By five she was able to successfully channel two elements, and by eight obtained her third. Even though she was expected to be a prodigy, Chie was also trained in the art of house maintenance, and was not allowed to be a slouch under any circumstances. The perfection she was forced to maintain at home is what caused her to latch out more in her academy days which, while she maintained excellent scores, did start to affect her relationship to others. Regardless, she has graduated, and is now ready to begin her life as a shinobi of Konoha.

Although, even if she is trying her hardest to beat you in a battle, Suzuki will always be as courteous as possible. It's against her nature to be outright rude. Most people only see the confidant and happy-go-lucky, almost childish and naive side to Suzuki. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ As strange as it may be, Suzuki was born in Otogakure. Her parents were both shinobi there before her mother became pregnant with her. Before Suzuki was born her parents only had one child, a son just slightly older than Suzuki. They lived peacefully, her father retired from being a shinobi and worked as a general merchant instead. Selling and trading anything they could to live a happy life. Just after Suzuki was born however, their store was broken into and all their wares had been stolen in the night. The thieves were never caught. It didn't take them long to come to the decision to leave Otogakure in hopes of finding a safer life for their still growing family. They made their way to Kumogakure and there Suzuki's father began to work as a shinobi once again. Her mother stayed home with her children, which counted to three children as Suzuki turned five years of age.
During her childhood Suzuki was always a little bit rambunctious and wild, but also a bit more mature than say both brothers combined. By the time she was seven year old and now the happy big sister of a little sister Suzuki was known for being able to wrestle with the boys and have a tea party right after wards. She was enrolled into the Academy at the age of seven as well, although she wasn't skilled in anything in particular. She showed good skill in both taijutsu and ninjutsu, but was a total klutz on her feet. By the time she was ten years old her teacher was almost convinced she needed glasses after she smacked face first into a closed window while trying to see a bird out on a tree limb. Despite her teachers objections Suzuki did not in fact need glasses. She was simply that big of a klutz, having tripped on own her feet while walking towards the window. As the next couple of years went by Suzuki became increasingly aware of what it meant to actually be a shinobi.
She graduated the academy at the age of twelve, with the rest of her peers. For a few months everything was happy and was going well. And then her father went mission on a mission. Days went by slowly Suzuki and her siblings. She knew her father never took on any mission that had a high risk of him not coming home. So it seemed inconceivable to her that something bad had happened. Barely a week had passed when the news came back to her family. Apparently her father had been killed by one of his teammates in an accident. Or so the report stated. But the teammate, her father's closet friend, the one to report the incident had taken all the guilt and burden of having killed his dear friend. One would think that Suzuki might have lost her temper here, but as her family could attest to none of them felt any sort of malice towards their beloved father's friend. In fact while they were disheartened and grieving for their loss Suzuki found her goal as shinobi here. The week after her father's funeral Suzuki seemed to take her life as a shinobi far more seriously.
As the years went by Suzuki grew into a skilled ninja, although she kept her rank and title of genin the entire time. Refusing to become a chunin until she felt the time was right. During these years Suzuki became known for never killing her opponent. She would always find ways to immobilize a person before outright harming them in a major way. She never went after a target out of anger nor took missions that involved taking something in an act of vengeance. There had even been times when she deliberately lost a mission by letting a person get away for the sake of sparring their life. Suzuki was not without her faults, but no one could dissuade her from being like this. She simply refused to act on vengeance. This is how Suzuki has lived her life for the past twenty-five years.

Correct. After talking it over with some of the crew, Dedicated Craft is approved. All you need now is a replacement for Educated Hands and a filled-out personality.
I know I can't make techniques one rank stronger, but that also includes not being able to learn techs of a particular type one rank ahead of time too? Dedicated Craft would have me reapply my custom weapon every rank up to add a trait to it, whether it be something special or something physical. The idea is that by focusing on that single weapon and working on it himself, the weapon grows as he does.

This is approved, but you could definitely get more bang for your buck on those PAs. Unless you're set on getting an extra 2k Ryou to start with, you could go with "Ryou gained from missions is increased by 50%" and make more in the long run. You could also get a full Tai/Buki Style without sacrificing the ability to use Genjutsu.

