[[ Yeah, just annoyed with how much crap I have to do, and how unwilling I am to do it. And how willing I am to gripe about it. But, honestly, I don't really have all that much to complain about; I'm just in that mood. ]]

::The entrance burst open as a stocky figure hurried in, clearly in a rush to get out of the cold weather outside. Freshly fallen snow could be seen on the brown shoulders of his coat, what looked to be smoke wafting away from his ruffled dirty blond hair. A muffled groan escaped the man's throat with a hint of irritation as he reached over and shut the door that he so hastily pushed open to get inside. As he stood up straight again, facing away from the room, he spoke his mind rather boisterously.::

God damn this weather! Liable t' burn my face of--

::Turning as he spoke, the light-skinned vampire Andamuel quickly realized that he wasn't alone. His shoulders sank a little as he saw those that were there to meet him. One was a complete stranger, a young man whose scent alone betrayed his inhumanity. Another, that cute chick who served him a drink before; he couldn't recall her name at that moment, sadly. Lastly, there was what looked to be a massive knapsack, seated at a table near the bar and wearing a small child. Suddenly he felt bad for cursing.

His tone shifted dramatically and quieted down as he sheepishly added onto his prior thought, realizing now how nonsensical his words sounded to anyone listening.::

Kirra listened to the Saiya-jin man ramble on with avid interest it seemed, taking a slow sip from her glass of wine. Few really knew what User did outside of the club, and despite his not saying anything about it, it gave a bit of a window into his world.

She nodded slightly at the mention of the duel, a faint smirk crossing her lips. "Mmm.....That was a hell of a match you two had. If you hadn't been in base form, I think you both would have been a lot worse for wear."

"As for me, I-"

Her thought was interupted as what seemed like a small child entered the club, with a backpack that was at least three times her size. How she managed to carry such a thing, was beyound Kirra. Unless of course, she was no mere child, which was very likely around these parts it seemed. The Club rarely attracted any humans to it.The fact she swore in Japanese though, caught her attention.

As if to prove her point, another person walked in, complaining loudly about the weather and.....burning his face off? An interesting statement, to say the least. Slowly Kirra brought her attention back to User.

"As for me, I'm here because I have no reason to be anywhere else, really." She smiled that smile of hers, the one that made someone really wonder what was going through her head, before standing up slowly and taking another sip of wine. "If you'll excuse me for a moment, I must play the good host~"

She turned to the two newcomers, smiling softly at them with her right hand resting on her hip, raising her voice enough for them to hear her.

"Konichiwan, greetings. Can I get you two anything~?"

:: The little girl resisted the urge to curse again. When had she become so bad at this?
She really should not have expected to go unnoticed for very long, she knew that. It didn't stop her from hoping, though.

She wished that she could believe that being found had nothing to do with her Lack of Stealthy and all to do with the fact that these people weren't human. (Which she could tell, with ease.) However, that fact concerned her very little; she was too occupied with reminding herself how damned lucky she was. Nonhumans were more dangerous than humans in the short term, and hiding from them was just as pertinent, if not more, as hiding from the humans. Luck was on her side: neither the pretty young woman, the young man across the room, nor the one behind her appeared to be hostile. The little girl felt if they were, she might've been looking down the business end of a fist to the face.

But perhaps not. Surely, she thought, he wouldn't keep the company of hostiles. It was true that he caught the attention of them more often than not, but here, in his place... She doubted he would allow them entrance willingly.

Not willingly, but... Oh, what if these people were evil hostile wretches and had her niichan locked up somewhere? But that was silly, and she dismissed it almost the same instant she thought it. For one, Niichan was far too powerful for such nonsense. For two, who would bother taking over a club? Just the same, she didn't know these people, wasn't certain of their goals or loyalties, wasn't sure if she could trust them--

Just as she was considering bolting for it, a long rumble issued from her stomach. Quite suddenly, foremost in her mind was how much time had passed since her last meal, and she couldn't deny the fact that she was exhausted in addition to starving. After a long moment of consideration, she slipped her arms from the straps on her pack, turned on the spot and climbed up onto it. Straddling it, she was now eye-level-ish with the young woman, and she said meekly,

"Ara...shitsurei kamo desu ga... May I use your kitchen...?"

User raised a curious eyebrow at the child and the other man made entrances in the Club. He grunted at Kirra as she departed to play the hostess role, though this Saiya-jin warrior did not seem terribly interested in either of the new arrivals. The child spoke in a tongue he wasn't familiar with. He assessed her threat and ranked her low for the moment. The man, though, smelled of blood - like vampires did. He ranked him higher on the threat list. He didn't know either of them and, as naturally as anyone who grew up on the battlefield, he didn't trust them.

The Saiya-jin, with face of mild annoyance, plopped his booted feet onto the table after Kirra left, trying to look somewhat relaxed. He doubt either of them would make a move. They didn't seem concerned about anyone else in the room, non of them had a threatening presence. They were probably just passing through.

He felt no need to be social.

Andamuel Twist

::Hazel orbs danced about between the three people there, Twist paying particular attention to the dark-haired siren asking if he needed anything. Were they alone he might have made a move, but the presence of the kid put a damper on the notion. It was still tempting, though. One of his fangs showing just slightly from beneath his lip, he flashed a grin and dismissively waved off the offer.::

No thanks darlin', I'm fine.

