Rukai is the illegitimate son of Takahiro Hiraite. He never did have the chance to meet him or his mother as a matter of fact. His existence was shame to the Iron Throne which already had enough of it's fair share of drama. The boy could not and would not exist. He didn't know about this. All he had for proof of his lineage was a sword. The sword was so heavy he only managed to swing it when he became a grown man. Rukai was sent to live in hiding with servants looking after him. These servants were assassins meant to kill him if he would ever escape or someone attempted to kidnap him. They even marked his body with death seals in order to assure this. He was only alive, because Lord Takahiro Hiraite was a merciful man. For 5 years they watched over the growing boy. The two assassins slowly began developing feelings towards the boy. They taught him basic things in terms of fighting. The boy wasn't very bright when it came to ninjutsu, but wasn't completely inept and genjutsu was way too complex of a concept to teach someone his age. Bukijutsu was his weakest area and they could tell that no matter how hard he trained he would never be able to fight decently with a sword. During the fifth year he was with them they came under attack by an unknown group. Protocol was to try and defend, but never sacrifice their lives for the boy. If it came to it they would active the seals, kill him and leave. Yet they couldn't bring themselves to do it. They told the boy to hide and they would come back for him. They never came back, but someone did. Under the floor boards the boy waited until a man wearing all black, gask mask and shrouded pulled up the boards to reveal the infant. Rukai remembers the words he heard back then. "Howdy, partner. You better be worth the hassle." He spoke before pulling the boy up by the throat.
Slave Years--
Rukai didn't know where he was going back then. If he did maybe he would've asked the care takers to have actually killed him instead of sparring his life. "You're gonna work harder than you have ever worked in your miserable life." The man who had kidnapped him spoke before spitting. The boy was in a wagon with several other people. Children and adults cuffed together all future slaves. One of them would keep on rambling desperately. Rukai remembers this, because it was the first time he'd seen someone die in front of him. It wouldn't be the last by a long s**t. The man annoyed the kidnapper so much that he stopped the wagon, hopped off, pulled the rambler down by the throat and slowly strangled him. Once he was done the man said "Can ya'll hear it? Sweet sound of silence. Shew!" This man, Rukai would later find out, was named Earl. His new caretaker.
Their destination was the Bear Country on the border of the Earth country. Once their the boy and those with him were thrown into the mines. Their was no sympathy for the boy's young age either. He had the option to either work or die and he watched many die. It was practically impossible for the boy to survive just by his own will and he didn't. He had the aid of those around him in the beginning. He was the youngest of the slaves. The only reason he was there was the fact that Earl almost died when he found the boy. Rukai always wondered how someone like Earl had taken down his caretakers who were trained assassins. They obviously didn't abandon him since he would always remind the boy of how much of a hassle it had been to grab him.
The boy grew with those around him as the mining system also grew. The boy through hardship developed a very strong and resilient body. As for training he had completely neglected it due to the fact that he never had the time nor energy. The watchers themselves killed anyone they found attempting anything with jutsu at the end. One day a new wave of slaves arrived. Among the slaves was a girl. She would be the domino that would begin the chain of events in the boy's life. The minute he laid his eyes on her he was completely in love. Her body was covered in the most beautiful markings. From head to toe. When she was taken off the wagon she looked at him with fierce eyes that he knew would lead to trouble. No one ever managed to escape. The watchers made sure of it. Earl took great pleasure in hunting those who tried down and the show he made out of it when he finally caught them still haunts Rukai. He immediately approached the girl to warn her about running away. She spat at his feet. Called him a coward and walked away. He knew he couldn't just let her go through with it. He kept his eye on her and tracked her movements.
Rukai was right. She tried escaping at night like most did. Shrouded and 'tipping' a guard off. Women tipped them with sex and men with what ever they thought would be valuable. You never did see men trying to escape a whole lot. Either way it was a scam and Rukai was annoyed by the fact that no one had warned her about it. It was a common bait the watchers threw. Some times the guards would even offer help in escaping for something. By that time the boy was a well known slave. He had been essentially raised by all of them and had become a sort of leader to them. He would take care of those becoming elderly and make sure everyone was ok. They were the only people he had in the world. When ever one tried to run away they never talked to him about it. They knew he would talk them out of it. You see Rukai had become so used to the mines and the life of slavery that he honestly did not mind living there. His body was built like the stone he picked at all day. The only time he felt truly at odds with his situation was when one of them died. But he had developed this notion in his mind that it was just a part of life. People worked and they died. He could feel sad, but that was it. Now he was going after someone he barely knew in order to keep her alive. He asked himself what was he doing repeatedly and he could only think of her face. Being mangled by Earl.