Paro wasnt born into a family of shinobi... but born into a family of mercenaries. Collecting bounties and doing odd jobs, this was the life that Paro knew. Her father was known for chasing down rouge shinobi or civilian criminals and being somewhat cruel. She knew this and knew that this life wasn't for her. Her fathers cruelty was only matched by the love that he had for Paro, often treating her like the "Untouchable Prize" to be won. Even though she was expected to be a prodigy, Chie was also trained in the art of house maintenance, and was not allowed to be a slouch under any circumstances. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ As strange as it may be, Suzuki was born in Otogakure. Her parents were both shinobi there before her mother became pregnant with her. Before Suzuki was born her parents only had one child, a son just slightly older than Suzuki. They lived peacefully, her father retired from being a shinobi and worked as a general merchant instead. Selling and trading anything they could to live a happy life. Just after Suzuki was born however, their store was broken into and all their wares had been stolen in the night. The thieves were never caught. It didn't take them long to come to the decision to leave Otogakure in hopes of finding a safer life for their still growing family. They made their way to Kumogakure and there Suzuki's father began to work as a shinobi once again. Her mother stayed home with her children, which counted to three children as Suzuki turned five years of age.
During her childhood Suzuki was always a little bit rambunctious and wild, but also a bit more mature than say both brothers combined. By the time she was seven year old and now the happy big sister of a little sister Suzuki was known for being able to wrestle with the boys and have a tea party right after wards. She was enrolled into the Academy at the age of seven as well, although she wasn't skilled in anything in particular. She showed good skill in both taijutsu and ninjutsu, but was a total klutz on her feet. By the time she was ten years old her teacher was almost convinced she needed glasses after she smacked face first into a closed window while trying to see a bird out on a tree limb. Despite her teachers objections Suzuki did not in fact need glasses. She was simply that big of a klutz, having tripped on own her feet while walking towards the window. As the next couple of years went by Suzuki became increasingly aware of what it meant to actually be a shinobi.
She graduated the academy at the age of twelve, with the rest of her peers. For a few months everything was happy and was going well. And then her father went mission on a mission. Days went by slowly Suzuki and her siblings. She knew her father never took on any mission that had a high risk of him not coming home. So it seemed inconceivable to her that something bad had happened. Barely a week had passed when the news came back to her family. Apparently her father had been killed by one of his teammates in an accident. Or so the report stated. But the teammate, her father's closet friend, the one to report the incident had taken all the guilt and burden of having killed his dear friend. One would think that Suzuki might have lost her temper here, but as her family could attest to none of them felt any sort of malice towards their beloved father's friend. In fact while they were disheartened and grieving for their loss Suzuki found her goal as shinobi here. The week after her father's funeral Suzuki seemed to take her life as a shinobi far more seriously.
As the years went by Suzuki grew into a skilled ninja, although she kept her rank and title of genin the entire time. Refusing to become a chunin until she felt the time was right. During these years Suzuki became known for never killing her opponent. She would always find ways to immobilize a person before outright harming them in a major way. She never went after a target out of anger nor took missions that involved taking something in an act of vengeance. There had even been times when she deliberately lost a mission by letting a person get away for the sake of sparring their life. Suzuki was not without her faults, but no one could dissuade her from being like this. She simply refused to act on vengeance. This is how Suzuki has lived her life for the past twenty-five years.

But for a die hard shinobi,Jeon is an unexpectedly positive and bright individual, almost electrifying in how she interacts with the world. He is slow to anger, and generally exudes an aura that brings, to the forefront a calm and inviting island break in the storm that is the ever-ecstatic and easily excitable Jeon. He loves getting his hands dirty, and is a fairly easy laid back person to get alnog with.
One thing that will undeniably ruin their ability to see you in a positive light (for a time) is stepping wrong of their sibling. They are ruthless when it comes to defending their allies and do so without blinking. When it comes to each other... they are utterly vicious. They can do a full 180 from nice to evil assholes to those that seek to do their other half harm. Similarly, people who disrespect their village name, or those who make sacrifices in the name of others get a tongue lashing from Jeon, and a stern and cold shoulder from Jay.
On the flip, they adhere to people quite easily, believing loosely in Ninshuu and the will of the world to bring it's inhabitants together. Oddly, Jeon is more religous than Jay, while Jay is more of an action sort of person than Jeon. They work towards common goals quite easily, and show each other respect even when they disagree. Often as that is.
Loyalty is important for them, as is honesty. Those who lie tend to turn the pair away, ruining their ability to trust them depending on the reason behind the ruse. As ninja, they lie via omisison, but they never do it to harm others.

