((Yours is two days before mine, Love. >w< And mine is exactly one month after Caine's. xD *needs to make signs*))
Finally, there had been a breakthrough. Even the smallest hammer and chisel could break through rock with enough effort and time. And that last strike had produced a large crack in the Prince's stubborn wall. Now to enlarge it.
Kirra saw User lean forwards toward her, eager for her to speak on. He was unconsciously letting himself be reeled in closer to the woman. To keep him there, Kirra also leaned back in, resting her forearms on the table top between them, speaking in a tone of confidentiality.
"Taliman might have a cool exterior, but there's a cruel nature hidden beneath that. I've seen some of it myself."
She paused for a moment, looking deep into User's dark eyes with her intense green gaze.
"Cooler wouldn't stand a chance against him. The Changeling will fall to Wesley if the Orinian is allowed to go on. And where would that leave our people? To serve under him and his lackey, Caine?"
Again she fell silent, letting her words sink in, her eyes showing the utter disgust she had for the thought of Taliman ruling over the rest of the Saiya-jin population.
"All I'm saying is this: Who better to stop such a thing, than our Legendary Prince?"

User snarled. He would not allow his people to be subjected to another tyrant, one who would probably treat the Saiya-jin people even more harshly than Cooler already did. He knew that Taliman had no love of User or probably even Jade for that matter, considering her closeness to Deity, "Indeed," He said in a disgruntled growl, "He always seemed like a threat under that cool attitude of his. Hence, why I've tried to keep an eye on him when he's around."
The more User thought about it, the more he didn't like how this looked. Taliman was truly a threat in the long term of things, one that could shake up the foundations of the galaxy as they know it, one that would destroy Earth, and probably his own people. User was now convinced - Taliman had to go down, he glared at Kirra, "Alright, Taliman needs to be done with, right now," He then commanded, "Where is he?"

[[ Happy 'New Birthday!' Kythe should stop forgetting his -_-;. Hoshiz! Extended Post-GT Saiya-Jin Politics, 101. ]]
Despite the lack of noticeably present combatants, Kythe considers stretching, considers a little pointless self-drilling, perhaps even some basic exercise. Consideration, though, is as far as any of those thoughts go. No, those won't do... not just the motions; he's craving the real thing.
One of those moods, again... Noting a bit more activity, and acknowledging a building craving for some hand-to-hand, Kythe twirls about-face on his left heel, and heads towards the end of the ring, slowly, eying the arena's entrance for a moment. His posture is somewhat different; as opposed to straight-standing, evenly-spaced, symmetrical movement & quick, measured paces, a slight slouch, hands pulling against the pockets his thumbs are hooked into, and a smooth, slow, comfortable tread describes him. Kythe's gaze is aimed towards the ground a foot or two ahead of himself, on his path back to the main room.

-=THUNK=- Anyone else might politely mention to Kythe that he should watch where he is going but a fifty caliber barrel waiting for him to hit his head on is just so much more entertaining. Laying on the ceiling as if the rest of the world had gone mad and only his down was the real down Tacitus was smiling up (down?) at the man from down the barrel of a pistol just over two feet long. The smile was grim until, of course, the koala sitting on his chest remember that it was a sane animal and that down was down, not up. The poor thing would tumble up (down?) the Time Lord's arm to fall on Kythe's head and enforce an adorable vice grip on his brain case. Tacitus merely gave a sigh as he shook his head and withdrew the weapon so it was just a little higher (lower?) to point at his gut instead. Even his long black coat was pressed against the floor (ceiling?) as he looked up (down) at the man, " You know, you should really be more careful if you're going to go around walking on the ceiling. Here am I, minding my own business, and you hit my gun with your forehead. You could have put a dent in her with that thing, you know?" He chuckled and his long strands of gray hair fell up (down?) in the spare moment before the rest of him decided to leap up (jump down?) to the ceiling (floor?) to join the man. He landed in front of him with the firearm angled out to one side, the hand holding it tightly wrapped in a dirty old set of cloth hand wraps. From behind a green visor a mismatched pair of eyes looked him over, " I ain't never seen you around these parts. Wait...ain't...never... scratch that. Ain't ever. Yeah... you didn't hear any of that. Right, so why in the hell have you got my kwalala all up in a ruckus for? You don't go around making a man's kwalalas get all uppity. Do you see me making your kwalalas all confused and scared? They're confused enough as it is, what with the entire planet hurtling around the sun at sixty seven thousand miles an hour, and you just have to make it worse." The most disturbing fact is not that the man seems to be slightly off his rocker, but that some fool gave him the badge that hangs from his belt beside a buckle with the infinity symbol set within an omega. This guy isn't just nutters, he's a cop, which is probably worse by current standards.

