The approval process is somewhat new to me, so take this with a grain of salt. My guess is that durations can only be improved by one or two posts, with the latter requiring a drawback of some sort. I'm currently asking the other crew about converting Jutsu with durations into sustained techniques via PA, but haven't received word back yet.
It was suggested that Duration Manipulation may contain something that would be of interest to you, though it (along with the other alteration styles) is going to be tweaked in the near future.
Edit: You can get +1 duration or +2 with a drawback. It comes highly recommended that you look into the aforementioned Alteration Style for all your duration extending/shortening/??? needs.

Often she would become drunk and violently towards even going to far as to beat her on occasions where Lahlil had seemingly done nothing wrong. Thankfully this one torture was never meant to last as her mother ended up selling her daughter into slavery to a local crime lord. Despite her many abuses Lahlil was still deeply hurt by this betrayal and at the young age of three didn't understand why her mother abandoned her. From this point on Lahlil was treated even worse than a dog. At least her mother had the decency to fed her. Lahlil spent her days locked away in the dark of a cage only to be released when she was needed to clean, and only then was she able to scour the leftover trash for edibles. Of course the many beatings had taken their toll and eventually they pilled up until fate it seemed had decided that her suffering should not yet end and thrust upon her the last terrible punishment it could think to bestow on her. Lahlil's doujutsu, the sakkakugan awoke within her out her pure survival instincts. The constant torture from these crime lords along with the severe mental strain of her doujutsu awaking uncontrolled cause her mind to finally snap into a thousand pieces. From one of these pieces came Farrah, the fiercely strong and savage girl who managed to carry Lahlil through hell and back. Finally at the age of seven Lahlil was liberated from her prison by her villages shinobi and taken in where she became an orphan and was enrolled in the academy. After extensive help medical shinobi and frequent therapist visits Lahlil was able to regain her mind from Farrah, keeping her locked away in her subconsciousness though the damage had still been done leading into what she calls herself.

Nindo: "Haaah? What does this mean?" Personality: Tenshu is an energetic boy who is always looking to play or tease others. He'd never do anything to put an innocent in direct harm, but he finds tricking people to be incredibly fun. It's that constant need to move and play that led to his parents getting him dogs to spend time with, since they seemed to have the same traits. The only real difference between the boy and a dog on a mental level is that he can both speak and come up with complex blood-based Ninjutsu to either disrupt or take from enemies. At the same time, he's not incredibly intelligent by any means. In combat he tends to rely on others while learning from his mistakes, making him an excellent student but a terrible lone wolf, at least for the time being. The only times one could expect him to be serious are in a dreadful situation and when interacting with others of his bloodline. His is a noble, pure bloodline and his talent with its techniques gives him a certain reputation to uphold.

Tamer Attributes → 01 // 01 • Quadrupedal Shift: Tenshuyami's arms and his legs up to his hips (just above extremities are covered in black fur and closely resemble that of a canine, except for a few exceptions. Rather than taking the form of paws, his fingers and thumb remain spread apart and clawed. His feet and legs do closely resemble in the way the bone structure is different from that of the average human, with paw pads on the bottom as well. Naturally among the last necessities for bipedal movement are his large tail for support and the natural shifting of his spine when he gets on all fours. While in the stance, kicking-based taijutsu techniques are unable to be used, while his speed is increased moderately.
Personal Attributes: • Flow as one - Saiketsu bloodline techniques are considered Suiton Ninjutsu for purposes of damage calculation and reductions, applying the same strengths and weaknesses to its properties. All the same, Suiton Ninjutsu can be cast through blood rather than just water. • Exceptional Breed: Blood is regenerated twice as fast even by Saiketsu standards. It takes two C-ranked bloodline techniques to dehydrate a limb rather than one, while the dehydration rate is decreased to two posts rather than four. He doesn't even know his own date of birth, just that he was conceived around the start of Autumn due to some cryptic messages he found. Despite being a born member of the Saiketsu bloodline, he wasn't initially a member of the Ketsueki clan. To what he knows, he was basically left in a "baby on the doorstep" situation, though who left him there remains completely unknown. His beginnings are shrouded in a good amount of mystery and controversy, but he was assigned a family who took care of him at one of the clan estates within the land of waves. It was discovered early on that he was an energetic little runt, exploring pretty much as soon as he could walk, then taking things even further when he could run. They had the bright idea to get him a puppy, but it didn't take long before he even began to exhaust the dog. As time passed, the more boundless the boy seemed to be, and the more dogs he was showered with. It wasn't long before his "pack" was a common sight around the estate and its surrounding nature.
When he hit the prime age for his Saiketsu traits to begin appearing, he was put through a minor ritual that he has fresh memory of. His worth would be dependent on how much of a true blood prospect he was, considering his heritage remained unknown. He was told to hold out his hand and take a very tiny cut on the palm. A full blood Saiketsu would be able to fill the palm with their blood without question. To the shock of everyone, his blood went into overflow and began pouring onto the floor from his full hand...easily twice the amount that a normal Saiketsu would produce. Suddenly he went from a relatively controversial boy to being treated like a god. He was taught secret arts of blood-based Ninjutsu, given the guidelines to create something that only he could accomplish. While his power was still a droplet in the ocean that was his potential, he spent long nights studying blood works at both the behest of the clan elders and his own fascination. His penchant for chakra in of itself was revealed when his body began to take on the traits of his dogs, so he was eventually sent to the drought that was Sunagakure in order to further test and hone his power.