The most important thing to note is that the pair were a miracle pregnancy born to a woman thought to be barren, and a father thought to be sterile. This after near on a decade of them trying and failing to have children. Then, almost as if a gift from some higher power, finally the seed took,a s it were, and in a miraculous way. Recessive traits led to a pair of extremely special children being born. A Spirit Pair entered the world nine months later, and the duo were inseperable, even as the parents brought them before the clan they had no idea either of them had ties too. It didn't take long for them to be put into the academy, at a young age, and they began with a bang, making friends and doing extremely well in those classes they did take. Upon graduating, they hit the shinobi world with a bang. (Will expand upon this later.)

Alright, it looks like Spooky Ghost Times needs to be broken up into smaller chunks. While it seems these would be fine on their own as PAs, they're too much to be put into one.
When slipping from an opponent's sight or any sensory technique, it takes a single Post to relocate her. When under the Vacant Me jutsu, she's completely invisible in obscuring mists, smoke or darkness but can still be detected by those who see Chakra and takes an A-Rank Sensory tech to perceive her as well.

Paro wasnt born into a family of shinobi... but born into a family of mercenaries. Collecting bounties and doing odd jobs, this was the life that Paro knew. Her father was known for chasing down rouge shinobi or civilian criminals and being somewhat cruel. She knew this and knew that this life wasn't for her. Her fathers cruelty was only matched by the love that he had for Paro, often treating her like the "Untouchable Prize" to be won. Longing for independence from her 'tribesmen and women'; she left in the dead of the night in search for a deeper meaning and came across the Gates of Kirigakure. She took this as a sign and entered the Academy with no hesitation. She wanted her skills to be honed and trained, she knew that her ability to sense the things around her was only going to further her fathers own blood lust and odd sense of justice.

Although, even if she is trying her hardest to beat you in a battle, Suzuki will always be as courteous as possible. It's against her nature to be outright rude. Most people only see the confidant and happy-go-lucky, almost childish and naive side to Suzuki. Though she has a temper and can lash out in anger at someone these times are so rare most people don't even believe there is an angry bone in her body. Suzuki has never been one to hold a grudge either, preferring to forgive and forget than dwell over a past aggression. On the rare occasions that she has lost her temper it never amounted to more than harsh words. However, after these times Suzuki finds herself guilt ridden for having said harmful words in the first place. She's the type of person who, after having a fight with someone, too cook them a good meal and serve some tea to talk things over in a more civilized manner. It's during these moments that one would see that Suzuki is...for one thing a horrible cook and secondly completely oblivious in certain situations.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ As strange as it may be, Suzuki was born in Otogakure. Her parents were both shinobi there before her mother became pregnant with her. Before Suzuki was born her parents only had one child, a son just slightly older than Suzuki. They lived peacefully, her father retired from being a shinobi and worked as a general merchant instead. Selling and trading anything they could to live a happy life. Just after Suzuki was born however, their store was broken into and all their wares had been stolen in the night. The thieves were never caught. It didn't take them long to come to the decision to leave Otogakure in hopes of finding a safer life for their still growing family. They made their way to Kumogakure and there Suzuki's father began to work as a shinobi once again. Her mother stayed home with her children, which counted to three children as Suzuki turned five years of age.
During her childhood Suzuki was always a little bit rambunctious and wild, but also a bit more mature than say both brothers combined. By the time she was seven year old and now the happy big sister of a little sister Suzuki was known for being able to wrestle with the boys and have a tea party right after wards. She was enrolled into the Academy at the age of seven as well, although she wasn't skilled in anything in particular. She showed good skill in both taijutsu and ninjutsu, but was a total klutz on her feet. By the time she was ten years old her teacher was almost convinced she needed glasses after she smacked face first into a closed window while trying to see a bird out on a tree limb. Despite her teachers objections Suzuki did not in fact need glasses. She was simply that big of a klutz, having tripped on own her feet while walking towards the window. As the next couple of years went by Suzuki became increasingly aware of what it meant to actually be a shinobi.
She graduated the academy at the age of twelve, with the rest of her peers. For a few months everything was happy and was going well. And then her father went mission on a mission. Days went by slowly Suzuki and her siblings. She knew her father never took on any mission that had a high risk of him not coming home. So it seemed inconceivable to her that something bad had happened. Barely a week had passed when the news came back to her family. Apparently her father had been killed by one of his teammates in an accident. Or so the report stated. But the teammate, her father's closet friend, the one to report the incident had taken all the guilt and burden of having killed his dear friend. One would think that Suzuki might have lost her temper here, but as her family could attest to none of them felt any sort of malice towards their beloved father's friend. In fact while they were disheartened and grieving for their loss Suzuki found her goal as shinobi here. The week after her father's funeral Suzuki seemed to take her life as a shinobi far more seriously.
As the years went by Suzuki grew into a skilled ninja, although she kept her rank and title of genin the entire time. Refusing to become a chunin until she felt the time was right. During these years Suzuki became known for never killing her opponent. She would always find ways to immobilize a person before outright harming them in a major way. She never went after a target out of anger nor took missions that involved taking something in an act of vengeance. There had even been times when she deliberately lost a mission by letting a person get away for the sake of sparring their life. Suzuki was not without her faults, but no one could dissuade her from being like this. She simply refused to act on vengeance. This is how Suzuki has lived her life for the past twenty-five years.

