Kira walked through the streets. Ah, this brought back memories of the good ol' times before she was a shinobi. Smirking, she would duck and weave her way expertly through the people, as if she'd done in a million times. Which, in fact, she had. Though, she came to an abrupt stop when she found her objectives, a seemingly abandoned booth. She approached it casually but cautiously, her hands in her pockets, but her muscles taught. Hopefully no one tried to jump her, hopefully for them. [ 1 / 3 ] As Kira continued to approach the booth, something was strangely wrong. She couldn't feel any chakra signatures, it was as though the booth had been set up, and left. For a trail to be this cold, no one had to be around it for a while, or someone was trying to cover their tracks, and no be found. Analytical thoughts ran through her head as she ran a hand over the booth. [ 2 / 3 ] Deciding that the booth was completely abandoned, or so it seemed, she would snoop around a little bit more. Kira determined that there clearly wasn't anyone around, or anything she could use to track said person or persons. With that, she bid the booth ado, and went on her way to the next mission. Rin is rubbing his chin as he inspects his origami flower while walking the streets. "I just don't know..." he mumbles as he looks it over inch by inch, "just one flower doesn't seem like enough. Maybe I'll make some some more once I complete this mission," he sighs and slips the flower into his pocket. [1/3] Anyways, where was this booth? He kept looking around, but couldn't seem to spot it or a Unitologist recruiter. Hell, what in the world was a Unitologist anyways? [2/3] Rin finally sees this booth, and his sigh of relief dies before it can leave his mouth. What was this? The booth was empty? Damn it all this was getting frustrating. The young boy sighs and turns around, walking away. Time to see about those next missions. Perhaps he would get some more information from them. [3/3]

As he got to the scene he asked one of the people what they knew about the situation they gave him what little information they had about the incident. It was an arson, and not a typical one. This one had Ninjutsu included in it from what he saw with his own Sharingan eyes noticing how the wood fractured where it also burnt, limiting it to the ones that were capable of using a fire jutsu as normal villagers couldn't utilize even the weakest forms of jutsu let alone fire release jutsu. He would continue his investigation by noting the size of the initial jutsu that started the blaze, indicating that it was from an intermediate user's or better's fire, dismissing those who have shown an inability to use that level, sending new Genin and Academy Students off. Then would come the whole room interrogation where he would coral them all in one large room and active his Katon interrogation jutsu and questioning them after enough exposure and eventually the one who did it spoke up and was arrested by the locals on site and got his sheet signed to show he done what was asked of him. {Investigate Felony Complete} {Exit} 」™

Shikatsu wasn't expecting to get slapped and fell back. He held his cheek and looked up at you, his face red now. He then tried to speak when she started yelling at him that he was a pervert. She was staring to draw attention so he quickly jumped up and covered her mouth with his hand. "Shut up Akane, your drawing peoples attention." He said trying to stop her.
"Your life is to short, so don't go throwing it away so easily."
Akane stopped suddenly, and blinked, seemingly coming to her senses as her Sensei clapped a hand over her mouth. She then snorted over the hand, pouting.
"Mfmfmfmfmfm!" she said, waving her hands to emphasise her point. "Phfhmph!" she added, just in case Shikatsu missed the point despite her elaborate elucidation. "Phhmf!" she finished, looking ticked and crossing her hands over her chest with a stamp of her foot.
Akane disliked being surprise in such a way as being grabbed, so she reacted rather violently.....

Striding through the streets, Samuru moved at a relatively quick pace, his focus directed upwards Maymay better not blow anything up before we're strong enough to run. he thought, neatly sidestepping an older man. He paused at an alley and slid down it, vanishing from view for a second before reappearing with a bag over his shoulder Its strange though....the bag is heavier this time... he thought, stopping to get some food.

As Kein walked through the streets he nodded to those that greeted him and continued on aimlessly as he absently watched a young man duck into an ally then almost as quickly return with a large bag. Kein smiled a bit at the prospect of something to take his mind off of the dangers of politics and quickly moved in front of the young man intercepting him saying," So whats in the bag?" As he spoke his long elegant crimson cloak wafted around him before settling down around his feet.
Muru jerked his head backwards, twisting so that one foot stopped forward with the other back, the shoulder with the bag on it away from the man in front of him "..." he narrowed his eyes at the man, not saying anything at first "Are you my mother?" he replied, his voice rock hard as he took a full step back and turned "You're not. So I don't have to reply." <******** Konoha shinobi. his thoughts were dark and angry as he switched the back to his hands, holding it tightly as he pushed his way through the crowd, trying to get away.

Kein couldnt help but smirk he kinda liked the kid, at least he was entertaining. As the kid began to walk away Kein appeared in front of him once again saying," No I am not your mom but I am a sanin. Even as a genin I trust you know what that means. " His attitude was starting to get on his nerves quite a bit. Kein bit his lip as he continued," You need to learn your place kid."
Muru jerked again, coming to a halt with the bag going behind him once more "What the hell!?" he snapped, starting back again "Just because your a sanin doesn't give you the right to decide what's your business and what isn't!" Muru didn't bother with the bag anymore, hands flashing into it and then into his jacket, whatever he had vanishing without being seen. Without hesitation, he threw the bag at the man's face and in the same motion, broke into a full run. He didn't bother with the crowds, jumping onto a cart and then using the tree walking technique to run along the walls of the buildings. Once Muru made it to the top of a building, he kept going, hopping from one to the other until he was about a mile from where he'd thrown the bag "Stupid Konoha shinobi..." he muttered, coming to a stop to catch his breath.

Even without his sharingan kein's years of hand to hand combat experience taught him how to read a body. His arm jerked up pushing the bag out of his way in time to see the boy dash off. A smile spread across his face as he quickly jumped up onto the roof of the buildings and blinked his bloodline active. He watched from afar as he kid ran until he stopped to catch his breath. Kein formed a single seal and appeared behind the kid with that same smile on his face as he spoke," It may not entitle me to decide such but it more than qualifies me to be able keep up with a mere genin."
This time, Muru jumped about a foot and spun around only to lose his balance and fall hard on the roof, slicing his hand open. Incredibly, he didn't feel it at all and just stared at the man in shock "What....what the hell do you want?" he said finally, not even bothering to stand up now. He hadn't even had time to memorize what he'd gotten out of the bag...if this man took it...Getting out of this stupid village will...it'll set us back by a month at least if he takes it! a wash of despair rushed through him, chilling his body so that a cold sweat broke out along his upper arms and chest. Swallowing the feeling, Samuru finally stood, wiping his bleeding hand across his pants without feeling "And who are you?" despite himself, curiosity got the better of Samuru. This man was fast...and fast meant powerful. Maybe, just maybe, he could help.....

Kein watched as the boy brushed off the pain of his hand, for his age it was an interesting feat, lending to a high pain tolerance. Though it was the kids eyes that got him, they were similar to his own. Cold, desperate, and full of hate, just like kein when he was in serving under Kinpaku. He took a step back and said," What I want is something few can comprehend. However I will indulge you. My name is Uchiha Kein, Ex Sanin of Kumogakure and founder of their onin program. Master taijutsu user and chakra demon at your service." He made a quick mocking bow before he rose. Though once he did his face and eyes were different. He looked the young man over and said," You have potential kid but power comes to those that deserve it. Do you?"
Akane's eyes goggled at being picked up and carried away, then failed around with her arms and legs.
"Shika Sensei!" She said, then ended up on his shoulders, then added: "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!"