He ran after her in the woods. He kept shouting for her to stop before the watchers found out. Eventually he would catch up to her and tackle her to the ground. He pleaded for her to stop and that she was running into a trap. Then like some outer force was observing the boy felt his energy disappear. "What?" He asked before falling on his back. The girl spat on him and cleaned herself off. She would begin walking away from him. With little energy he had left he raised his arm to grab her leg. "Please. They are waiting for you...They..." And just like that he passed out.
When woke up the girl was sitting beside him. They weren't in the forest anymore. It looked like a tent. He then remembered the girl had made herself a make shift tent from twigs, branches and leaves. Rubbing his eyes the boy tried remembering what had happened. Had she come back? Were the found? This thought process was interrupted by the sound of crying. She was crying. The fierce girl who spat on him. She wanted to leave. She missed her family. Her people. She told Rukai her story. How she was from the Tea Country. They had taken her while she had run away. That confused Rukai. She ran away yet she wanted to go back. This confused him, but then she asked him if he didn't have any family to go back to. To which he happily replied by lifting his arms. They were his family. She asked him if the watchers were his family and he became more grim.
Rukai decided to avoid the girl. She was making him think of things that made no sense. It was bad yes, but there were good things! Her words kept buzzing in his mind and every time they were louder. He kept thinking about the people he had lost over the years due to the watchers. Why did they all want to run away while Rukai didn't? They all had different stories that he never could relate to. He just thought they had to get used to things and most did! The boy decided to go talk to the elder the oldest of the slaves. He never worked anymore, but the watchers kept him alive to keep tabs and do other menial things. Rukai also swore to take his shift in the mines to compensate. He asked the elder about the world. Was it worth fighting for? Was it worth fleeing? Was it worth dying for? The old man eyed the boy with a look of curiosity for the first time in the 10 years he had spent there. Usually all the boy talked about was mining or helping the othyer slaves. He asked if the questions were because of the new girl. Rukai didn't know how to respond and the old man laughed out loud. Coughing would ensue. Then the following words would change Rukai's life forever.
"This place is hell boy. You've made it comfortable for us so far, but this is not life. Go with her. Let her show you the wonders. Leave this place. You have grown into a fine man from the boy who came here still wetting his pants. Do not look back. Do not hesitate and do not expect mercy. The world outside is beautiful, but it is merciless as well."
Rukai didn't know what to do. The elder was the wisest man he had ever known. While he was thinking about his future the boy would hear commotion coming from somewhere not too distant. One of the watchers was whipping one of the slaves again. This was normal and Rukai was already thinking about getting the necessary herbs to help the slave deal with the pain until he saw who was getting whipped. The tattooed girl. Rukai moved, but at the same time didn't. It was like he wasn't in control anymore. He grabbed the whip with his right arm before it could hit the girl again. His body already dull to pain from years of abuse. His fist flew into the watchers face without his command as well. He was possessed. What ensued next was absolute chaos. It wasn't as if people had never rebelled before against the watchers. It wasn't like they were all passive to their situation. Their had been events before, but this was different. This was Rukai. Grabbing the whip in his hand. He would announce the next words without understanding them himself.
"ARE WE MERE SLAVES? ARE WE ONLY MEANT TO WORK UNTIL WE ROOOT? WELL I SAY THIS! I WILL NO LONGER WORK UNTIL I DIE. I WILL FIGHT AND GOD HELP THOSE WHO TRY TO KILL ME!"
His voice inspired them and his voice killed them.
