When Genesis thought that Erebos was far enough away from the Bibarel King and the other Pokémon, she threw him an Enigma Berry. It healed a lot more than the Sitrus Berries had and, before long, Erebos felt his strength returning.

Ark moved in once more to attack the king. She saw Erebos nearby getting a berry to eat and figured one would be coming her way soon. Doyle would surely notice her slowing down. She fired another Night Daze and darted back to try and avoid the king's attack.

Doyle had indeed noticed Ark slowing down. Instead of waiting for more of her health to be whittled down he decided to now use one of the berries that don't heal as much as the Enigma berry. He reached into his coat pocket and grabbed a Sitrus Berry. "Ark!" He called out before tossing it.
Ark heard her name and turned to look at her trainer. She jumped into the air and caught the berry he had tossed her.
