[[ Why thank you, User. I usually get kinda' self-conscious about having OOC posts being so damn long, especially with IC-ness stuffed in there. And I'm sure Deity's got the recipe labeled under "Saiyan Culinary Delicacies," or something Tacitus: Alright then; we'll back out soon enough, anyway... But, yeah, my character would've flipped out just a bit more if, not only did Tac pop up out of nothingness, but he also appeared in front of him without him noticing at all. Madness! scream !! I'll make an effort to crank out somethin' interesting once I get home today. ]]

((..........suppose I should try and get a post out. > >; ))
"Water on the rocks."
It was a simple request, and one that didn't surprise the Saiya-jin girl too much. She turned around and picked up a glass from the counter, put some ice in it and then filled it from the tap. With her back turned to User, he'd be able to see the double wing tattoo to either side of her tail, one wing black and the other white.
Kirra turned back around, and gently placed the glass of water on the bar, before she hopped back over the counter and landed easily on the other side. With a slight sway to her hips, the girl brought both the water and the wine back over to their little table, placing User's drink before him.
"So what brought you out this way again, anyways? I don't suppose you were hoping to spar with Jade again?"
((*munches on a freshly baked Super Saiya-jin Chocolate Chip cookie and scuttles off somewhere*))

((Well, Kythe, there is a reason he's largely invisible to some senses, but in that case he didn't exist until about half a second before forehead and barrel made contact. Its the idea of being elsewhere and elsewhen. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think it was incredibly amusing. XD))

[[ Of course. Crap like that doesn't normally happen to Kythe, so the shiz was hilarious when I read it xD. Sorry I didn't get to this yesterday--got home 'round 9. I just looked over your last post for the... third-ish time? Quite bad-a**, I must say. Also, Deity, I'd appreciate you leaving my brain-space and not regurgitating it onto other people D:<. ::Just got done explaining why he waits to buy letters to someone:: Okay, so maybe you were there a day ago... ]]
"Well, I was previously unaware--at least consciously--that I was dealing with a "Time Lord;" also, I haven't the slightest inclination of the scope of abilities that--"
Quite rudely interrupted, a flash of light, gust of wind, and crack of sound are to blame as Kythe instinctively leans back and throws his head backwards. He watches the bullet move, as if in slow motion, along it's entire path. An extremely quick feeling of warmth passes his face as it still manages to clip a spike of his hair--the tip having stubbornly remained there, unlike the hair at the base of his head--carrying it from his head before ricocheting at enough angles to end up between the fingers of New Tacitus, the "Time Lord". Okay, so maybe it's not a normal gun.
Kythe returns to a straight-standing pose, brightly glowing eyes and a slight trim the only visible differences from before, and continues: "--such a title implies... I have a feeling that you control some abilities that would simply render me helpless, but apparently you're still up for it, so..." Thinking for not even a moment, Kythe choses the Option B, the one that the bounty hunter always gives and you're not supposed to take, the one that's ended in the destruction of countless public dwelling places.
His eyes return to their dark depth, the half-shielded cyan glow fading rapidly as he begins to speak once more. "...I'll stick with my decision, leave it up to you." He said 'fast.' Kythe is definitely in the mood for fast. "But, before you time-space-warp over here and collapse my trachea, let's at least take it to the arena. I'm familiar with the owner of this establishment, and I don't believe he'd like such acts as those that have already transpired in this hallway to have occurred here. I count him among those I'd rather not agitate." At that, Kythe spins 180 degrees counter-clockwise on his left heel, and calmly walks towards the arena, arms still crossed behind his back.
[[ May I assume that your bullets follow the rules of physics? (i.e. react normally when deflected, adhere to the laws of gravity, etc...) ]]

:: She had been able to clearly see the Tower for almost an hour, even through the snow and the trees. Every time the little girl looked up, she was again overcome by a bout of the shakes that had nothing to do with the cold and all things to do with nervousness. A snow-covered forest was, more than anything, the most quiet, serene place in the world for her, and she felt most comfortable there, but the idea of entering that hulking gray shape, with its signature blue lights, was quite frightening. Only one thought truly sustained her courage, and that was to see him again. Her niichan.
She broke the treeline and came into the clearing around the Tower and for the first time, saw the building in all its glory. She imagined him inside it, standing alone and woe-begotten, possibly angsty, his scarf fluttering in a cold wind that seemed to follow him around for the sole purpose of blowing sorrowfully around his tall form. The memory of him seemed to banish the frights she held and an excited smile broke out on her rosy, frost-bitten face. Even as tired, cold, wet and hungry as she was, she could not resist the urge to run the last fifty feet or so-- though, said hindrances accounted for, it was more of a stumble than a run. The great oak doors at the entrance towered over her, proudly displaying the name of this place on their panels --Club Orion-- and without pausing to knock or announce herself, she reached up with one gloved hand and turned the golden knob.
She gave a great push on the right-hand door to hold it open and then strode forward, having to fight momentarily with the door frame to admit her enormous backpack: it was a great huge thing, leathery and old and packed so full with possessions that it was bigger than her entire body. Stopping just past the foyer, she paused to take in her new surroundings: the great domed ceiling, the brightly glowing orb-like lamps, the curved bar to her right. Past the bar was a small inlet that appeared to be a kitchen, and to her left there was a stage with an open (but lonely) microphone. In the middle of the room was a shiny black pillar that rose up from the floor through the ceiling, and scattered around it was a handful of tables, chairs and couches.
Tables, chairs, couches... And people.
The girl gave a short squeak of dismay. ::
"Shimatta."
:: She had been so excited. Too excited. Hadn't bothered to check to see if anyone else was here. Hadn't expected any one else to be here. Disappointed with herself, she shut the door quietly behind her and stepped in, discreetly seeking out an unoccupied spot. She hid herself amongst the tables by the bar and hoped no one would notice her; the room was quite huge and after all, there were only two of them, engrossed in their own conversation. Surely, she wouldn't be noticed. ::