Rukai remembers running with the girl. Her name was Kokoro. They were panting from exhaustion. Behind them was the mad laughter of Earl. "I'M GON GET YA!" He shouted in his maniacal tone. They couldn't take it anymore they had to stop. It was do or die. The girl apparently had a plan in mind, but wouldn't divulge it. When Earl showed up he was covered in blood. That mad look in his eyes never faded after the years. "I'm gonna make sweet love to you both for what you did. YOU RUINED EVERYTHING! WHAT DID YOU THINK? HUH?! RUKAI YOU LET THIS LITTLE b***h MAKE YOU THINK YOU'RE A REAL MAN?! I MADE YOU BOI! I MADE YOU!" Rukai grit his teeth at the words. He knew he couldn't take on Earl. He was too powerful. Then out of nowhere in his moment of cowardliness he saw Kokoro dash towards him. She grabbed the man and used what ever power she had to make him weaker. His power was so much, however that he still had enough to send his elbow down repeatedly on her face. "LET GO YOU ******** b***h!" Rukai stepped in. Just like all those years ago his hands found Earl's neck. Kokoro backed away now from him. In that moment when his eyes met with Earls, Rukai remembered all the people he had known over the years. All the people that were now dead. "You couldn't let them free?" He asked Earl while his grip around the man's neck tightened. "IT'S OVER!" He shouted as the man's lifeless body fell over. The sword he had on his hip belonged to Rukai. The boy would be taking it as it was the only remnant from his past.
Kokoro Years--
Rukai wandered around the lands in the divide between the land of wind and earth with Kokoro for almost another decade. Doing odd jobs here and there and just trying their best to survive. Eventually they made it to the land of fire and found a small village for themselves. By then Kokoro had taught the boy who was now a man about her clan's tattoos and since it was just the two of them now in the world she trusted him with her life. She marked him and taught him the way of the Tea Clan. The two had kids together a boy and a girl. Then one day they were gone. He was out hunting and only heard the screams before dashing back. Kokoro who normally would have been able to fend off any attack up close had an arrow in her forehead. The kids were all cut up and thrown around the house like rag dolls. He just sat there for a while after the raiders had left. Nothing left in his life. No mines. No Kokoro. No children. No enemies to slay. Looking at his sword he focused on the insignia that was carved into it.
Present Time--
He wanders with a group of wanderers like himself. Trying to forget his past and forge a new one.

Because of this exceptional skill, they were tasked with the clans much darker dealings behind the scenes. Torture, enslavement, murder, his clan had their hand in it all. From sealing great beasts to utilizing their nature manipulation, his clan would stop at nothing to attain great power. As his father before him, he would be in line to lead this detestable group of individuals one day. Because of this, he was forced to participate in all manner of foul acts as a child. Seeing his father capture enemy shinobi and torture them for information, never sat well with him. "This is the way of the world" he had always though, being an obedient son. As Houou advanced in age, he would begin to think independently no question the dealings of his family, but never outside of his thoughts. However his indifference revealed itself through his actions. He would always sneak the prisoners extra food and and even talk to many of them, attempting to take their minds off the current situation. He knew they were enemies and in different circumstances, some would torture and kill him without hesitation. This did not stop Houou from assisting when he could. He had many questions, such as, why are we constantly waging secret wars? What did we have to hide our nefarious dealings, from even our own clansmen and villagers? What was the end goal? These questions drive Houou mad, as he would never have the audacity to to ask his father or the elders. Instead he would only help when he could, hoping that one day he could change the way they operated behind closed doors. It was until three months ago, that Houou had begun to receive training for his inevitable position as head of Black Seed(dark senju sect), when suddenly his heart was unintentionally put to the test. His father thought it would be an easy job for his hardened young son. Houou was tasked with retrieving information from a prisoner that could lead them to a hideout of long sought after refugees and tax evaders. Apparently the prisoner was abandoned by their comrades, after being caught smuggling supplies to their camp, and refused to speak. Houou knew his position and would do the job, putting his personal feelings aside. That is until he laid eyes on the prisoner. She was a young girl, probably 12 years of age. She was filthy and looked as though she hadn't eaten in days. This was typically how the tortures would start, starvation and lack of basic human needs. His father would leave him to his business with a reassured pat on the shoulder, as he had other matters to attend to. Immediately as the doors closed, Houou rushed over to the young girls and untied her bindings. Her people weren't even shinobi, so why would his father take these lengths just to catch tax evaders. He had but only one steamed rice bun with him but she gratefully accepted. As she washed the bun down with with water, she told him her tale. She wasn't abandoned, she was merely foraging for food during a pit stop, when the shinobi showed up. She was far enough from the group that they weren't compromised but she could not give up her people, who were only trying to live in peace. Something was triggered inside Houou. A once familiar discomfort was now replaced with rage. How could his family sleep a night while doing deeds such as this? Without hesitation he tabbed the young girl and escorted her out of the facility through the old abandon section. Vowing to return her to her family, Houou was willing to accept the consequences of his treacherous acts. Sadly they had not made it far before his own clan tracked them down. As Houou held his