Free Healthcare, and they make you pay an arm and a leg for spaying? It costs 35 bucks here. It's a surgical procedure and it costs $35? I wouldn't trust anyone who offered to cut my cat open and remove her ovaries for $35. Oh what you can even adopt cats for $35 there? Here the fee is close to $300. O_o That's where they getcha then, huh? Canada seems all great with it's Igloos and Maple Syrup, then BAM. 700 DOLLARS FOR A PET.

There are still plenty of free kittens to be had simply because not everybody fixes their pets no matter what it costs. If the steep fees make people think twice about assuming responsibility for a living creature, I'm not gonna b***h about them. I have seen too many people get pets impulsively and then neglect to take care of them. (read: my roommate)

(read: my roommate) We got our first dog from a big breeder, and he was a pure-bred Jack Russel Terrier, who was in a 'famous family' (xD) His 'grandpa' was in a car commercial, and his dad was photographed a bunch in like the "Official Jack Russel Handbook" or something. And he was about 600 dollars. ._O But yeah, I see what you mean, Some people shouldn't have pets, and that does keep them from it.

O: I just thought of a new character for Fallout. I named him Vincent. Vicente, if you will.
He's always been smart, science-y, and stuff. A particular love of laser weapons. But when he got kidnapped by robots (Old World Blues), and they performed the various surgeries, a side effect of the surgeries is that he could SEE health bars, interface, like he was ... well, me.
I don't care if other people have broken fourth wall before, I do what I want.