First off, that's a fantastic picture. Your PA's look fine, but the Tamer Attribute has too much; you should have either the foxlike features or the speed increase. Personally, I'd make the speed stance a custom Jutsu and keep the fox features.

Her parents were weary from peddling and just wanted to live in a safer place. Seeing no other alternative to chase her dreams of being a master smith, Hotaru enlisted herself in the village's ninja academy. She found it somewhat difficult in her time at the academy, but through hard work and determination she found herself on her way to graduation. Hotaru knew it was only going to get harder from here, but she'd press on through no matter the resistance.
Forwards in time a few months, Hotaru took a break from being a shinobi and stayed with her family as they traveled across the land in search of those to trade with. Her family would be settled in Konohagakure as a disaster would hit, however. Wanting to protect her family and the lives of others, Hotaru mobilized....

Few words which has been used when describing the shinobi Tatara. A quiet individual who prefers to allow action to speak louder than his words, for they paint a more vivid picture. Within presence of others he typically engages in small talk, finding it more appealing to watch and observe so that he may learn more about others before any affiliation. That said, he is mildly polite and well mannered.
His favorite pastime is often shared between two subjects, his partner Saphira and honing his skills. Relaxation for him is anything but lying about wasting hours on end, not when there's plenty to do. Ambitious to a fault and hungry for evolution, he is considered relentless in his pursuits of self-improvement.
The user is able to nurture, grow, and bond with a single animal, almost becoming an animal themselves with traits, characteristics, and natural weaponry. This single animal will be exactly the same at the user's level in chakra and stamina pool, and able to manipulate any two elements, and perform 3 activations a post (max of 2 offensive). The user gains an additional 10 Ninjutsu slots per rank, which may be split between them and their chosen animal as desired. The user also gains one [1] tamer attribute at each rank (must be submitted for approval).

The user is more determined to get fine details from his sensory techniques, but in order to get this type of clarity the user's range of the technique is reduced by half. The user is able to discover type of technique that is about to be active (fuuin, genjutsu, ninjutsu, custom jutsu, complex tai and buki), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank. Additionally, the user can gain similar information about any chakra source in their sensory technique's range, including what bloodline the person possesses, assuming the user has seen the bloodline before, and approximately how large their chakra pool is.

Description: An unique species of her kind, Saphira is a small winged serpent with a dull golden underbelly. Beautiful prismatic scales that are a deep teal color, varying between the blue and green spectrum based on the angle of the light that catches her scales though in areas which has filtered light or outright lacking light gives her body an overall dark tint. Small horns adorn her crown and small spiked ridges run along either side of her spine, a mouthful of small sharp teeth along with two venomous fangs. Her eyes are like pools of deep sapphire.
Personality: Young as she is, Saphira is a quiet serpent who prefers to observe to get a better read on her surroundings. She is cautious about strangers, and becomes protective over Tatara for his safety is her priority, whether he is willing or not. Despite this she is very prideful in her appearance and looks down upon what she deems as prey - smaller and weaker creatures and humans alike. She refuses to take orders from others, unless instructed so by Tatara or someone Tatara works for in which she makes an exception. First impression is important for her.

