While waiting for Rhys, Rachel felt her phone ringing in her pocket. Looking at the coller ID she answered rather quickly, always nervous when Lynn called her cell phone. "Yes?" She asked, her voice seeming nonchalant. While waiting for Lynn to answer quickly, Rachel started pacing the waiting room wishing Rhys would hurry up.

Calista sat in silence. For the past few minutes, ever sense Edward finished his little speech, she was contemplating what to do. The offer was tempting to put it lightly, but there was no way she could accept. No way, and she knew it. If the thought of her leaving the mafia to join a rival gang reached Mathue's ears, she would be dead.
Her eyes were glazed lightly in thought, and her right temple throbbed. There was just too much stress on her right now. It felt as though her head was going to explode even with the pain killers Edward gave her.
Edward on the other hand was completely calm. Hands folded in front of his chest, still leaning against the pew, he watched Calista's expression for any change. The smile that usually graced his face was replaced by a calm, curious look. While he wasn't sure if she would join 3Crosses, he was almost certain that it was tempting. If she wanted time to go home and think about it she could. Kinsrith gave him permission to drive her home even. The only catch was that he would have to stay and watch her from the shadows until they recieved her response.
Looking to the hallway he narrowed his eyes. Now would be a good time for Zizaa to bring in Calista's shoulder bag with all of her belongings intact. A good way to win a persons trust, however, the other girl didn't seem to keen on Calista being here. Shrugging it off he let his smile creep back into his eyes. Must be a rival hacker thing.
Breaking out of her trance-like thinking process Calista looked up at Edward out of the corner of her eye. Her mind kept drifting back to the fax she sent to the twins, and wither they recieved it or not. Praying they did, she searched her mind for a way out that didn't have her ending up dead. That would definatly not be the best ending to an already bad night.

Zizaa sat back in the chair and sighed. whew. done at last. She stretched and her foot came in contact with something, knocking it over. Surprised,Zizaa looked down to see what it was.Great....Zizaa thought when she realized she'd knocked Calista's shoulder bag over on it's side, causing some of the contents to spill out. She knocked the chair out of the way and began carefully putting everything back in the way it was before. noticing the rather impressive laptop, Zizaa suddenly had a strange feeling. Something wasn't right here...of course, Zizaa didn't know where Calista worked, but something about that laptop really bugged her. Quickly, Zizaa brought herself back into the chair and started typing away to try to find out a bit more on Calista.okay..so far, the only things that she had found out was that Calista's parents were rich and that she owned an apartment building and a few other non-personal things. Although, the more she searched, the more strong that feeling got. ok, that rules out what a normal person would be able to find....this was definitly going to put her skills to the test. still nothing personal... Zizaa's eyes narrowed. This definitly wasn't right...sure, she had been told that Calista was a really good hacker, but why would she have earsed all the things linked to her personally.....her brow furrowed as she fell into deep thought. Zizaa sighed. This was going to keep bugging her untill she found out everything she wanted to know. She knew one thing though- Calista couldn't leave under any circumstances untill she knew everything for certain and when she found why nothing personal was available on the internet.

Braden walks into the waiting room. He smiles a little seeing Rachel. As he walks past her towards his office he stops.
"You're a handful miss, but I can see why he," He pauses for a second. Loves you is what he was going to say, but why make things harder for the kid when he wants Rhys to help him. "trusts you."
Braden trashes the now empty paper coffee cup and enters his office; the door still opened a crack.

Rachel put her cell phone away and walked over to Bradens office, hesitating for only a second before she opened the door. "What do you mean I am a handfull and how do you even know who I am?" She demanded of him. She was leaning on the door frame and looked quite content, obvious she was not going to leave untill she got an answer. Having completely forgotten about Rhys at that moment.

"I don't answer any questions asked by criminals or people associated with them." He says to her, his eyes never leaving the files he is reading over. He knows his boss is watching him closer lately, and his office isn't a safe place to talk freely so he has to be careful with what he says. "You won't get any answers you want here, no matter how much you ask. So you might as well do something abnormal for you and let it go for now." He then acts like she has left, ignoring anything else she might say.
Rhys walks into the waiting room. He looks around but at first glace did see any familiar faces. But with the second scan he notices Rachel who is looking into an office, whom is she talking to and why? He walks up to see the name Detective Osteler on the doorframe. Why was she talking to him?