ground against the two pursuers, he instructed the girl to keep running and he would catch up. Handling these 2 shinobi was no easy task but Houou was consumed by rage and determination however, Houou didn't know that there as a second team. As he heard he screams, he abandoned his fight to rush to her aid. But he was too late, the young girl had fallen off the side of a very steep cliff and broken her neck. Left with nothing but sadness and anger. He turned on his clan 4 members who sat idly by. He forced them to defend themselves with his relentless attacks, but he was outmatched. As he was about to run himself into the grave, two mysterious men had appeared to help him. Making short work of the four Senju, the two men bid Houou farewell. He had different plans, As he cut them off and bowed at their feet requesting to join the powerful wonderers. Houou knew he could return home, but things would never return to how they once were. He would now travel as a rogue ninja and member of Shishin, hoping to cure his weakness and inability to save the life of a single girl. His goal is to create a safe haven free of corruption, while executing anyone he deems "unfit" for leadership.

Nindo: "There is an Order in Nature that I must uphold." Personality: At first glance, she seems to be the strong, silent type. She focuses on her training, on her duties to her family/friends/village, and on maintaining a work-life balance. She believes in keeping order, that there's a natural law in the world that must be followed for everything to be in 'balance'. Order, Nature, and Balance are giant concepts that she fully believes in, and she is surprisingly idealistic for someone so grounded all the time. She is in-the-air about spirituality in the sense of Higher Beings, though she also believes in a mind-body-soul balance. She has a logical approach to most problems, tending to categorize and compartmentalize people and issues to be more efficient, which makes her seem cold or assuming to some. She is also very big-picture over detail-oriented, so more often than not she comes off as apathetic.
If you can get past that, she is a great friend. She's loyal to her buddies and generally gives great advice if you sweat the small stuff. She is very supportive and encourages her peers to pursue their dreams so long as it doesn't break the mold or stand out from typical career/life paths. She doesn't know how to process people that want to be different or try to break the rules, and it confuses her greatly. She was found just outside of Takumi, still dragging herself away from the scene of the battle. Because of that stubbornness, she was taken in by an elderly medic and treated. She took it upon herself to study the ninja arts in order to protect the medic who took her in. It was quickly seen that she lacked a lot of coordination and had no natural skill, and must not have put up much of a fight in the wild. She trained harder in order to make up for her natural weaknesses, eventually discovering her possession of all five natures. Once she was strong enough to actually learn real techniques, however, the elder that took her in suffered a heart attack. Now, Artemis has to carry around the weight of that sorrow and her own setback as an amnesiac, all in a pursuit to find her place in the world.

Nindo: "Beauty and Harmony. Governed by one eternal law, all that begins must end." Personality:Tsukina is rather rare for an Uchiha in that she follows the tenants of Bushido to the letter. She believes that every uchiha that fell from the path of honor, did so because their power corrupted them and they were not worthy of it. Despite being of a comfortable family with moderate amounts of money she still keeps herself humble. Devoting herself to practicality and honor she took up the sword while maintaining the mental pursuits of a scholar. Accordingly she is incredibly intelligent and, at times, views the world as a sho board. This mental clarity earned her top marks on her tests in the academy and already formed a reputation for being a promising strategist. The old Tsuki is gone. Months on the road surviving alone and fighting daily for survival she has grown far harder and colder then she had ever figured possible. With the death of her ideals of being able to save everyone, betrayed by herself, to herself, she now fights for no reason other then to remain living. Almost taking a bit of pride in her clearly attractive appearance. While she has the face of a fair, young girl, that does nothing to hide her brutal nature. She is filled with pure rage at those who claim to be her masters, poor leaders, and petty tyrants, and she does not bother to conceal this in the first place. However the truest and fullest extent of her hatred is reserved only for those who are party to the ones who shattered her ideals. Evergreen. She can be likened to a Berserker during battle, her glaring eyes displaying a mix of joy for battle and hatred. However she has not completely abandoned her path of "Honor" She still is capable of showing restraint and mercy as well as kindness and all of the other traits of her former code. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Tsukina was born on September 3rd. She was luckily enough to be born with a twin who she would taunt over the two minute difference in their age. Her name would end up be Takeshi. The first few years that Tsuki remembers started when she was around five. Her brother and her were pretty much inseparable, they did everything together, and usually didn’t talk to anybody else. However, at the age of six she was separated from him by none other than her parents. Her mother was the one who took her in the middle of the night to a different house. All she was told was that it was time for her to start training and part of her training was going to have to be without her brother. At first Tsuki was barely able to function without her brother but, slowly she learned to accept the development. While she was being trained by her mother, she was taught the basics of Bushido and what it meant to be an Uchiha. She was instructed in battlefield tactics and warfare. She wasn’t quite able to learn the jutsu yet so, all she was taught was the specifics of them.
