We went and got ice cream at Bruster's with Aniu and Stag, then went to Borders (a book store that is closing, thus lots of sales, I got a cupcake pen that smells like cupcakes!), and then came home and hung out/played video games with Stag.

I got that cat today.
2 years old. Name is Chili.
She is a long-haired calico. Gorgeous.
I want to take pictures, but she's still in the hiding phase.
Wish I could speak cat and make her feel better. Ah well, she'll come around.

I am so ******** sick of these D/Cs. Just lost a bot game because I couldn't stay connected for more than five minutes at a time.
I can't even call Rogers and complain because our phone is borked.

My littlest brother is in the hospital this week because he is underweight. They are spending the first few days trying to get him to gain weight by eating like a lot and when that doesn't work they are going to do a surgery putting a feeding tube into his stomach. My brother is super unhappy about it.
Yeah, so this week is super suck-y. And the hospital is about 45 minutes away and we are driving out there at least once a day. Someone is staying with him every night. He wasn't entirely miserable today because they have a Wii with a ton of games and he played that all day. But he will probably get tired of it. But maybe eating a lot and doing nothing all day will make him gain a magic amount of weight before Wednesday.

I always hear that name...I feel like they've been closing forever. o_O' kinda like Art Van is always having a clearance sale. 'Sides, I've got no idea where the nearest borders is.

And they told us in the Spring that if he didn't gain weight, this would happen and he didn't gain enough. My mom feeds him constantly (like every two hours) but my grandma (who he spends like half the week with) doesn't. The few things he does like to eat our all fruits and vegetables, he doesn't like anything with carbs like potatoes or bread or pasta. He doesn't even like milkshakes, anything that would help him gain weight we have to make him eat.
He doesn't have any health problems, he is just underweight. He weighs 34 pounds and evidently the average weight for his age is between 37 and 70.
And he is really active, like he never sits still ever. Even when he plays his DS he is like running around in the yard. And everyone on his dad's side is super small and skinny. So his weight thing isn't really surprising.
Sorry for the text wall, I am just frustrated with the situation.
Thanks for caring Med. heart

Sometimes when I'm talking on IM or in game chats (or anywhere I feel pressured to type quickly), I leave out little words like 'the' and very seldom bother with punctuation.
Only today when a BR tried to speak to me in Portuguese did I realize that sometimes this makes me sound like a foreigner. xd

Thanks for caring Med. heart Well he sounds like a normal Kid! lol it's not easy to get kids to eat...Have you ever tried like Protein bars that make you gain weight? Specifically I'm thinking of Mean Girls, lol but I know they're out there! I would be too. Hospital visits are never fun things....I don't know how my sister manages to be a Nurse and still not be depressed all the time, lol! Well of course! heart That's what friends are for

This cat is so adorable. Nuzzlin' my hand and s**t, hoppin' into my pets and s**t. I can tell she's going to be a huuuuuuuge suck once she gets comfortable with me.

That's what happens when you charge a great deal for everything. What kind of idiot would pay $18 for a music CD anyway? While I am grateful that greedy company is now dying it's deserved death, I do feel bad for a lot of the people who will be out of a job.
