"One hundred-" Katare held his punch, afraid that the academy student might get hurt. "Okay, Hitori. My name's Katare. First things first, don't lean on the boulder. Especially when I'm punching it... But other than that, we're ready to go." Katare cracked his knuckles for a moment..

"Let's start with the absolute basics: punching. Eyes on me, now..." Katare, in slow-motion, brought his elbow towards his back, and extended his arm at a snail's pace until it was as far out as it would go. Katare began to speed up, more and more, until he was punching at full speed. "I want you to practice that for a while, as slow as I was doing it at the beginning. You'll feel really silly about it, but it's for your own good. Understand?"

Katare watched intently as Hitori made his two slow-motion punches. "Yes, that was fine. You learn quickly... Okay, now try speeding up, just a little at a time. Make sure you retain your accuracy and form though, okay?" Katare looked back towards the boulder. "As for me, I'll keep checking up on you.. but I still have training to take care of."

Katare turned his body to the boulder. He calmed himself, breathing in and out slowly. Training now, hyper later... He had a bit of trouble calming himself for some reason, but got his heart rate down eventually. He pulled his left arm back slowly.. "101, 102, 103..."

Hitori puffed out short breaths of air as each punch landed it's spot in the air. However, his arms were slightly beginning to ache, and that familiar burning from exertion laced it's ways down his arms. Just keep going. Rang through his head, his punches still keeping time with his rhythm.

"It's not too bad...Katare right? Yeah, this is kinda fun!"

"I will." Hitori said vibrantly, beaming inside as he kept punching. One, two. One, two. He kept his rhythm, and his arms started burning harder. It felt as if someone was slowly taking a match through his muscles, but he didn't mind. He knew that feeling before, and he knew how to ignore it.

A few beads of sweat rolled down his face, accompanied by the dirt on his brow. Finally, his pace was unavoidably slowing down. Hitori finally breathed a sigh of relief and put his arms down, flexing them briefly. "Whew." He ran a bandaged hand over his sweaty forehead, then leaned against a nearby rock. "Hey, we got anything else to do?"

Hitori was enthusiastic, a trait not normally seen in him. He just seemed lighter now that he met someone who actually cared to learn his name.

Navalie entered The canyon quickly, walking through the gates and then running through the canyon searching for her sensei. She then looked to her side and saw Arc sensei sitting on a nearby rock and she was about to sit down next to Arc but she didn't. She just stood there waiting to begin.

Giglamesh simple appeards behide Navalie and ark, he would appear so suddnly as if he was alreayd there before there arrived. Giglamesh stood there wearing his cermonial yukata with his arms crossed each arm in the opnening of the others arm slvees due to there large size. Giglamesh oddly would smell of dish soap, metal, and water stones. Most would simply not be able to put them togther but giglamesh had been doing maitnance on his katana's, Kuroisan (black sun) and ShiroTsuki (white moon), so several hours making sure there in perfect conditon for fighting. Giglamehs simply stood behide them not saying a word but simply waiting to see what they do or say to and or about him. Giglamesh has personaly been waiting for team traning despit his team being a twol man cell as possibly the other in the cell went rouge, no one knows not even giglamesh and he has tried to research the disaperance of the third in the cell.

Giglamesh Listend to there conversations. "Jutsu's..........." Giglamesh basicly angrer for a unknow reason does several concealed hand chakra seals with only his right hand he then suck in a great mount of air and concentrats chakra in to his mouth which be begins to rotate the chakra causes it o buld pressure inside his mouth, and when he can no longer hold the pressure giglamesh draws his head back then violently foreward blorwing the chakra out and as it mixes with the air it ingites and burts outwards like a stream of fire directly as ark with incredible force and it also burns a good arear around arm as the fire spread the further it gets from giglamesh.