Around the time she was ten, Tsuki was finally brought back together with her twin brother. She would be trained with him for another couple of years before they were both put into the academy to become fully fledged shinobi. Both of them were highly competitive towards each other and were always trying to one up each other in any way possible. However, when it came to their final year of the academy, Tsukina was able to pull ahead and get the best marks in the class. Her brother came in with a close second on that one. Once they were finished with the academy they were made aware that one of them were to become the clan head. This was a recent development as the family of Uchiha that were the heads all had either died or disappeared at this point. So, a new competition has begun between the two for who will lead their Clan into a prosperous future.
Second Verse Many years have passed since that day when Tsuki and her brother stood side by side. Now her mother, father, and brother lie dead. She herself is a lordless samurai wandering from place to place for work in the attempt to find a master worth serving. Though it is not wrong to say that the kind, soft spoken, and gentle woman is dead. During one of her adventures into the countryside to remove some bandits she came across a fateful encounter of the deadly variety. The battle that ensued pushed her far beyond her limits and ended with her being quite gravely wounded. Though despite these wounds she fought on. The man she engaged poised a question to her,"Why do you fight to save them? You cannot save them all." Nindo: Personality: Jiro when he was younger was dark and solemn rarely opening up to others due to his physical characteristics that made him an oddity. His clans techniques were never truly theirs in the beginning starting as a wayward pair subjected to two separate experiments of Orochimaru. Cruel unending tortures of genjutsu fostering initially fear but later turning into an obsession and deep connection to genjutsu arts. The other half being unwilling host to captured Kikaichu, luckily surviving the host procedure and not becoming a meal to the insects. The two survivors became the beginning of the Satto Clan that merged intricate genjutsu techniques with host bodies of Kikaichu utilizing techniques of the Aburame Clan learned from records kept in the labs. Jiro is the eldest son of the current head of the clan and has expressed great interest in moving up in the village to earn the right to leave the village and see the rest of the country and eventually the rest of the world. Jiro was unfortunate when born plagued by an unknown condition causing his body to grow to maturity quicker than his actual age, that compounded by being a Kikaichu host, he was awkward and unsocial in the beginning. She believes that every uchiha that fell from the path of honor, did so because their power corrupted them and they were not worthy of it. Despite being of a comfortable family with moderate amounts of money she still keeps herself humble. Devoting herself to practicality and honor she took up the sword while maintaining the mental pursuits of a scholar. Accordingly she is incredibly intelligent and, at times, views the world as a sho board. This mental clarity earned her top marks on her tests in the academy and already formed a reputation for being a promising strategist. The old Tsuki is gone. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Tsukina was born on September 3rd. She was luckily enough to be born with a twin who she would taunt over the two minute difference in their age. Her name would end up be Takeshi. The first few years that Tsuki remembers started when she was around five. Her brother and her were pretty much inseparable, they did everything together, and usually didn’t talk to anybody else. However, at the age of six she was separated from him by none other than her parents. Her mother was the one who took her in the middle of the night to a different house. All she was told was that it was time for her to start training and part of her training was going to have to be without her brother. At first Tsuki was barely able to function without her brother but, slowly she learned to accept the development. While she was being trained by her mother, she was taught the basics of Bushido and what it meant to be an Uchiha. She was instructed in battlefield tactics and warfare. She wasn’t quite able to learn the jutsu yet so, all she was taught was the specifics of them.
