(( ninja ......do it again! >w>;; ))
"I hide nothing from you."
Kirra lifted her hands to about a foot away from either side of her head, to show that in both her words and on her person, she was showing all her cards. There was no reason to keep her concerns from the Saiya-jin.
"I've learned a lot through observation. And as you said, he is waiting to make his move."
The fair girl leaned back into her chair, crossing one leg over the other and her arms over her chest again. The fingers of her right hand drummed lightly against her left bicep, her tail flicking slowly from side to side. Kirra's green eyes were lowered slightly, looking into the tabletop as she formed her next thoughts.
"So why wait for him? Why not stop him, before he's ready?"

User made a disgruntled noise both because he didn't quite believe Kirra and because he didn't like why he didn't smash around Taliman, "A true Saiya-jin needs good reason to strike," the Saiya-jin outstretched his arms apologetically in a shrug, "And while I would love to knock him down a peg or two, he hasn't done anything personally to me to warrant such an attack. So," He continued explaining, "Unless he calls me out, personally insults me, tarnishes my honor, or otherwise gives me good reason to make him my personal punching bag - I feel no reason to try and kill him."
The Saiya-jin paused, thinking for a moment, "Technically, I can ask him for a challenge or call him out. Such things can be handle how he wishes - to the death or until physically unable to fight any longer, whatever the reason. But," He paused again briefly, "I often felt that Taliman is Deity's problem, and as such, not mine to destroy - unless he decides he wants to be my problem."
He smirked cruelly, quite obviously enjoy the thought of humiliating or killing the 'emperor', "Then, I'd squish him like the bug he is."

Kirra listen carefully as User explained his reasoning in why subduing Wesley wasn't among his greater priorities. Neither she nor Jade had been raised in Saiya-jin society, so the concept was new, and it seemed rather stupid in a way. But then again, it was the Saiya-jin way, and while they were by blood, neither of the young girls personas could ever be called a 'true' Saiya-jin.
A soft scoff passed the woman's lips, her green eyes rolling slightly before returning to User. "Deity's problem? As if he has the guts to take care of it." Her lip curled a bit in slight disgust, knowing Deity would never have the nerve to confront his brother. Hell would freeze over before that would ever happen.
"Anyone who faces him has to be willing to kill. They have to be confident, and powerful. Someone who is able to shed blood in order to give this place peace."
She swung her arm out slightly, indicating the club around them.

User chuckled under his breath at Kirra. Funny, Jade loved Deity but her darker version didn't even seem to like Deity all to terribly much. Too bad if Deity didn't want to deal with Taliman, it meant the emperor would get to live until he became User's problem.
The Prince nodded at Kirra, but shrugged at her, "Well, I would certainly kill him. I have no qualms about that, I just have no incentive to go about doing so." She used the phrase 'to give this place peace' as though it was suppose to make User passionate about killing Taliman - it didn't. Frankly, he just didn't care about the emperor simply because he didn't seem to really care about the Saiya-jin Prince. And for the time being, it served him better to be neutral with Taliman than to have yet another foe that could somehow threaten his life, as well as his daughters.
This could change, of course, but User needed reason for it.

Okay, so trying to convince him with possible peace and quiet as a reason definitely wasn't going to work on the Saiya-jin Prince. That much was obvious. It had been already, but it was still worth a shot. Kirra's lips puckered to one side of her mouth, wondering how to work around User's hardheaded nature.
"Well, I suppose we could just let him do what he wanted. Let him do whatever he has planned."
It seemed like Kirra was giving up her end of the argument for a moment, before she continued on.
"He could just keep gaining power, conquering everything he lays his eye on. It wouldn't be hard for him, really. Wesley certainly has the resources, even Caine is working under him now. In time his empire will inevitably swallow Earth and everyone on it, assuming he even has a need for it by then."
The young woman shrugged slightly, straightening out some folds in her blue top. "Surely not even Cooler could stunt such a ravenous ambition...."

User nodded. As much as he didn't wish to admit it, Kirra was right. Taliman was a threat, an ever-growing one at that. The Saiya-jin knew that he wanted his empire to expand, as all government leaders seemed to want. The problem was that he was a tyrant, more than happy - generally it was their preferred method - to gain knew territory via conquest and decimation of worlds to add them into the fold. Furthermore, he agreed with her that Cooler couldn't stunt the growth much. That government, under that tyrant, had been around for... forever, it seemed. It was stagnant and the people uneasy under his rule, though unable to really do anything about it.
The Prince leaned forward and looked at her intently. He now felt like he was starting to have good reason to call Taliman out, "Alright, you have my attention."

[[ Tali thread commandment = Epic xD. School is seriously annoying me. Blowing Off Essay: Take two. Action! ]]
Kythe breaks from a lack of thought, for a change. Staring at the center of the domed ceiling, Kythe hooks his thumbs into his jeans pockets, just under his swords. He wonders if the one called Deity happens to be anywhere near--and, it then occurs to him that a good spar seems to be what he's craving. Hopefully, it would make him feel better.
It's been a while... seems to be a recurring theme with me.