An otherwise beautiful woman whose discipline and responsibility downplayed most men she had come into contact with. A fateful night where caution was relinquished carelessly in a fit of influenced passion, brought Eto nine months of woe and sorrow, or so at least until her son was born.
By the age of seven Tatara had learned to be self-sufficient, learning how to cook and hunt on his own collecting fish and other sources of food to provide. Despite having the funding for a decent and enjoyable lifestyle his mother believed this would weaken their resolve, thus breed weakness. A little harsh some may say, though Tatara never found himself in a position to complain. He was surviving.
Creeping into his adolescent years, his mother had been stricken by a fatal illness and slipped from the realm of the living, leaving behind Tatara with nothing more than what she had earned during her lifetime and the skills he was given. The initial lack of supervision gifted the teenager a sense of freedom, throwing whatever caution he had into the wind albeit a short amount of time, as time went on so did the loneliness he bore. It wasn't until he was hunting when the painful hissing of an odd serpent caught his attention, causing the young male to investigate only to find the winged serpent injured before a predator.
Reacting through means unknown even to him, Tatara accidentally realized his own capabilities as he unleashed a flicker of black electricity, something that was more than enough to cause the predator to panic. Exhausted the serpent merely watched, her battered wings folded against her lithe form as Tatara brought her back home to tend to her injuries.
The recovery process hadn't taken long, but as seasons grew from one to the next so did their relationship. Saphira, as he called her, kept him occupied from the engulfing loneliness he had been coping with since the passing of his mother. He was grateful for her appearance, despite the nature of it. These feelings were reciprocated by the latter, as not only had Tatara saved her life but also tended to her more than even required of him. The two became closer than their own shadows.
Closing in on the waning teenage years, Tatara came to the decision to relocate to Kirigakure, the village which his mother hailed from. To evolve and progress, forge his own path so he may see a brighter future the young man yearned to see what more he was capable of becoming. Not particularly caring how bright or how dark the road may get, so long as he had Saphira by his side along with his wits.

Personality: Susano'o has an astonishing amount of energy that often times gets her into trouble. These very people will claim her to be full of spirit and energy. The best way to get her to do something is with bribery... honestly it is. She has a weakness of being able to be bribed with only the sweetest of foods. However be warned... if she doesn't like the sweet, the person attempting to bribe her will be on her s**t list. she loves to live on the edge and wants nothing but excitement and adventure in her life. Wanting nothing short of a thrilling life she has come to despise boredom. To the point where if you aren't as lively as she is she more than likely won't consider you a friend or even associate. Earlier in her life this has caused her to burn numerous bridges. Yet with her personality she didn't care as she would be fine by herself.
Her most notable trait, other than her energy, is her courage in the face of adversity. she will rise to any occasion, without wavering in the slightest, and face anything down that fate places before her. Going to the point of tempting face and compromising her own safety. While her hair trigger temperament makes her highly reactive in most situations. At times she can be irritable because she's used to doing things in a quick manner. Never settling for things going slow and smooth. she just wants to get things done and over with. As her personality leads her to be the best around some say she's even inspirational. In her own special way she does inspire the young ones. As she simply wants to be the best swordsman in history. This is also something that gets her into trouble as she doesn't care who she steps on to get to the top.
She works extremely well under adverse situations causing others to try and follow in her footsteps. Should anyone get close to her they'll see behind her daring and head strong persona. They'll see the warm and caring spirit that exists within her. These same people, although they will claim her to be arrogant and have an enormous ego, will notice her generous and loving nature. They will forever treasure her because of her ability to make up for her imperfections with her passion and excitement with everything she does. Going back to her courage in the face of adversity, whether it be to simply fight or protect what she cherishes, it prevents her from bowing to others stronger or of higher status than her. She will remain unfazed in the face of death, and danger is something that she is more than comfortable with confronting. With her leadership is brought up it's noted that she's trying to touch the stars already. Eagerly attempting to climb the ladder with her excellence and lack of patience. Whenever she is in charge she demands full loyalty from those that follow her. She will eagerly give back with her loyalty to them by helping those that follow her achieve their goals.
When responding to a threat or being cornered she will eagerly go to lash out against those who put her in that situation. She will strive to win under any circumstance as it only matters that she wins. she will not hide how she feels either. She will speak plainly and tell it how it is even if it hurts someone else's feelings. This doesn't bother her as she knows she is ruthless with her words, this is definitely not appreciated. Her drive for an exciting life and pursuing her goals brings out the callous part of her. Ready to crush anyone who dares to get in her way. She will gladly overtake any opponent without taking any prisoners. To put it plainly if you cross her at any point an time you will be on her radar. She will either put you in your place with a beating or give you an early grave.
When it comes to friendship others need not look any further as Susano'o is the truest of friends. That is if someone could stand her enough to get close to her... Regardless Susano'o is one of the most loyal individuals someone could ever meet. She is used to being judged by others as an arrogant p***k and often neglectful towards friends. Yet she will reveal her greatness at the darkest hour by demonstrating her faithfulness to those who need it. It will definitely be in her own inimitable manner, but her loyalty will shine through and never be questioned. For her enemies they will need to understand one thing and one thing only.... think again. Not only is she gifted with sheer determination, competitive nature, ferocity, and an overwhelming desire to succeed... but she will work restlessly to outshine others until her task is finished. She will make sure that all of her enemies are laying dead before her... even if they all charge her at once she will push through it all and slay every one of them.
Moving onto her insanity it should be noted that even with her short life she has been put through a lot. She often see's things that may or may not be there.Finding joy within conflict and overwhelming odds many will fear her as well as fear for her. Almost as if she can't comprehend the situation that she is within and simply has a death wish. Even if she were outnumbered against a vast army and upon her death bed she would still be giggling and laughing like the mad hatter. Such a conflict would only bring joy to her insanity as it would swarm through her like an infection. Seeing things in a different light she simply doesn't care about dying in the slightest. After all the beginning and the end of everyone's life is the same. But its the journey along the way that gives their life real meaning. This could lead to many situations down the road but with a gentle hand they could bring her back to reality. After all, she can't remember anything from her past. Only that something bad happened and she's been in Suna most of her life.