Around the time she was ten, Tsuki was finally brought back together with her twin brother. She would be trained with him for another couple of years before they were both put into the academy to become fully fledged shinobi. Both of them were highly competitive towards each other and were always trying to one up each other in any way possible. However, when it came to their final year of the academy, Tsukina was able to pull ahead and get the best marks in the class. Her brother came in with a close second on that one. Once they were finished with the academy they were made aware that one of them were to become the clan head. This was a recent development as the family of Uchiha that were the heads all had either died or disappeared at this point. So, a new competition has begun between the two for who will lead their Clan into a prosperous future.
Second Verse Many years have passed since that day when Tsuki and her brother stood side by side. Now her mother, father, and brother lie dead. She herself is a lordless samurai wandering from place to place for work in the attempt to find a master worth serving. Though it is not wrong to say that the kind, soft spoken, and gentle woman is dead. During one of her adventures into the countryside to remove some bandits she came across a fateful encounter of the deadly variety. The battle that ensued pushed her far beyond her limits and ended with her being quite gravely wounded. Though despite these wounds she fought on. The man she engaged poised a question to her,"Why do you fight to save them? You cannot save them all." To which there battle quickly devolved from combat to the man systemically destroying her ideals of being able to protect everyone and everything. This was done by him leveling a truth upon her,"For every one you save, another must die." This resolution destroyed her fighting spirit entirely causing her to pass out on the spot.
Now she would have fully died on that spot if not for a rogue and a defector from the UHV named Liz who saved her and took her to get medical care in giman. While her recovery was slow and took some time, she did make a full recovery. Though it is not wrong to say that Tsuki as she was known by her friends died on that field. Now she wanders with Liz, robbed of her bloodline due to blood loss, leaderless, lordless, and causeless. Not a good place for a young warrior to be...

Approved but you need to be advised. I need an actual numerical plot for how much faster he ages. This is because there are several jutus in the guild which involve aging, and several mechanics particularly curse marks, which deal greatly with the age of the RPC.

Jiro ages faster nothing like extreme but is about 1:1.5 so he is chronologically 15 years old but his body appears to be that of a 22 year old. It has shaped him into who he is; he knows his physical prowess may have developed sooner but will also fade sooner too. Thus why he has gone the path he has as a ninja.

The history of the Bashirou family is one of war and betrayal going back more than fifty generations when two brothers, vying for the position to become the head of this warrior household did everything in their power to secure the position. The elder of the two brothers married the daughter of a rich and powerful man, a foreigner from lands outside of the Shinobi Nations of the name Storn. When news had reached the younger brother that his father was to name his older brother as head of the clan, he and his witch wife struck, attempting to steal the seat of the rightful Bashirou heir. The older brother, with the help of loyal men, drove back the power hungry younger brother and his promises of riches, but not before some of the clansmen switched sides and went into exile with him to the mountains of the Land of Lightning. The Bashirous remained in the depths of the deserts of the Land of Wind, but never quite recovered.
(OOC: I still don't think the PAs are going to pass and I'd rather work out the kinks in my old character's first, but the first issue isn't going to be solved no matter how long I stare at the profile and the second matter is really taking way too long. Therefore, here she is.

The type to silently suffer through her problems and others, Luna's work can usually only be seen by those who look for it. Any request for advice from her is rare, and so long as the only one hurt will be her, she'll make even major decisions without consulting anyone. For all her lack of self-preservation, though, Luna is incredibly careful about collateral damage on others, and perhaps asks for too many second opinions when an idea might hurt someone besides her. Personal Attributes: • Majora's Kid - After generations separated from ninja influence, the descendants of the Majora line of the Uzumaki clan have lost their ability to use elemental ninjutsu. Their chakra is spread thinly over the five base elements, instead of focusing in the usual two or three, and as a result, they do not have an elemental chakra nature. In return, however, they possess greater talent for fuuinjutsu, an art that they've practiced extensively. Thanks to her Majora blood, Luna can create and use all fuuinjutsu up to their rank in the time it would take most others to use one technique (1 activation), the creation of the seal happening at the same time that the handsigns needed to use the fuuinjutsu are being done. Additionally, all fuuinjutsu and Uzumaki bloodline techniques count as ninjutsu of their rank for the sake of Mystic Hero PA. Fuuinjutsu, for the purposes of this PA includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When creating the seals for a fuuinjutsu, at least one seal must be no more than 1 meter away from the Uzumaki. Additional seals required for the technique can be located as far away as 50 meters at D-rank and an additional 50 meters for every body rank advanced, barring any customs that extend this range. • Artistic License - Luna doesn't let bukijutsu and taijutsu styles limit her to one weapon or another. As long as it makes some sense, she can apply techniques from bukijutsu/taijutsu styles to any weapon, even a conversion from fist to Buddha statue. Additionally, her choice of unconventional weapons does not get in her way of honoring the customs and traditions of the style, making her creative adaptations a nonfactor in her pursuit of legacy techniques (if those ever become a thing).

