how does everyone feel about the strike? i hate the provincial government for trying to get rid of all the unions in the province....
stare highschool and post secondary teachers are on different umm...plans right?...if I am correct

my friend JUST told me that professors are apaprently not allowed to strike....
eek lol yeah..I've heard that on the radio this morning..illegal..but..if they all walk out...they can't really do anything about it..like when I was in grade 11 lol
they cant do anything, yes. the government has no right to take away the right of the teachers or any union people that they're not allowed to strike. what are they going to do? throw the teachers all in jail? shouldnt the government then too be in jail? look at how much s**t they have done:
cutting back on school funds
hospital funds
nurses
and a LOT of other stuff. whats it all for? to pay gordon campbell and his jackasses, pay for their s**t, pay for their lawsuits (cuz remember campbell had a lawsuit for drunk driving. who paid for that? hmmmm)
the teachers have been stripped of ALL the things they can negotiate with. teachers have not gotten a raise in a VERY long time. they been treated like s**t. they do NOT want a 35% increase in their income (its some retarded number that the govt got together by somehow predicting that all female teachers that are off the child-bearing age will get pregnant this year. they want to cut back on maternity leave as well btw). they're lying to everyone, spending useless money on useless things (such as putting a huge ad on the front page of newspapers). GORDON CAMPBELL'S ACTIONS ARE ILLEGAL!!!!!!! the teachers union doesnt even come CLOSE
