This tree had something on it! A sign! His tail wagged hopefully. Something at last maybe? He slapped his forehead when he saw it. Useless!
"Signs! Signs that don't mean anything!" He threw his hands into the air and stalked off. It was interesting... but he was starting to get lonely and grouchy. Weren't there other people in this game?

Muttering to himself, he almost bypassed a tree that was sobbing. He looked over at it and sighed. Maybe this one would be different and actually have something to do? It looked broken and somewhat old to him.

"I'm so very sad", says the broken tree. "So, so very sad indeed. I left my glasses around here and now I can't find them. Can you help me out?"

"Sure." He said, glad to have something to do that wasn't look at trees.

Zar did not question his dreams. He was still unused to having them, and they tended to be far more dull than this and far more black and white. He wasn't even sure he'd been in bed before he found himself in this offensively colourful land, falling down holes and being presented with choices he wasn't sure he understood. He chose things simply out of passive anxiety of what would happen if he did not, and when he found himself set free, with a name and a strange new outfit on what was a bizzare dream world he did the very first thing he always did when he found himself in dreams, or places above his station.

He looked around for Barth.

Head held high from her obvious triumph, Mimsy missed the unsettled tree until she was nearly upon it. She stumbled backwards and held her hands up, hoping to avoid a confrontation. There were too many offended trees thanks to her today, and she would be just fine if she did not add another to that list.

The tree defensively crossed its arms, and its leaves seemed to rattle with contained anger.

"I don't think so, the last people who were here were terribly mean about it," the tree snapped. "Terribly, terribly mean, and it just won't do anymore. If you come any closer I will have to resort to violence. I mean it! Don't come any closer!"

Ah, this was a tree that she could sympathize with. Partially.

How frustrating it must be to be a tree, she thought, rooted into place in a forest filled with other trees, as forests were. The days that she hid away from the majority of the world were frequent at times, but she managed. If she had to endure instead of going somewhere safe and quiet...she stiffened at the thought.

"Perfectly understandable. Good bye." It was more than she needed to say, really, but it couldn't hurt to mind her manners.

The look of pride settled onto her face again as she went on her way.

Shu never has such an interesting dream before, it's so dreamy and like a merry reverie. If she would describe it with one word, it definitely was wonderland. What followed was like watching a fast forward movie, she explored the beautiful envirnoment, jumped into a small hole and drank a thing. The dream then went black until a ALICE AI appeared and welcomed her to the game.

A game in a dream? Shu, now Waiting2Bloom didn't think she would be that creative. Furthering attention gave her the answer. Without thinking, the girl picked white rabbit as her job class simply because it looked cute and had a pair of lovely round glasses. She did play some MMORPG games before, so although this sounded weird, she adapted to it fast. The rabbit girl checked her avatar and discovered that she was a bit different from her normal look. Well, it's a dream, anytime can happen. She turned around with the apron like laced ruffled dress floating in mid-air, like a little princess happily.

"Am I set now?" The rabbit girl asked eagerly, hopping a little like a real bunny. The Alice AI moved aside, smiled and reached out her hand without saying anything. The black screen that they were staying faded out, revealing a colorful world with dreamy color, it seemed that her journey just started. She looked at the world with amazed expressed, when she looked back, the AI was no longer there. She made her first step out.

Everything looked so - um- dreamy and colorful, she turned around and around, squatted down to check the weird flowers, jumped up to peek a glowing nest on a tree. So excited, so many things to see. Waiting2Bloom moved from one tree to another, until she accidentally kicked something.

"I am the wayfinder.........I supposed this is an official welcome to Tulgey Woods..." She listened to the talkign sign with a "OuO" face and nodded when she was given a task.

"Wait for me, I will be right back~"

She had a feeling she would enjoy this fun game.

And somehow he managed to circle around to yet another long, slender tree.

6: You reach a long, slender tree and it looks quite ordinary. "Hello," says the long slender tree. "I have a small question. I have two friends, Dilly, Milly, and Nilly. Nilly is taller than Dilly, but shorter than me. Dilly is shorter than Milly but taller than me. How tall am I?"

If you answer as truthfully as you can the tree says "No, why, I do not think that's the answer at all. You are very wrong."

If you tell them you do not know the tree gloats. "Why, I didn't think you would. It proves I am the better tree." But you are not a tree at all!

He considered the...thing, for lack of a better word...a moment, taking another long, searching look around him. Was it maybe their breeding ground around here? Was breeding even a "tree" thing to do? He pondered on the thought a moment just as the tree finished asking its riddle, the third repetition of the first one he'd heard since his arrival in this forest.

"Bloody forest..." he muttered again, eyes downcast at his gray shoes. And he took that moment to realize exactly how monochrome he really was, especially in comparison to the splendid flora that seemed to all around him that very moment. Not that he'd care to notice again after the thought occurred. Another sigh. He was getting nowhere pretty fast...

The tree didn't seem at all happy that he'd chosen to ignore it, and as he walked away he listened with a visible grimace as it repeated the same riddle for him a second time, except this time its voice was a considerable few pitches higher than it had been earlier.

Huh.

Deposited neatly into an un-neat place, Taym--his name, and he remembered it this time, so he hung onto it desperately--attempted, not to get his bearings, but to determine whether getting his bearings was possible. He decided it was not.

He assessed the situation, calmly: the trees were creepy as hell, the place was crowded, nothing made even a modicum of sense, he had no idea if he could die or if this was like the grey-place in the Tear, where dying was merely an extremely unpleasant temporary inconvenience. Cons. Pros: he was intimately acquainted with the source material this time, and he looked and felt much better than he had in a long time, and Fiona, to his unspeakable relief, was there. Sort of.

So this was a dream, or he'd drunk some forbidden tea snuck into the cafeteria by the Life labs (tea: appropriate), or he'd fallen into a strange gap in reality again, or... something. Maybe he'd forget all this later.

A exclamation point hung over a nearby sign in the same way that internet handles hung over everyone else's heads, and without really knowing why, he found himself drawn to it.

He'd realized that this was best, in these situations: just play along. There wasn't really any other option.

Curiouser and curiouser.

B0ss, still occasionally whipping off his newly obtained fragment, came to yet another willow tree. "Ugh... Not again..." He muttered and just walked off before it could start hitting him. "What is wrong with you willows? Regardless, 'twas my last tree." He said as he walked away plainly.