As it stood, she was expected to take on her father's traits: headstrong to a fault, cavalier attitude brighter than the stars in the sky with a smile to match, and a wrathful mean streak towards those who find themselves his opposite. To say she was her father's daughter would be almost a low ball. She is nigh on his twin. Large, in charge, and strong enough to out haul a barge through sheer willpower, it's no surprise she went into ninja training as soon as she was able to do so. And boy did she ever shine, just like all of her classmates.
Kay, as she more often is called, was never concerned with how her classmates saw her. She was a small girl, but as was the style of the Yuki in Kiri. She both was and still is a loud ********, but you either get with it or hate her; she simply didn't care. There was something magnetic about the youth. She sought to grow, to elevate herself and those around her. By graduation, even those who struggled found themselves going for headbands largely due to the almost nagging student always pushing, always willing to tutor, always willing to beat a** and get her a** beat to aid. Now, her tale begins on the day she was to go and get her headband.

'Training' for Legendary takes 10 posts of crafting work, provides an additional 1 post off of crafting times, and gives a Grandmaster NPC (of the same area) for usage. In addition, any item solo crafted (without an npc helper) is non-reproducible by non-Legendary titled smiths. Second Class: Worker Specialization ____Balanced Master → This discipline mimics one of the user's other class's non-chosen disciplines. (i.e. non-Worker Class) The Double Specialization perk for said class is not available for gaining. In addition, any jutsu learned can be paid for with either chakra, stamina, or a mix of the two. Any further chakra types are also subject to this. Recovery amounts for chakra and stamina are doubled while working, and working counts as relaxing. ____Lifetime Disciple → This discipline is for those wishing to gain from a lifetime master, never to be one themselves until their master is deceased. Gaining knowledge from over the course of their studies, the disciple will receive twice the benefits from each of their master's smithing trees (up to their completed titles), while in the living presence of them. After their master's death, they will successfully pass on a permanent, one-quarter of the benefit to their own Lifetime Disciple, if any. (round up to the nearest applicable number, as designated in the smithing thread)

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Hailing from Takumi, Hotaru started later than most would since she moved to Sunagakure with her family when they had decided to settle down somewhere else. Her parents were weary from peddling and just wanted to live in a safer place. Seeing no other alternative to chase her dreams of being a master smith, Hotaru enlisted herself in the village's ninja academy. She found it somewhat difficult in her time at the academy, but through hard work and determination she found herself on her way to graduation. Hotaru knew it was only going to get harder from here, but she'd press on through no matter the resistance.
Forwards in time a few months, Hotaru took a break from being a shinobi and stayed with her family as they traveled across the land in search of those to trade with. Her family would be settled in Konohagakure as a disaster would hit, however. Wanting to protect her family and the lives of others, Hotaru mobilized....
Notes: • The first two PAs are my starting PAs (Mission Expert and Not Just A Worker). All the others are either PAs r other bonuses from events. The Santa's Library is obviously from christmas, and the Regular Thrusday from Thanksgiving. Omni is from a random chance game during a festival, and the custom jutsu slot is from the announcement rewards. • Fixed status, at one point she was C rank, downgraded her from that. • Fixed Locked Formless, • Removed 2 marbles. I don't remember where I had gotten them, and I don't really feel like searching. • AC increased by 200, because I had forgotten to add a few bonuses from the announcement. D ranked missions from before are not factored in, just the announcement.

• Mission -5 to -8 Posts (See Mission Expert PA) - Mission Expert PA is -1 to -4, not -5 to -8. Yes you have -2 in two other PAs, but do not list them solely under one PA as it could cause confusion.
Your chakra and stamina are meant to be 200 due to event PA.
You start with 8 Custom Jutsu + 1 from a PA you have.
Bloodline Techniques do NOT count to Ninjutsu slots, but to Bloodline slots (Same base number as Ninjutsu slots.)
Without completed jobs/crafting missions listed, you start as apprentice, not journeyman in crafting trees.
