Terribly sorry but couldn't help but notice this.
First of all
your link provided doesn't show the missions you have said you completed. And its difficult to follow because your exit post merely says ((Goes where ever (insert name) goes)) and seeing as he didn't say where he was going either...you see the problem.

This is not a drill can only be performed while someone else is doing Title: Time For a Drill!
Real battle situations such as the Arc do not apply
third of all
the fact that you seemed to stack Evacuation and Public Rioting from D-S rank simply cannot be done each has a specific number of posts to complete the mission and you actually have to be doing what the description says. All i've read you doing is chasing/fighting Chikami ((Read first issue for clarification) which I don't think even lasted the minimum amount of posts for the S rank mission.
Fourth of all.
Your character is a genin right? S rank and some A rank are just out of a genins capabilities, like jutsu.
Hold the gates could be considered an exception since you are actually doing what the description says and its not like you have much of a choice but to do it.
