"Aw dammit! Spider-man said quietly to himself. "Babysit the Loch Ness monster and the Batty Buccaneer for a minute, I'll be right back." He shot at daredevil and Black Cannary as he took a running start and leapt chest first off the Daily bugle roof. He spotted the Commissar almost immediately "Hey! 'comrade' long time no see!" he called out. Noting that the Commissar had dug himself into the side of the building rather than fall to the ground, Spider-man shot out two web-lines, one at the Daily bugle to keep him from hitting the street, and the other at the Commissar to try and adhere him to the wall he was clinging to. "See, this is what you get for liking my jokes, I'm not the kind of person to pass up a captive audience."

"I'm sorry I couldn't stay Comrade, but my organization will not lead itself; that would be too easy."

The Commissar jumped from the wall before the web hit him and was falling towards the ground again. Using his digits on his hands, he started to crawl his way across the side of the Daily Bugle. His digits or in other words, robotic fingers had enough piercing capability to stab into wall, making his ability to wall crawl have damage results instead of the sticky fingers of the original 'wall crawler'.

"Why are we enemies, Comrade? We share common foes."

The Commissars had multiple targets for the Eastern Bloc and himself to destroy, and surprisingly only a few were actually heroes. The Rhino was a target because of his polymer suit and Fisk because of his organization of crime in New York. Why the Commissar wanted the destruction of the Symbiotes was a personal matter that he seemed to involve in his organization's mission objective. The Commissar had freedom to go quite fast when 'wall crawling' since his body was machine and his perception was keen, so it allowed him to move awkwardly and at the same time appropriately when climbing.

"Batty Buccaneer's a stupind name, got nothing to do with me...."

Shadow sighed and moved her shadow across the entire roof a moment. Once it had latched onto everyone else's it retracted, making it look like they all attatched to her own. "Don't worry, they're not going anywhere." she said to the other hero's with her.

User ImageENTER from Metropolis
The reaper emerged from the corner of an alley way and glanced around. He smiled a bit. He could sence the spider and little girl were here somewhere. Glancing down at some building's not too far away, he could see a man in red and blue chasing after someone. There were other's with powers here too.
He smiled and pulled his scythe from his cloak. Well then, time to go make some friends.

Rosie watched the two take off, watched Roxy use her shadows again, glanced around at everyone else....and became slightly bored. She fiddled around with the sapphire necklace a minute, and decided to start a conversation or something. "So are you really a bad guy? Do you have any super powers or anything?" she asked, looking from Kingpin to Psycho-Pirate.

"Who, me?" sencing the curiosity comming from the girl, Roger decided to answer, "Well, yes, I am, and of course I do! Only a VERY few super-crime specialists can get away with NOT having powers...Wait. Were you here before when I was talking to that guy who just jumped off the building?"

Spider-man permitted himself a moment to be impressed with the Commissar for dodging that web line, but then again, that just meant he was above average, and Peter was far from being a "B" student. "Hey, if your talking about Tubbo the Elephant, then believe me, I want to see him in a zoo somewhere having peanuts thrown at him for the rest of his natural, MSG preserved, sugar-coated, battered and deep fried life but I don't do the killing people thing, I don't suppose I could interest you in the 'with great power comes great responsibility' thing, could I?" Spidey asked with mock-hopefulness.

As he spoke, he swung off of the high point of his web-line and planted two lines on either side of the Commissar's crawling form. "Time for some applied physics." he thought to himself. He immediately grabbed ahold of these lines to prevent them from going slack, and as he continued moving away from the bugle, the lines stretched taut until he was abruptly sling-shot head first at the Commissar, he angled his feet between him and his target and aimed for the small of his back..."

"Oh yes! Fisk, almost forgot! I was referring to the Symbiotes, but I suppose he could die or go to jail, but Fisk's influence can reach out of jail; he must die. Oh, and my power were robbed from me long ago; I'm but a shell of who I really was. Remember, Comrade? Brain in a jar rings a bell?"

The Commissar had no interest in killing Spiderman since he was a necessary good in the world of crime; without Spiderman or any other hero, crime organizations would become weak and sloppy and that just wouldn’t do. The Commissar wasn't ready for such an attack and was hit dead on in the back, luckily not hitting the container in his chassis full of pink goo. The Commissar lost his grip because of this attack and began to fall. Since only the brain of Commissar was his actual organic self, the hit from Spiderman didn't hurt him, but caused a nice dent in his back. The Commissar's perception was more focused on getting Spiderman to agree with him rather than evading him.

Shadow Spider glanced over at the girl and nearly dropped Rosie. "What are you doing here?" she gasped. She really wasn't expecting to see someone from her own universe, let alone her.

User ImageThe Reaper moved closer to the two who seemed to be fighting by means of his fire again. Creating a sliver of black fire, he quickly moved to an alley way across from them. He reformed himself and stared out of the shadows at them. Now that he was closer, he could sence that there were more people on top of a nearby roof. Well, he'd have to inspect there as well. A few more slivers of fire emerged from his robe and traveled up the side of the building.

Spider-Man shot two web lines down at Commissar in an attempt to stop him before he hit the ground. "From where I stand, it looks to me like becoming a brain in a jar gave you lots of power. There's only one other guy I know who can do the Ginsu-hands thing, and even he wouldn't have shrugged off that hit to the back I just gave you..."

Pete was about to follow up with a witty remark about government-distributed brain jars, and the arrogance of the body-possesing bouregoise, when his spidersense went off like a foghorn blasted into his ears from three feet away. Spider-man saw three jets of silver flame shoot out from a hooded figure standing in an alleyway.

"Friend of yours?" Spider-man asked the Commissar dryly. To the hooded figure he yelled; "Hey! Didn't I see you chasing some midget with hairy feet and a gold ring across the blasted plains of Mordor two summer blockbusters ago?"

"No, he isn't and the power I possess now is merely technology; my old power could stand up to a Kryptonian."

The Commissar was conflicted with the encounter with Supergirl, if he only had the powers from before, she wouldn't have defeated him so fast. This wasn't his day today and Spiderman wasn't exactly making it easy. The Commissar was wondering if he should release the container in his chassis and show what he could really do, but that would eave him too vulnerable and Spiderman wasn't worth the effort. Instead, he used the blades in his arms to cut the web and continue falling to the ground. The Commissar could survive such a fall thanks to his casing and Spiderman probably would deal with the other thing rather than him. The goo in the Commissar’s chest was getting restless and it needed to feed, maybe Spiderman could be a good meal, but maybe too tough for it. Instead, the standard meal a day would do back at base; no sentient beings would be used for food.

"Oh. No. You. DON'T!" Spider-man gritted through his series of acrobatic manuvers. First he leapt from the tower directly towards the ground in front of the Commissar, (as though he intended to land in front of him.) Then, at the last possible second, he twisted his body in midair to attatch a webline on a nearby lampost, pulling on it, he changed direction, and again sent himself flying feet first at the Commissar.

"I expected you to try."

The Commissar had expected Spiderman to a move similar to last time due to the efficiency of how it allowed him to get to a opponent faster and thus trying the move again would seem like a logical choice if Spiderman wanted to easily catch up with Commissar. The web swinging would be quite a useful method of fast combat; Commissar was thinking of maybe developing something different in the form of cables in future encounters. The Commissar tilted his weight to the side in anticipation of Spiderman’s attack and narrowly dodged it. A fool would try to attack Spiderman while he was using the kick attack, but at such a speed it would prove for a slim chance of success and maybe a waste of energy. Commissar tumbled a bit when he hit the ground and then flipped to land on his feet; he wasn’t the most graceful robot around, but his casing made up for it.