((*lawlz at Tacy*))
Kirra smirked everso slightly, watching the expressions on User's face grow more and more determined and disgusted. She had gotten through his stubborn wall, presenting her point fully to the boy Prince. It shouldn't be long until-
Her train of thought was interrupted when User asked where Taliman was with a commanding tone.
"Hold on, let me check..."
Kirra looked around the room, leaning to each side of her chair, trying to see as far as she could without getting up. Satisfied that the emperor was no where in sight, the woman turned back to User with a large shrug in her shoulders. "I dunno."
It was obviously to bust User's stones, for asking a rather dumb question. How should she know where Taliman was? It wasn't as if she kept a schedule of where he was on a day-to-day basis.
"I merely presented my concerns to you. Finding Taliman is up to you."

[[ Sorry Tac--I ended up falling asleep, and waking up at my desk around 4AM sweatdrop ... ]]
Somewhat surprised, and extremely perplexed at how he could've possibly been completely unaware of Tacity's floating body, the barrel of his gun, and his furry "companion" with all of his sensory abilities, Kythe opts to sacrifice his right glove-shielded palm, rather than his skull, to the falling (rising?) koala. He also ponders, just a bit, if the koala will be able to shred through the metallic threads of his dark shirt sleeve, as it would fit as something perfectly natural when considering this pair. Pausing his movement on the large, clean battle-ground, Kythe looks up (down?) at Tacity, noting his blatant disregard for the laws of physics--or act of rewriting them himself--and watches as he changes his mind, "hopping" off of the air to land in front of him. He makes contact between the oddly-colored eyes and his lightly glowing cyan orbs, familiar--save for the fact that, this time, they're both there. Though short, their previous encounter had been an odd one--and, evidently, this one would prove to be as well.
"Wow, koala-man... y'know, since the last time I saw you, I still haven't thought of a being I've met that's perplexed me any further. And we barely even spoke. Also--" at this point, Kythe moves his right hand in front of himself, as if handing Tacity a small, furry gift--though, unsure it's safe for the poor thing.
"--while I'm sincerely concerned for any unsettling your kwalala may have experienced on my behalf, I don't believe that anything such as so has occurred." It occurs to Kythe, piecing together what little he's seen this being do so far, that he may actually be quite the challenger in battle.
Not to mention, he probably doesn't carry around those guns for nothing... Shifting his weight to his left leg, and resting his left hand on that waist, Kythe looks crazy-eyes over for a moment, pondering his capabilities from behind a pair of dark, rectangular shades. He, at this moment, notices the badge worn by this person--it's infinity symbol reminds him of his personal insignia, but he disregards that--and wonders what it stands for.

User let out a long, heavy sigh. He said in a very sarcastic tone, "Wonderful! So Taliman is either on Earth, Mars, or perhaps half the across the galaxy. Gee, I wonder where I should start looking?" Kirra had gotten him all worked up, convinced him that Taliman was certainly a bigger threat than he had previously thought... then lead him to a wonderful dead end.
The Prince wasn't familiar with Taliman's ki signature, really. He could weed out the larger ki signatures from the smaller ones... but that would still, perhaps, leave him searching through millions of beings across the galaxy.
So... what now?

[[ Wow, I just can't even begin to describe the oxymoronically extreme subtleties in that eloquently worded, utterly vague and sophisticatedly difficult-to-understand request--I... I simply can't deny it! x3 'Hand-to-hand,' eh? Yeah... I think that beats 'nothing.' Though, that might not be what's here, soon, but whateva'. Sounds interesting, and I'm more confident in my abilities to make time (or ignore work) now than before. Donde esta el 'ganken'?