• Unlike most calligraphy brushes, this one has been weaponized, Its body is made out of metal. Its tip is made out of rougher, more durable hairs than the traditional brush so that it can hold its shape even after repeated mishandling. There is a small vial within the handle of the brush that contains compressed ink. A small amount of ink, just enough to coat the brush, can be released by pressing a button on the side of the weapon. This method is hardly the proper way of getting ink on the brush, but the simple mechanism is needed to keep up with the speed of battle.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ The Majora clan was a rather small branch of the Uzumaki clan that lived as a part of a barbarian tribe for generations. Like the rest of the tribe, this Uzumaki branch family lived peacefully within the Water Country, unaffiliated with any hidden villages or the like. In fact, the tribe spoke a different language than the internationally accepted language that all village's spoke. Within the tribe, only the Majora clan taught their children the language of the ninja world, and even then, it was only because knowledge of that language was required to use fuuinjutsu. The Majora still passed on the Uzumaki clan's teachings, the masks and the seals, but mostly out of tradition, with any combat application intended for self defense. In fact, it had been so long, entire generations, since any Majora had seen the battlefield that the family line had begun to lost some of the defining traits of shinobi, namely their elemental alignments.
Luna lived a peaceful life as a child of the Majora. The only child of her family but not the only child of the small but not quite dwindling Majora clan, she spent her days as any child would. She ate, she played, she helped with what small chores she could handle, she learned, and she slept. In a close knit tribe as her's, being an only child just meant that her cousins and the other children were like her siblings. She looked up to and was taken care of by the older children. Those her age were her closest playmates, the ones she would play and fool around with the most. As for the younger, she would take care of and generally be held responsible for any in her vicinity.
Out of their small group, there was one older sibling figure in particular that Luna looked up to. It was not Takeda. However, Takeda was a popular favorite older sibling choice. He was reliable, strong, and trusted by the elders. In lieu of comic book heroes and a united oral tradition for the tribe, he was a hero to most of the children and was either envied or admired by the younger generation, with the admirers significantly outnumbering the enviers. He wasn't Luna's favorite favorite older sibling to go to when she needed help, but she certainly admired and respected him like all the others.
As a result, when Luna's small tribe decided to go to Kirigakure to work for much needed supplies and when Takeda expressed his disgust for the idea, a lot of the kids were prone to agree with him. Influence was a scary thing. Most of the kids didn't even have a reason to dislike Kirigakure, but they, especially the younger ones, still followed their older brother's lead. It was a superficial distrust, but it was still distrust. Even was a little glad when she found out that she wouldn't need to go.
Unfortunately, neither staying nor leaving would have changed anything. Too quickly for anyone to prepare, the waters swelled into a towering force of destruction that swept indiscriminately over the small island that Luna's tribe called home. The island swallowed by the ocean now, Luna lost her family.
As far as she knows, Luna is the only survivor from among those who stayed behind at their village. She was picked up by a wanderer, Tsuki, who happened to be travelling to Kirigakure to challenge its swordsmen. With the mysterious traveler, Luna made her way to Kiri to check for any survivors from her tribe in the village. Takeda, an only survivor himself, was just one of the many injured. Like finding a needle in a hay stack, Luna failed to hear any tell of him. With no news about any of her fellow tribesmen, she had little she could do but accept the harsh reality of her new world.
Alone. Lost. Luna didn't want this. Tsuki, more stranger than anything else, was now the most familiar person to Luna. The small child clung to this thin rope, and continues to cling to her savior to this day. All she asks is, "Please don't leave me..."
