But Garoh's... Garohans? Garohians? Garohers? People from the town of Garoh only morph to werewolf form at night... then again, there was that older leader... hmm... very interesting.

Yes, if I recall, Maha said that his constant wolflike form was a result of his taking a greater interest in Psynergy, or something to that effect. I can certainly see the same thing happening here.

Also, wasn't that little kid stuck in permanent wolf form because he looked directly at the full moon or something? Another possibility.

Hardly; he just transformed for the night. In the same scene Maha says that the kid would turn back into a human, and you can talk to him after the event.

The full moon just causes the initial transformation, it doesn't cause Mode Lock.

Yes, and the younger ones are also unable to speak. They apparently squeek.

Oh, that's right. Derp. I remember the kid thing now.

Although I do distinctly recall Maha saying that his condition was permanent for some reason.

When he learned the power of reveal on Air's Rock, he has a Garoh citizen was permanently changed.

So are we hoping for a wolf-person to join the party? I must say, the Psynergy possibilities are pretty awesome, not to mention s/he'd probably be a Jupiter warrior. Not too shabby.

500th post in this topic. biggrin Woot.

also is there an english link for that info? Nintendo is being a pain when trying to look for the thing in english ><

Sorry, 'fraid not...

I hope our new mystery character is a werewolf from Garoh!!! Bonus points if it's a girl! 8D (Braided pigtails point to "girl". So much.) Perhaps that could be our...well, I don't know if Jupiter "warrior" would be the right term, but it certainly would be something different from a mage... Fighter?

It's a girl. She definitely has breasts. And twin braids. With bows on the ends... A girl. biggrin

Regarding Garoh: Singsaith has the right of it. Maha lost the ability to turn back into his human form after he learned Reveal at Air's Rock. But the kids don't "squeek". XD The human tongue is more difficult for the people of Garoh when they're in their wolf form, so the kid could only speak in "wolf". Maha could speak normally because he's stuck in his wolf form all the time, and had loads of practice.

Onto the other silhouettes: The sub-heading above them is along the lines of "Strong Adventure-Supporting Comrades". The general consensus is that it's Isaac and Kraden.

Well, do we know his age for sure at the time of the first two games? If he's at least around the 60s, then he could be around the 90s for Dark Dawn. I wouldn't count him out just yet. mrgreen

Who says he's journeying with them?

Also, Weyard does have ways to slow down or halt aging. Lemuria, for instance.

I'm only saying that Kraden wouldn't pass the chance to go and study something new like this, giving him a good reason to go with them.

and Conservato wouldn't allow anyone back into Lemuria unless piers secretly obtained a lot of the lemurian spring water from someone

I agree with Azura. Kraden doesn't need to visit Lemuria to still be alive. And remember when Crown was introduced? They said he was travelling with an Alchemy scholar. It's possible that Crown could be gathering information for Kraden during his travels with Matthew, so Kraden doesn't need to go with them.

Thank God. I hope Kraden isn't on this journey. He'd always like twist your arm whenever he wanted to do something for himself.

"Well, Felix, I don't think we should not enjoy their hospitality and learn the civilization of Lemuria... do you?" "No." "I still think we should go." "No." "We're going."

Grah... who knows, maybe Crown is a Lemurian and Kraden ventured to Lemuria, lived on due to the well and taught Crown. Who knows. A lot could have happened over 30 years.

Crown may very well be Lemurian. We don't know that much about him, after all.
