying to think of something harder. I suppose I was more in the line of getting something new...Variety is the spice of life, is it not?"
Falling back on his idea of green tea she wrinkled her nose.
"Green tea you say? I can't say I'm the biggest fan."
Thinking back to her years of training, the smell of freshly brewed green tea was always thick in the air following a difficult session. Mumbling under her breath her expression soured slightly.
"Sooth the mind and body my a**..."
Returning back to reality she smirked her jovial expression returning. Looking toward the fellow behind the counter she tilted her head.
"Are you the tender for the night? Or should I should I be the one serving drinks?"
It occured to her she still hadn't recieved the fellow's name but there was still time for that. The night was still young.

<<@Kythey: Mm, Deity's been playing a lot with Ganon lately. =O ...he's not at all the best, but he's one of the best Ganondorf players in the Gaia Brawl thread, so he usually gets challenged just so people can train against him (Ganon, not Deity).
Thinking about changing the sub list, though...Deity's not bad as Bowser or Link, but he's so outta practice with Toon Link that it's sad. =/ ...started practicing with Sonic last night. Might do the same for Mario~>>

The Saiya-jin Prince chuckled at the child. She was awfully polite and intelligent for a child. And he shouldn't have been too surprised with all the odd people he had met in life - but he find himself more and more curious of the little thing than he initially was. To some extent, it all reminded him of his own adoptive daughter.
The thought brought an unusual genuine smile to his face - which quickly fell back to his standard ground as to not bring about the attention of Jade - who surely would have teased him about it if she say.
He spoke, his words carefully chosen and formal, "I am sure that if you need a place to rest, Jade could show you around the building and acquire you a room." He wasn't sure why he felt the need to be warm if not friendly to the child - perhaps she did remind him too much of Sabrina.
Very unusual to User but he tried not to study the thought at the moment.