::Not as fine as you though, he continued silently in his head. Truth be told he wasn't sure what he could have accepted in the first place. Solids weren't inedible but they were little more than a luxury, and anything but meat was harder to digest to begin with. The amazing lack of variety in drinks that he could stomach didn't help, either. Barring a few, most were liable to burn away his throat and stomach. Blood was always preferred, but that wasn't something most people were willing to hand over. Besides, he'd just fed. So he was wasting valuable moments of unlife in needless contemplation.

Grunting in soft irrtation at the thought, Andamuel left the woman to the child, noting the defensive vibe bellowing from the man beyond them. Well he must be the bad ******** of this group, the vampire figured. No greeting either vocalized or gestured. What an a**. Quickly disregarding the stranger's existence, Twist hung a right and seated himself at the first available spot at the bar. Planting his boots upon two separate rungs of the stool, he tugged at the fingers of his gloves, slipping them off to reveal hands - like his face - only a few shades darker than the snow he just escaped. Comfortably leaning an elbow onto the lower of his knees, he rested his palm upon the other after returning his gloves to the left pocket of his coat. With it having fallen away, a long and sturdy scabbard was made visible, strapped onto his right thigh. Those with a keen sense of smell would be able to pick up the scent of blood emanating from it, though visibly there was no hint of such.

As he idly listened in on the exchange between the lady and the child, he took a moment to realize the strangeness in seeing a kid there. It was a tough trek for an adult, much less half of one. It certainly is odd to see a child hanging around half past nowhere, Twist thought, especially out here in this shitty weather. Snow was no doubt regarded as shitty by the vampire for different reasons that it was by humans, but regardless he noticed that most of them hated it just the same, even if it didn't burn.

Reaching up with one black-fingernailed hand to scratch idly at the dark hair lining his jaw, Andamuel again reminded himself to stop thinking so much. It gave him a headache.::

Yo-ko

Hallowed Prophet

PostPosted: Fri Feb 29, 2008 12:56 pm

Yo-ko entered the bar club through the front doors, hearing the commotion and instantly recognizing the some of the people involved. He had remmebered this place fondly, calling it home for a while after an accident caused him to leave his original home. He felt a sort of reminiscent mood today, with a final intention of calling this place home once again. This people, though, may not remember him. He had never been a one to stand out in a crowd or be remembered easly. It was his own fault that was the case.

He had changed slightly sense he was last here, getting a few years older being the most clear of all the changes. He still sported his red shoulder-length dreadlocks, them bouncing with every step he took. There was a new addition to them: beads made ut of bone, about an inch long that hung loosely in his hair. When the beads came together they never made a sound, suggesting that they where made of a bone-like material. They had ingravings in them of symbols, names, and words that many, most, would not be able to understand. To Yo-ko, they where heavy with memories.

He had decided not to shave in a while, now having four one inch, thin, red dreadlocks on his chin; though the rest of his face was well shaven. He had done this out of pure bordom, seeing one of his other theif/gang memebrs doing it. Yo-ko decided it looked cool and did it too.

Yo-ko now had a fully developed muscular body now, being a few years older doing things that he would not like to do again. His skills where more then that. It was partially why he felt a need to return here. His chest, arms, legs, abs, back, shoulders, and neck had the ability to be rock hard, or silky smooth and soft: this happens because of proper training.

His body though could not be seen easly probably because of the loose fitting clothes he decided to where. He whore a black utility vest that held all his varying tools, gadgets, weapons, gizmos that he liked to use in battle and for recreational purposes.

Over that he whore a black Haori (over coat) that fell down to his knees. The Haori had a red tribal like design on the very bottom, and on the sleeves. On the back was a red diamond like shape near uper/center back. In it, also in red, was a face of a fox with the japanese number "one" on its forehead. People would have to ask about this in order to hear its story.

The haori was made of a silky, yet tough fabric like stuff known as "reaper cloth" it was given to him last time Yo-ko saw his adopted brother Seth. It had been a while sense he had seen him, making Yo-ko feal guilty about the things he had done.

His black loose pants was also made out of this reaper cloth as they hung loosely on his waiste, held there by a belt holding more bags, poutches, and holders. On both legs, right on the side of the thigh above the knee was a rectangle like holder. Only those who had seen Yo-ko in battle knew what they held.

His shoes where a dark matirial, not really black, just dark. Durable and light, they where Yo-ko's best creation yet. With they added things he put into them, even his shoes could become weapons.

Yo-ko proceeded to the bar, ignroing the commotion going on around him. This place had hosted his first job, his first home, his first friends. Now he had lost all of that, and wondered if it would ever be returned to him. He hoisted himself up and sat on one of the stools, looking at himself in the back material. He muttered to himself, most could not be audable to anyone over the commotion.

"Can i call this place home.....can i reclaim my friends....do they remember me at all.......what have i done......"

He looked up to the ceeling, thinking some more.

Yo-ko started to strock and play with his chin hair with his left hand as he fell from his remeniscent mood. He wanted his friends back. He wanted to call this place home. Scooting around, Yo-ko finally takes interest in the comotion that was gong on when he walked in.

"welcome back...home...."

Yo-ko really wanted to talk to deity. He missed him, and user, and tali.....hell, he missed everyone. He wanted to fight them, remember the sting of there energy, the bite of there punches and kicks. He missed them more then they knew. What he didn't know was if they would allow him back into the fold. He started to calculate the odds as he watched his friends fool around.
