(( Well see its not a matter of mental capabilities. What happens is the the metal lines cross into an opening in the body of said person and finds its way to the brain and attaches it to the center brain peice and begins searching the brain for knowledge. When found it copies and drains the data. If he wishes he could also delete said memory.

((Xaith- Its cool. Nafarian used to work for the military to gain intellegence, and destroy intellegence. Pretty cool huh? For a while he worked on his own deleting memories for people that didn't want them anymore. Made him a hefty deal of money. I love making a fictional history.