Having a vast amount of self-confidence, power, and zeal she will not be dissuaded from doing what she wants. Making things such as others opinions and orders irrelevant to her. The best way to get her to do something is with bribery... honestly it is. She loves to live on the edge and wants nothing but excitement and adventure in her life. Wanting nothing short of a thrilling life she has come to despise boredom. To the point where if you aren't as lively as she is she more than likely won't consider you a friend or even associate. Earlier in her life this has caused her to burn numerous bridges. Yet with her personality she didn't care as she would be fine by herself.
Her most notable trait, other than her energy, is her courage in the face of adversity. She will rise to any occasion, without wavering in the slightest, and face anything down that fate places before her. Going to the point of tempting face and compromising her own safety. Not only is she gifted with sheer determination, competitive nature, ferocity, and an overwhelming desire to succeed... but she will work restlessly to outshine others until her task is finished. She will make sure that all of his enemies are laying dead before her... even if they all charge her at once she will push through it all and slay every one of them.
With her work ethic it should be said that when working on weapons or armor there's and odd factor. It's honestly the only time she's ever really patient. Taking her time with every piece of armor, blade, shield, or whatever she works on. Perfecting every detail until she is satisfied with it. Should she mess up on one detail she's liable to smelt it back down and start back over from scratch. She doesn't care how long it takes with her products to make them. Just so long as they are perfect in her eyes to hand out to her customers.
Moving onto her unknown madness it should be noted that even with her short life of only twenty-three years... she has been put through a lot. She often see's things that may or may not be there. Finding joy within conflict and overwhelming odds many will fear her as well as fear for her. Almost as if she can't comprehend the situation that she is within and simply has a death wish. Even if she were outnumbered against a vast army and upon her death bed she would still be smiling as if she was the Cheshire Cat. Such a conflict would only bring joy to her insanity as it would swarm through her like an infection. Seeing things in a different light she simply doesn't care about dying in the slightest. After all the beginning and the end of everyone's life is the same. But its the journey along the way that gives their life real meaning. This could lead to many situations down the road but with a gentle hand they could bring her back to reality. After all... everything that she's been through... she'll need it.
Last but not least the crown that hides her eyes from view is to never be touched by others. Should someone try and remove it she will go on a rampage. Not caring in the slightest about how bad she hurts the person who attempted to take it off. She isn't blind as she's able to see through the crown like object. Due to the physical control a samurai must display, you have a moderate resistance to Touch-based Genjutsu you physically come in contact with, and your tempered body allows you to wear thick armor that a ninja would otherwise be dragged to their knees by. Samurai suffer no drawbacks from wearing armor. Additionally, you start with the following four (4) techniques, rather than the six (6) most ninja do; Bushi Ken no Jutsu [ Samurai Sabre Technique, ] Shunshin no Jutsu [ Body Flicker Technique, ] Kai [ Release, ] and Kawarimi no Jutsu [ Substitution Technique. ]

While its not known what her position or affiliation with this country is, what is known is that she came to the shinobi nations to become stronger. So that one day she could go back to her country and finally end the war. A noble cause that she doesn't realize how grand it is. Jack, the former mizukage, was the one who took her in and aided her in her time of need. Going so far as to not only teach her how to speak their language but allowing her to join the village and become a shinobi. A debt she hopes that one day she can repay. However with her disappearance she found herself wandering the lands. Until she managed to end up in Sunagakure and be welcomed with open arms.
