Umi 5 is out of action, due to being stuck in the ground.

A thick mist rolled in, followed swiftly by the deaths of the Umi leader and another Umi. They were now split up into virtualy by individuals, with each unable to see any others. For all intents and puposes it was every man for himself now.
Awareness check: Fail
(Everyone's next attack counts as a Suprise Attack, but once you attack them, they know where you are. They can attack you then, unless you stealth again.)

Karato was happy to see another one of the umis dead and as the mist rolled even more in he could tell that his opponents would never see him coming if he was fast and light on his feet. Karato saw the second umi was still alive but well on his way. He was suprised Kenju hadnt finished this one off befor moving onto the third umi. But this was fine wih Karato. Atleast the umi were slowly falling. Karato hoped this would be over soon and planned to make the rest of his kills fast. With the mist helping out Karato was able to easily sneak up behind he second umi and did four jabs with his Kunai into the umi's back.

Shinzu walked silently through the village, eyeing all the damage that had been caused by the Umi Raid. It was crazy how such a small force, with the proper about of surprise and quick action, could do so much damage. Casualties had been relatively low, though property damage and theft had been through the roof.

Batsu followed right behind Shinzu and noticed that the other was scanning through what was left of the village after that attack. He, himself, elected to not look at it all since he knew that everything was taken care of. At least no one was seriously hurt... aside from the Umi that were disposed of.

Their trip through the village had been relatively short, not as if the Mizkage's Office was terribly far away from the Academy. They quiet walked into the reception area, and Shinzu asked for an audience with the Mizukage. Checking the schedule the receptionist nodded and pointed them to the elevator.

Fenrir looked around in the mist and took advantage of the cover. He saw an Umi who moved and looked around. He didn't notice anything that could be wrong with him. He smirked as his grip tightened on the katana. He dashed forward ready to strike. He brought his blade back ready to slice into the Umi. He came from behind and made a quick slash to the back of the man's legs. His smile grew with every cut. The Umi was forced down by the cutting of his leg muscles. Fenrir's next attack went to the man's right arm. The cut didn't slice clean but it disabled the arm. The man screamed in pain as the sword raked his body. He dashed under the falling man's left arm as the sword ripped open the man's side. He spun in front of the man to deal a final blow. His smile disappeared as he looked at the man's face. "I'm sorry." Fenrir looked down for a moment before issuing the finishing strike. He turned to examine the scene. The sword slashed through the air to be ridden of the blood. Fenrir's eyes never stopped moving, never stopped searching for the next victim.

Masa continued walking a few steps ahead of Shinzu, "And that is all I ask for. A compliment every so often instead of this constant bigotry and hatred." She chose to ignore his other comment. "So yeah, the runt is in charge this time and we have to protect him ... so long as he doesn't try to make up on the spot formations, and keeps his temper in check, I am sure this will work out. And if not, we can deal with things his way. Ain't much use hiding in a tree when you can't see anything." She stopped mid-stride and said, "And another thing, I was serious about teaching you the hidden mist technique, if two of us can see through the mist, and we can both find Batsu, then that is all we really need. Get him to high ground, and if need be, clear the mist and he can pick them off from up high, or we go to him when injured and swap out healing, worst case I have to loan him some of my chakra." She turned and started walking again, "I mean, he is our best bet for ranged combat, but he totally needs to learn some jutsu, like that one Neko-sensei knows! He could launch 10 arrows at once if he knew that. He would be unstoppable." She kept walking, and began searching for Batsu.

Batsu came out of a shop in his pursuit of trying to find Masaraku. He was starting to get tired. His attempts were unsuccessful and he went throw damn near every building in the area to find his team mate. The boy just walked over to the side of the building he just came out of and lightly slammed his forehead against the wall. Now was not the time to play hide and go seek. The mission is still needing to be completed and he was stuck here. Batsu truly hoped everything was okay with the villagers that needed help. He ended sighing heavily. The more he thought about him not being able to help, the sicker he started to feel.

"Hey Shinzu, our medic is trying to break walls with his head, I think your training is setting in." She looked down at him and said, "Lets get this over with already so that we can train." Masaraku called herself creeping upon Batsu, but she failed horribly. Let's face it, she tried sneaking up on him? Batsu ********? Oh come on. Nevertheless, he grabbed her by the wrist lightly and chuckled a bit. "You forgot the most conscious one on the team, too." Batsu then released the female's wrist and turned around to look at her as he began to speak. "I don''t know if Shinzu already told you, but Raikage-sama put me in charge and my first request was to be relieved from the squad if the team didn't get along as a unit.. So I do plan on doing my best." Batsu looked up in Masaraku's eyes and smiled before speaking. "Besides, I want to see to it that the three of us make it to the chuunin exams as a team. So I wish to call a truce here and now."
Batsu stretched forth his arm and hand towards the other and nodded. "The feud between us must end in order for us all to progress. So I will make it my mission to bridle my tongue from this moment forward and put my ill-feelings to rest." Batsu stared Masaraku square in the eyes as he said it all and continued to do so as he had his hand stretched out.

Shinzu jogged over to Masaraku when she annouced that she'd found Batsu. As they talked Shinzu grinned, and crossed his hands, waiting for them to finish. Finally they were working something out, even if it was just a truce for now, a friendship may come soon. Then again it may not, but hey, they promised to make things work through the coming exams.

She looked to Shinzu and said, "Just don't run out on me this time if we do that kay?"