Rachel who was scowling at Braden finally turned around to stand in the waiting room once more, collided with Rhys. "Hey watch it!" She yelled then recognised him. "It's about time." she muttered after a moment and looked off in another direction. "Come on lets get out of here..." In all her talking she had left no room for Rhys to reply, now nervous from what Braden had said. Jingling her keys in her hands with out realising it she finally looked at Rhys. "Are you ready to go?" She asked, trying to be patient, and hiding the fact that she was in a rush.

Rachel followed after Rhys and quickly caught up to him. "What is your problem?!" She half yelled, "You are injured incase you have forgotten! And what was that all about?" She was calmer now that she was out of the building. "Why are you being so strange?!" Though the second she asked, she thought she knew. That had to have looked bad, her talking to Braden. She did not let on she guessed this however. After all what did she care if Rhys was mad... she was no longer sure.

"I'm not being strange." He starts to feel a little dizzy but ignores it. "I just want to get home and you looked busy." If she was helping Braden, he didn't like the idea, but it was her choice. It wasn't like she was important to Rhys; all his plans would still work.
"You go back, finish what you were doing. I need to go check on something before I go home." He wants to make sure his mother's grave was still okay. He begins walking again, ignoring his physical state for the moment.

"What I was doing was waiting for you." She walked over and beside him. "That man in the room I was looking in.. do you know him?" She stopped and started thinking. Was Rhys a traitor? If so she definantly wanted to be on his side, anything to get out of Mathues clutches. "Never mind." She finally said and headed back towards her car and just sat in the drivers seat thinking for a moment, also wondering if Rhys would come to his senses and let her drive him home.

"Do I know him? Why did she ask that?" Rhys thought but then his mind stops, all he could focus on is the very thing he was trying to ignore. He felt blood falling down his stomach. The stitches must have loosened too much. He can't think straight do to losing blood again and lack of sleep. He tries to focus on something else. All that comes to mind though is his mother's grave. He begins walking but after about three blocks he feels like he is going to fall. He places one hand on the side of the nearest building while holding his head with the other.

Christy smiled at Theonin. She was quiet on the way home, ignoring Theonin's attempts at conversation. When they got to the house, Christy told him where the guest room was. "I need to go find Monty." she said, walking up the stairs to Monty's room. She wasn't in there. She walked to her own room. She turned on a light. Nothing. Well, there's one last place, but she hasn't... Christy walked into Joyce's room. Well, That's strange. She thought, seeing Monty lying on Joyce's bed with her, asleep. Christy walked over to the bed, and shook Monty. "Monty," she said, "Monty, wake up. Theonin has a kid. I dunno, I just,..." Christy felt much better now. It wasn't like she didn't like Theonin's daughter, but she couldn't take care of herself, let alone a child, or anyone else for that matter.

Zizaa was taking too long for Edward's liking. Glancing to the door once again, he finally stood and began to walk towards it. Calling over his shoulder to a startled Calista, he couldn't keep the irritated edge off his voice. "I'll be right back with your bag. If you need time to decide on your answer, I will bring you home." With that said, he entered the other room to confront Zizaa. His eyes opened wide at the sight of her typing away, while Calista's bag lay open on the floor by her feet. Stepping forward, he picked the bag up carefully, and closed it. Glaring at Zizaa, the smile gone from his eyes, he spoke in a hushed whisper. "What do you think your doing?"
Calista could only stare in shock as Edward upbruptly left. She sat motionless for a few minutes, before realizing that she was alone. Pulling the neck of her sweater down low enough to see her bandages, she winced at the sight of drying blood. Her wound had opened when she was knocked out. Yanking the sweater back into place and leaning back with a sigh, she closed her eyes, waiting for Edward to come back.

After sitting in her car for some time, Rachel finally decided to drive home. Once in her apartment she noticed that everyone was gone. Walking back out outside she noticed how light it was, morning had come and gone and she hadn't even realised it. Getting worried Rachel finally decided to call Rhys.
